So we first viewed Culdees Castle as a bit of an in between rustic/barn style wedding but it was way more than that! It is so unique and truly unforgettable! We met with Tracey who shared her passion of the building with us and we fell in love with her story and the story of the castle too. Once we had booked with Tracey we had a personal service set up where we could chat and pass ideas over but really whatever the style you want and how you want your wedding is completely flexible making it such a personalised venue. We were advised by Tracey a few local suppliers like a DJ, cake, furniture hire bar team and caterers which all of them didn’t disappoint. It was nice that they a we’re all familiar with Culdees Castle too but even if your supplier isn’t familiar Tracey offers the opportunity to get to know your suppliers beforehand inviting them to visit and get to know the team. On the day I couldn’t fault Tracey and her team they were absolutely phenomenal, providing an outstanding service where absolutely everybody was looked after nothing was a problem. Our baby fell asleep before the wedding ceremony and she was so well looked after by the team. Unfortunately the weather was torrential rain and storms but it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits and the pavilion was great and kept us all dry and warm. We had a wedding that was different, it was fun, relaxed and it was exactly what we wanted and more. Tracey and her team are experts at running weddings and know exactly what they are doing to make things run smoothly. I can’t wait to see all of our final photographs - another thing Tracey managed to do on the day for us was to take lots of candid shots so we have them all to look at whilst we wait for our photographer which was a lovely touch. Honestly I loved our wedding and our venue we wouldn’t have chosen another one which was perfect and everything we ever wanted
