From the very first moment of planning, we knew we were in good hands. Hannah was incredibly supportive, guiding us through each step and making sure everything went off without a hitch. Every detail, big and small, was carefully thought out, and we felt fully taken care of from start to finish. Hannah was always there to answer my silly questions and made me feel at ease.

The venue itself was a dream come true. The accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything we could ever need. Everyone staying here LOVED our weekend together. It was perfect to relax by the hot tub, swim in the loch and had plenty of storage for all the food and drinks! We loved the garden space and being surrounded by the hills. It was so serene and picturesque everywhere you looked!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding weekend. We truly had the most amazing wedding and we can’t thank the team enough for making everything perfect.

We cannot recommend Carrick Castle Estate enough! We had our wedding there in October, and it was nothing short of magical. From the very beginning, Hannah, Cheryl and the team went above and beyond to make our day everything we dreamed of and more.

Hannah and Cheryl were incredibly accommodating, always willing to give advice and recommendations on how to make our vision a reality. They were so friendly and approachable, making us feel completely at ease throughout the entire planning process. No matter how many questions we had (and we had a lot!), they answered every single one promptly and with such professionalism that it felt like nothing was ever too much trouble.

The estate itself is absolutely breathtaking - a truly unique and romantic setting that left our guests in awe. Every aspect of the venue was immaculate. From the moment we arrived to the final farewell, everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy our special day. We stayed from Thursday until Monday and the feeling of having all your closest friends and family with you at such an incredible venue really is something we will cherish forever.

We truly fell in love with this special place! I cannot praise Carrick Castle Estate enough, the manager, Hannah, and her husband Darius! The place itself is magical with its stunning surroundings of wild hills, the lake right by the estate and the Carrick Castle ruins nearby. This place is made for dramatic pictures! We knew we wanted to book the venue straightaway when we attended one of the open days. The place was perfect, as we were looking for a place we could have for the whole weekend (until Monday) and with good capacity for accommodation as both our families are from abroad. We booked the Lodge, Annex and Whisperwood and the accommodation in all three buildings was flawless. Everyone was amazed by the stunning setup, design, and decor. All houses are fully equipped including an extremely well-equipped kitchen (my friend was finishing our wedding cake in the kitchen and didn't miss anything). Hannah the manager was super accommodating and she went over and beyond to make our day as stress-free as possible (it wasn't stressful at all actually). Everyone was quick to respond to any questions we had (even the repetitive ones) and always did their best to accommodate whatever wish we or our guests had! Carrick Castle Estate is incredibly versatile and can accommodate any type of wedding you wish to have. We used the barn for the ceremony and celebration as the weather on the day was, well, very Scottish :) Part of the Lodge is also a hot tub, sauna and steam...having these the day after the wedding day was just the best! One of the best parts was when Hannah's husband took us in the vintage Land Rover up the hill for some super dramatic wedding photos! Also, the ride was super fun!
We are incredibly grateful for finding this place and having the opportunity to celebrate with our families and friends our special day! Thank you, Hannah, for being so reassuring, helpful and awesome throughout the whole preparations and the weekend. We have unforgettable memories and we truly wish to come back!

Where do I begin. We are from the U.S., and I have visited Scotland multiple times, my enchantment growing with each visit. When I proposed, I did it at the foot of the Three Sisters in Glencoe. It's one of the most amazing places on Earth, so I knew that I wanted get married in this magical place when we began planning.

We were looking for a rustic venue that was flexible with accommodations, but also offered a modern experience with amenities and aesthetics of the venue. Carrick Castle Estate met those expectations, offering a competitively priced venue that had we done this in the U.S., we would've paid at least 2x the amount just to have the venue for a day. The DIY flexibility, coupled with Carrick's network of vendors and lovely management staff (Cheryl and Hannah, you were both BRILLIANT,CHARMING, and AMAZING HOSTS) made the experience so much better.

We were married in Autumn, which normally presents with mild weather, but the area in and around the estate suffered severe flooding. Thankfully, all of our vendors and planners made it on the big day, and the sun seemed to emerge minutes before the ceremony began. It was such a magical day, and I would recommend anyone looking for a destination event, or if you're on that side of pond, to book this venue. The natural beauty, history, and management of the estate are second to none, and I cannot wait to come back to this beautiful place and stay here again (this time, without the wedding stress haha).

We got married in April and we could not have asked for a more amazing, enchanting and beautiful location for our wedding. The setting of this venue is absolutely stunning, perfect for getting married outdoors with views over the loch. The barn is lovely and perfect for a DIY wedding which is what we did. There's many lovely bits and pieces that the venue has / has been left by other couple which you can use to make you're wedding exactly as you want. Hannah and Cheryl were fantastic and always close by if you needed anything at all. They were super flexible and so so so helpful with helping us with logistics, planning the day and answering our (my) tireless amount of questions! We got taken up into the hills in the land rover for some amazing photos (definitely some of my fave from the day) which was just epic! Having the venue for the entire weekend was incredible and we always felt like we were being looked after from the moment we arrived Friday to when we left Monday. The facilities in the lodge and annexe are AMAZING, our guests (and us) loved everything the place had to offer - I mean having a morning steam and hot tub on the day of your wedding isn't something any people can do! It was perfect for our large group, the kitchen and walk in fridge were perfect for the weekend and the spaces for getting ready are just phenomenal. Honestly if you don't fall in love with this venue when you visit I would be VERY surprised and we actually booked it without actually seeing it in person until not long before the wedding! The location is stunning, the team is incredible and the lodge is luxurious. Honestly made for our perfect wedding weekend for both us and our guests, it couldn't have been more special

When it came to the decision of where to get married, me and my now husband had a very clear idea of what we want on the day and, after visiting Carrick Castle Estate, we had no doubt it was a perfect place for us (it was the first and only place we have viewed in fact).
The team was so helpful all along the way: from planning, that can be a bit stressful, to the stay itself when you are so nervous before the big day, but everything is made for all of you to relax. Everything was so perfect on the day and prior it so that I sometimes joke that I wish we could get married again.

