While the venue is a show stopper and that’s what drew us to it, the team were the real stars of the show! I’d previously researched the venue and found everyone had some niggles with staff turn over during planning but still went ahead with the booking as not a single person had a bad thing to say about the way things were handled in the 6 weeks prior to the day and on the day. We unfortunately ran into one of those staff turn over issues with our assigned coordinator being changed about 2 and a half weeks before but Cadi was lovely, she got up to speed really quickly and was a literal angel on the day. They handled my delays in hair and make up on the day spectacularly and were honestly just so nice I couldn’t fault them. I will say I think they need to leave some room between weddings to ensure the venue is up to standard in terms of cleanliness but everything else made up for that which is why I wouldn’t lower the amount of stars I’ve given them, there is no ask too big or small they will do their best to accommodate. Cadi, Amelia, Enid, Cameron and the rest of the team we will always be grateful to you all for helping make our day as great as it was. Thank you!! 🩷

Wedding Venue Review Our wedding at Caer Rhun Hall was simply the most amazing day and the best day of our lives. ❤️ From the moment we arrived the night before, everything was perfect. Lisa organised a beautiful afternoon tea for our family and friends who had travelled to North Wales for our wedding. The sun was shining, we sat outside, took photos and enjoyed some really special time together before the big day. The next morning, we got ready at the venue before heading off for our wedding ceremony. When we returned, the celebrations truly began! From the moment we arrived back, we were handed a Dark & Stormy, and it felt like we always had a drink or something delicious in our hands. 😂 We were genuinely so well looked after from start to finish. Lisa was absolutely incredible throughout the entire experience. She was always checking in, keeping us informed when needed and making sure everything ran smoothly, while allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment of our day. We genuinely felt like we were in the best possible hands. What made the day even more special was seeing all of our friends and family come together. The atmosphere was incredible from beginning to end — the best vibes, so much laughter and so much love. We had so many guests come up to us afterwards saying that our wedding was even better than their own and that it had been one of the best days of their lives. Hearing that meant so much to us. Caer Rhun Hall provided the most beautiful setting for our wedding, but it was the care, attention and effort from Lisa and the whole team that made the experience truly unforgettable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt so looked after. Thank you so much to Lisa and everyone at Caer Rhun Hall for giving us the best day of our lives. We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect wedding, and we will be forever grateful for the memories you helped us create. ❤️

We had such a lovely day on Saturday for our wedding, nothing was to much trouble and it was great value for money! 3 course meal, evening buffet and drinks for toasts. The communication was brilliant from start to finish. If you looking for a small intimate wedding but a bigger evening do then this is the place for you

IT WAS A VERY GOOD SERVICE.

I had my civil ceremony & wedding breakfast here on 6th April. The venue was perfect. We had a fantastic day all round. The manager David couldn't have done enough for us. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The food and service were fantastic. All our family & friends said how perfect our day was. I would recommend this venue to everybody. staff&food was excellent,all our guests commented on the quality of the day. Even our champagne breakfast in the morning was excellent.Wouldn't change a thing about it!

My Fiancee and I got engaged on the Great Orme during a romantic get away and we wanted to return to the area to wed a few years later. We contacted Plas Mawr who opened up especially, out of season, to let us view the building before we booked. Arranging the wedding here was so easy. The staff were extremely helpful and caring and really responsive to how we wanted our big day. I really can't praise the staff highly enough and the venue was truly magical on the day. It was a wedding with a real difference made very special by the surroundings and the flexibility to have the wedding we wanted.

From day one, Dylan's and their wedding planner, Gemma, went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly. The food was some of the best that North Wales has to offer and the stunning views of the Llandudno promenade from inside the Washington building will be a memory ourselves and our guests will hold for a lifetime.
