The perfect wedding venue, beautiful
What a stunning venue for a wedding ! The Crow Wood is not only a fabulous hotel, serving fabulous food but it has the most beautiful gardens at the rear.
Having attended a Wedding Fayre here in November 25, we were so blown away with everything it had to offer, that we looked no further and booked our wedding straight away for July 26. We chose the Bowland Bridal Suite for 2 nights, gorgeous, and had the wedding in the Lakeside Suite which opens onto the gardens. We had a great choice of views of the lake and gardens for our photos, and were lucky to have a day of perfect sunshine. Our guests enjoyed being outside for most of the day, enjoying the sunshine - it was a wedding followed by a fabulous garden party ! Ella, and Elise from the events team really looked after us, ensuring staff were there to assist all day and night. Our guests were also thrilled with the whole experience, a perfect day, and a perfect evening dancing the night away, thank you. -

From start to finish everything was perfect. We really couldn’t have asked for a more special day. All the staff could not do more for us. Ella was always on hand throughout wedding planning if I ever needed anything and nothing was ever too much. The wedding morning I felt so much more at ease with Ella’s help and guidance. Anya was amazing throughout the whole day as well and went above and beyond for us. It really was a dream come true. The whole day ran so smoothly and the venue was absolutely beautiful. We can’t thank everyone at crow wood enough for making our day and us feel so special. Everyone has complimented on the venue, staff, food and how it was the best day!! Words can’t explain how perfect our day was and how stunning the venue is. -

Our March 2026 Wedding at Crow Wood
From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator Jody made us feel like we were her only clients. She was honestly the loveliest person and made the whole experience feel like I was planning a wedding with a friend rather than a venue.
Our day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Jody was there for me in those final moments before walking into the ceremony, helping me feel calm and at ease. We even shared a laugh just before i went in, and that moment meant the world to me. Later in the evening, Anya took over and was just as incredible! Always on hand if we needed anything and ensuring everything continued to run seamlessly.
We decided to stay an extra night after the wedding, and both Jody and Anya still made the effort to check in on us and make sure we were well looked after, which truly meant so much.
Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how amazing the day was. The food at the wedding breakfast was described as “insanely good”, the best food they have had! Everyone also commented on how attentive and friendly the staff were throughout. Everything ran like clockwork, nothing went wrong at all, and so many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to.
Those who stayed overnight also mentioned how clean and comfortable the rooms were, with some saying it was the best nights sleep they’d had in ages.
The hotel grounds are simply stunning. The day after the wedding, we took a walk along the trail and just soaked everything in. It was the perfect way to reflect on everything that happened the day before.
It’s hard to put into words absolutely everything about the whole process from start to finish, as I’d be here all day.. and honestly my words just aren’t enough. It was genuinely the best day of our lives, we wish we could relive it all over again.

We would recommend Crow wood as a wedding venue, we booked our wedding 18 months in advance, from start to finish Jody was absolutely amazing and held our hand throughout the whole process.
Our special day was perfect, the food was excellent and the staff were so accommodating, evening singing happy birthday to our nephew.

I cannot recommend Crow Wood enough. It was absolutely perfect! It ticked every box for us, so sleek and modern inside, plenty of rooms for guests, lovely outdoor area, the list could go on!
Every detail was taken care of, we had the best day ever, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day.
Jody did an amazing job of guiding us through the wedding planning and answering any question we had no matter how big or small she always had time for us.
I have to mention that the food is excellent, so many guests came up to me to say how lovely their meal was. All the staff were exceptional, from reception to bar to hosts they were all brilliant.