Everyone at the venue were absolute stars and we made so many memories staying there with our closest friends and family. The head of the band who we had on the day said that they've never been there before, but they really want to come again.

We ourselves want to come again, too, so are our friends who have enjoyed the surroundings, hot tubs and overall hospitality,

The most perfect setting to get married in! We got married at Carrick in August and from the first viewing through to checking out as a married couple the team cannot be faulted. Hannah and Cheryl were so helpful with just the right amount of input into what is ultimately a do-it-yourself venue (which is a big selling point when you have particular ideas about how you want your wedding to be). Their recommended suppliers made the planning process really enjoyable as we could trust that everyone knew the venue and the area well. The accommodation is just next level and made us all feel like we were on a luxury holiday at the same time as a celebration. Their commitment to environmental choices is impressive and was another big selling point for us. We were thrilled they could accommodate our idea of planting trees on the estate as favours for our guests. Thank you to all of the team - you made our wedding so special for us and all of our guests.

We instantly fell in love with Carrick castle as soon as we found it, the pictures were stunning and the location perfect. When we viewed it for the first time we knew we didn’t want to get married anywhere else. The staff, venue and location make it 10/10 and all our guests were blown away with the natural beauty of the place! The day was flawless thanks to Cheryl keeping everyone in check and making sure the suppliers were just as happy as the staff! They work closely with many of the suppliers we used so helped that they had a good relationship already!

We had a fantastic time planning our wedding and hosting at Carrick castle. The team are incredibly friendly and we loved that we could do whatever we wanted to the event space (Within reason!). The team were very responsive particularly as the big day approached and were keen to help make the day run smoothly. The space itself is just absolutely gorgeous and all of our friends and family were in awe at the incredible scenery. We could not recommend this venue highly enough!

We got married on the 30/4/22 at Carrick castle estate! We absolutely loved our time there and guests still talk about the incredible views and the accommodation! Hannah and the team were so accommodating and made everything easy in the run up to and on our big day! We had a very rainy day but despite this the day was fantastic, we loved going up to the waterfall in the jeep! We would do it again in a heartbeat! Carrick Castle has a special place in our hearts!

We had our dream wedding at Carrick castle estate and it was everything we could have wanted and more. From the very beginning Hannah and Darius made everything so easy and accessible, with constant clear communication and understanding of how we wanted our special day to be. When the day finally came around it was just perfect. The venue itself is set in the most stunning location and we were lucky enough to have the sunshine come out for the day. We said our vows overlooking the loch with our family and friends watching on. The party continued into the barn for the evening and it was a mixture of simple elegance yet fun and relaxed. We were able to completely bespoke our day to exactly how we wanted it. My family often say how much they’d love to go back and stay for a special occasion. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, rustic location for their wedding. We wish we could do it all over again!

Wow!!!!! We had the most magical weekend here at Carrick Castle Lodge. We had the pleasure of dealing with the loveliest, most helpful hosts, Hannah & Darius. They were so welcoming, organised, down to earth with great communication. From the very beginning and knew after only visiting one venue that this was the one for us.

The grounds, location and facilities were everything we wanted and more. Nearly 1 year married we would love to revisit. The memories and day was one to remember and will stick in our hearts forever.

My husband and I got married at Carrick Castle Estate in July 2021 after we got engaged in July 2019. We chose Carrick Castle Estate the same month we got engaged, and for the two years that followed, the run up to our wedding and the work Hannah and Darius put in was impeccable. From our initial visit, to coming back up with my besties to surprise them by asking them to be bridesmaids here, and recommending excellent suppliers whilst also giving us freedom to choose our own - it was everything we could have wished for and more. The communication was excellent, and even though we had so many questions, we were never made to feel like we were taking up too much of their time. All the special touches that you could think of, Hannah was one step ahead. Because we were doing all the decor ourself we were also made to feel welcome to come back up a few times before our day to give us the time and space we needed to plan and pull everything together.
The actual day itself could not have been more perfect. I absolutely love looking at our photos (from recommender supplier Darren Mitchell) because the setting is just unbelievable. The houses are also all stunning, and the barn is so light and airy.
We had the houses for the whole weekend and our guests felt like they were on a luxury weekend away - because they were! We had a great day at our bbq the next day, catching up with all our loved ones about the day before.
Hannah and Darius have thought of everything. If I could go back I’d literally make no changes. Thank you to the team for giving us our best day.

After booking our wedding with 8 weeks to go with Carrick Castle Hannah done everything to make sure our day was perfect! We chose to have a small wedding with 14 people and have the wedding in the lodge however having seen the barn and marquee space i would recommend this venue for all sizes of weddings! We had the most relaxed day ever it was just perfect! The views are out of this world just look at the pictures my photographer took which have been shared on the page. We were lucky enough to have our wedding on the Lodge balcony with the beautiful views in the background. We couldnt have asked for anything more! Thank you for everything xxx
