We had the most incredible wedding at Bourton Hall. From the start, the team were so kind, attentive and really made us feel special.
As a popular wedding venue, we were aware that their summer was choka block with weddings, however, you would never know that there were weddings either side of our wedding day! It really was totally exclusive for us and our guests, which was a massive selling point for us.
The team at Bourton Hall worked seamlessly to create the perfect location and backdrop for our wedding day. Massive shout out to Harminder who brought our vision to life and was incredible throughout the process and on the day itself. So many of our guests commented on what an incredible venue it was and how smoothly the day ran. The food was sensational, which was also a huge talking point amongst guests.

We got married at Bourton Hall a few days ago and just had the best day.
The venue viewing was fantastic when we first went.
The only small hiccup was the number of wedding managers we went through but we ended up with Lee who was just fantastic.
The process was thorough, well explained and being able to contact Lee with any questions was just brilliant.
From the cottage the night before to the day after the wedding, we just had the best time.
We brought a lot of our own decor and it was set up for us, meaning we didn’t need to hire any additional people to do the extra decor. The food was fantastic; being able to have a quiet minute in the bridal suite to actually eat some canapés and have a drink was a fantastic idea from Lee.
The day ran super smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for better.
We didn’t really spend a lot of time on the dance floor so can’t comment on the music. Although I think it would have been better if when the DJ did see us on the dance floor, that he put on one of our requested songs. But that’s just a very picky comment.
In short, fantastic day, amazing food, well organised and couldn’t have done more for us. Thank you Lee and the Bourton Hall team!Bourton Hall's reply:

This is the dream wedding venue you! I do have to put a lot of our experience down to Harminder our wedding manager he was just absolutely perfect. Nothing was too much for him. He had all of the answers to all of ours and our guests questions and ensured everything went down without a hitch! I honestly do nothing think our wedding would have been the same with out him! The food was INCREDIBLE, the drinks were great and the staff were all round amazing! What a venue!Bourton Hall's reply:

Wedding of my dreams 💓
We organised our wedding within 4 months and I can honestly say I didn't feel stressed once. The staff at Bourton Hall made us feel so at ease and honestly we had the best day! Definitely go for the deals they do if you can, we took the plunge as couldn't say no to the price they were offering and will never regret it!Bourton Hall's reply:

We got married at Bourton Hall on the 17th of January 2026, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful venue or a smoother, more stress-free wedding day.
Every single detail was looked after with such care and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely supported and able to just enjoy the day. A huge, heartfelt thank you goes to Jemma, our coordinator, who was simply amazing. She guided us through the whole process and the wedding day itself with such calm, kindness, and attention to detail. Thanks to her, everything ran seamlessly and without any stress — we felt truly looked after.
The venue itself is breathtaking. Bourton Hall is elegant, romantic, and full of character. The décor and decorations were stunning and created the most magical atmosphere — everything looked even more beautiful than we imagined. The rooms, ceremony space, and reception areas were all immaculate and perfectly prepared.
The food was outstanding — delicious, beautifully presented, and so well received by all of our guests. The DJ was fantastic and kept the atmosphere exactly right, and the staff throughout the day and evening were exceptional: friendly, attentive, professional, and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble.
Our guests are still talking about how wonderful the venue, food, and service were. Bourton Hall truly made our wedding day unforgettable, and we will cherish the memories forever.
We cannot recommend Bourton Hall highly enough to any couple looking for a truly special wedding venue.

Our wedding day 10.01.26 at Bourton Hall was just perfect. It was everything we wanted and more. The venue were so professional and the attention to detail was second to none. When we first visited to view the venue, it instantly had that wow factor and Delia who showed us around was lovely. There were no pushy sales. We were allowed to take our time and look around at our leisure. We went ahead and booked there and then. The package we booked was amazing. Our wedding manager Donna Brown was so lovely. I’m a bit of a planning control freak but she matched my chaos perfectly with her calming presence. On the day she made sure everything run smoothly. All of the staff were lovely. We couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re looking for a venue, you won’t be disappointed with this one!!Bourton Hall's reply:

Connor Sent on 04/12/2025Forced us to pay despite being diagnosed with cancer
I was due to get married at Bourton Hall in February, but I was diagnosed with cancer recently which meant I’m unable to attend the wedding.
We asked to have the wedding rearranged out side of “wedding season” (Oct 2027) in which Bourton Hall refused and forced us to pay 75% of fee before the 21st of November.
Which caused stress and anxiety especially to my partner as we had to rush through insurance due to the short time provided.
We understand theirs Ts and Cs to follow but Bourton Hall was the only part of the wedding who refused to help us in some way.Bourton Hall's reply:
Dear Connor,
Whilst we wholly sympathise with your situation, and would never wish to exacerbate what must already be a very difficult time for you and your family, we have made wedding insurance obligatory for our couples for eventualities precisely such as this. We take the responsibility to look after our couples seriously and have this policy in place purely to protect you.
Whilst, in an ideal world, we’d love to have been able to facilitate a transfer for you, so that you could have had your dream day at Bourton Hall in the future, we have a duty to all stakeholders including all our future couples, to safe guard the longevity of the business and that means requesting that the insurers do what they have been put in place to do. Our suggestion for you to make the claim and then rebook your wedding at Bourton Hall when the time is right, was a sincere one but we can understand how this may have added stress at a very difficult time.
We would also like to address the suggestion that we applied pressure in order to receive the cancellation fee. The invoice we issued had 14 days payment terms purely because that is standard as per our terms and conditions. We did not follow up with any demands for payment, and, had you expressed any need for an extension whilst the insurance application was being processed, we would have been happy to extend the payment terms given the circumstances. We acknowledge that our communication in this regard could have been clearer in order to reduce the stressfulness of the situation, and this is something we will learn from.
Please allow us to express our sincere sadness that our actions have added stress to what is already a very difficult time. It really is the last thing we wanted.
Finally, we'd like to take the opportunity to wish you a speedy recovery.

Bourton Hall is simply stunning and made a beautiful backdrop to our day! The team were amazing, and made sure the day ran smoothly and were so friendly! Best day of our lives!
We got married at Bourton Hall on 6th June 2025 and I have to say it was the most incredible venue.
Our wedding manager Lee was amazing at communicating throughout the day (keeping us updated without becoming overbearing) and during the planning process was able to respond to all my queries in a timely manner. It never felt like anything was too much of an ask!
My bridesmaids and I stayed in the cottage on-site for the night before and despite there being a wedding that evening it was quiet and peaceful with spacious rooms and plenty of places to hang up dresses - it felt very thought out that this would be needed!
On the day, Lee arrived early with an incredible spread of food (it looked like something you’d get at a high class restaurant!) and helped transport everything over to the main building. All the staff were friendly and organised, and the turnaround from the night before was impeccable.
The whole day from start to finish was perfect - I had one staff member with me and my dad helping get my train perfect for the aisle walk as we were coming through the main doors (apart from my bridesmaids) which was something I hadn’t even thought of but really appreciated. The food was absolutely outstanding - if you got that in a restaurant you’d be thrilled and to think it was serving nearly 100 guests it was really impressive to get that level of quality. The grounds were impeccable and the guests loved the outdoor games.
I could go on and on… thank you Lee and the rest of the staff for the best day of our lives. I am so thrilled we chose Bourton Hall and recommend it to anybody who’s thinking of booking a wedding!Bourton Hall's reply:
