The best experience!
Where do I begin? Claire and her team are absolutely incredible, and I have loved every interaction with them throughout wedding planning!
I initially was a bit nervous to reach out, as I knew we also wanted to a lot of decor ourselves and didn't know if this would cause any awkwardness. Claire made sure I was comfortable straight away, and was more than happy to provide what we wanted. She was one of our best suppliers to work with; no ask was too big, and she always made time to talk when I needed clarity or had questions. Claire herself was a massive support and the decorations were absolutely beautiful. I am so grateful to Claire and team for helping all of our visions come to life!

An absolute pleasure to deal with
Claire and 1st Class Events are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble, the range of products was more than enough (in fact spoilt for choice). We sent a photo of our thoughts and Claire made it happen. Claire was always available and reassuring, even 10.00pm the night before when we had forgotten something.
The service was impeccable and Claire and her team were so friendly and helpful we felt like we'd known them for years.
Claire and First Events were a big part in making my daughters wedding a day to remember and I will definitely be reccommending 1st Class events any opportunity I get.

Wedding reception decor
Claire came highly reccomend through friends and clients who had first hand experience of her amazing work. We had one to one meetings with Claire where she listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us to achieve our vision. She gave us lots of options and flexibility and ultimately helped us decide what we needed for our wedding reception. I was blown away by how it looked on the day, as we're all our guests.

Could not recommend 1st class event specialists enough!
The team did an outstanding job making our venue look absolutely amazing!
From the first meeting I had with Claire to the last meeting the communication was amazing. Nothing was too big an ask and everything was handled seamlessly. Even a few days before the wedding when it was due to rain Claire was offering umbrellas. We changed our minds several times but this didn’t phase Claire. Her and the team were so flexible and understanding our day turnt out amazing. We had soo many compliments for our guests we couldn’t have picked a better company.

Perfect experience
1st class event specialist were fantastic from start to finish.
Firstly Claire was very helpful and accommodating in helping me find the perfect wedding decor for my special day! She was very friendly and professional from the start and made me feel very comfortable. She helped me create exactly what I wanted for my wedding and made it a completely stress free experience for me.
On the day Claire and her team were amazing and set everything up without me having to worry about a single thing. The decorations were beautiful and everyone complemented them and mentioned how elegant my wedding looked.
I 100% recommend using 1st class events if you would like a carefree, affordable and professional experience.
I will definitely be using them again for any events I have in the future.

Incredible!
We absolutely recommend Claire and her team, we used Claire for our wedding in August 2024. Everything was just perfect from start to finish, no ask was too big/small and the communication was just incredible from start to finish. Our venue looked absolutely stunning and she made sure we could have the wedding we dreamed of. We are super grateful and wouldn’t use anyone else for future events!

A happy couple
Claire provided and set up the beautiful rustic decor and lawn games for us at our wedding at Knebworth house in August 2024. Claire was super easy to work with and was very responsive with lots of ideas and suggestions and accommodated our request for a popcorn bar which I personally think all weddings should have. Claire's props are really high quality and the rustic, light up LOVE letters made a fantastic photo opportunity for guests and the lawn games were a massive hit with children and adults alike. Thanks so much to Claire and her team.

Great Experience
We met Claire at the hotels wedding open evening and so pleased we did. Claire had the tables laid out with various set up, colours, sashes, table center pieces and there was so much choice. Claire also emailed me with lots of pictures and we met up to discuss what type of things we were looking for. I made a few changes before our wedding day, and added the crisp wall that went down really well with our guests. Claire recommended the aisle runner and I am so pleased that we took her advice as it looked stunning on the day along with the candles and petals. The center pieces looked stunning and I am so pleased we also had the LED floor, again lots more compliments from the guests about that. Even on the morning of the wedding Claire had bought some other sashes for the chairs as the color I had originally chosen looked too light - so Claire stepped in and changed them. Overall I had a great experience with Claire and she was quite prompt at coming back to me with any queries that I had. So pleased I used 1st Class Event Specialist for our special day

Absolutely amazing!
Claire at 1st Class made our whole wedding experience so easy! We fell in love with Claire instantly, so kind, warm and helpful. We definitely had a journey to get us to our wedding day with a venue change! But everything was so easy to switch over and Claire helped us every step of the way!
The set up on the day was absolutely beautiful and was everything we wanted and more!
Such a lovely selection of decor items to pick from to fit your perfect wedding! Lovely light up letters and amazing out door games for the kids and adults!
