Facilities and Capacities
The elegant and modern Fenwick-Ames suite is licensed for civil ceremonies and can accommodate up to 120 guests for your ceremony and 250 for the evening reception. This light and spacious wedding suite offers contemporary neutral furnishings that can be decorated according to your theme and style. The Fenwick-Ames suite also overlooks the greenery of Aldwickbury Park Golf Club, providing scenic views of the surroundings. This room boasts a private wedding terrace which allows for the perfect scenic photo location and a drinks reception.

Absolutely incredible venue
Individual dietary requirements were looked after, even down to the butter for the bread. The food was also delicious!
The venue itself was stunning, it was the perfect size and we loved the split between the breakfast room and the evening reception. The outside spaces were beautiful for photos, despite the cold weather!
Best venue and experience!
If anyone is thinking of booking with Aldwickbury park golf club- do it! You won’t even know what stress is because of how amazing Maddie and her team are!
Autumn Wedding
When I arrived at our wedding and walked into our reception to see everything set up, it was everything more that I dreamed of. Maddie and the team had made everything so perfect.
The team on the day were fantastic! A huge shout out to Kerri who was my wing woman through taking photos in the grounds to making sure I had eaten and even having a dance with me. She was fantastic!!
I will forever remember our wedding day and I would of been lost with out the fantastic team at Aldwickbury! Thank you all so much for making it the most perfect day!

Superb venue and staff.
Organisation was great from start to finish. The whole team were fabulous on the day making sure everything was just right. We had lots of comments about how great everything was. Venue photographer and DJ were also great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Our wedding - 31st August 2024
We cannot recommend Aldwickbury highly enough, from the beautiful venue to the quality of the food and service from their staff.
Lisa was our wedding coordinator/planner and she was brilliant throughout the whole process!
On the day we were looked after by Paige, Kerri and Liz and all 3 of them were fantastic! Anything we needed, we got straight away.
If you are considering this venue for your wedding I would highly suggest you look no further!!

From the start, they were always on either the end of the phone or email if I had any questions or if I wanted to check anything. I attended a couple of the wedding fairs at the golf club so I was able to meet local suppliers and those that are recommended by the venue, which helped as they know how the venue works and set up arrangements.
The day of the wedding went seamlessly! I cannot praise them enough! The wedding & events coordinator who had been our contact throughout was there to greet us when we both individually arrived on the day and the assistant food & beverage manager was also on hand during the day to make sure all arrangements ran as they should. Nothing that we asked or wanted was too much trouble on the day, they seriously went out their way to make sure we were well taken care off. Highly recommend!

Amazing wedding day
What an incredible day it was! All the staff at Aldwickbury went above and beyond. The venue looked incredible, the food was amazing and the whole day was just as we had imagined, relaxed and stress free.
All the guests had nothing but positive things to say about staff and food.
If you are thinking about having your wedding at Aldwickbury do not hesitate to book. I want to do it all over again..

Wedding day
Perfect Day!
From looking round the venue, to booking, to having our 6 + 1 month meetings and all my many questions in-between they were brilliant. When I dropped off some decor the day before, they made everything so stress-free. On the morning when I arrived they even came out to double check everything was set up correctly, you could tell how much they cared.
The venue was so clean, well kept and you get the ceremony room, breakfast room + the terrace to yourself and your guests which we loved as a few venues we looked at had other weddings on at the same time which just wasn't for us. We really felt special we were the only wedding that day. The grounds were perfect for photos too. We used Lewis (Pho2U) and was the best decision, he was perfect. The venue and Lewis worked hand in hand together it was amazing.
The package we chose was fantastic value for money, the food delicious (so many guests commented this too) and everyone there helped make our day every bit as amazing and special as we could have hoped for.
Special mention to Paige, Lisa, Maddie, Saffron + Liz. But every staff member on the day was amazing.

Amazing wedding
The packages they offer are excellent and ours included the photographer and a DJ. This made everything so easy. We were able to meet them all at the wedding fairs and other recommended suppliers like kh music box who played at our ceremony.
On the day Ali was managing our wedding and was amazing and worked so hard, she even offered me some of her own shoes when my wedding shoes were hurting a lot! The bar staff were friendly and efficient. Our guests are still talking about the roast carvery and how nice it was and how much of it you could have!
The golf course is beautiful and friendly it is genuinely a lovely place to get married. It’s not super expensive or a wedding factory like some hotels. The team who work there want to make your day special and they don’t push extras on you or try and over charge for everything, just genuine service. For us it was perfect.
