Gwrych Castle is licensed to host civil ceremonies both within the castle and in its gardens. The castle's spacious interiors and original stonework lend a rustic and timeless charm to your celebrations. There are seven exclusive spaces available for hire, including the Conservatory, the East Lawn, the West Terrace, The Chapel, the Coach House, the Dining Room, and the Entrance Hall. Each area is steeped in history, featuring relics such as the full-height stone fireplace in the Entrance Hall and cast iron windows in the Dining Room. These are further complemented by contemporary touches like the blooming garden by the Conservatory and the restored Coach House. The Chapel, Coach House, Entrance Hall, and Dining Room are ideal for micro weddings, seating between 30-60 guests. For larger celebrations, a marquee on the West Terrace can accommodate up to 400 guests, with a maximum capacity of 500 for the entire property, including staff.
