The Write Girl Calligraphy is a wedding stationery company based in North Kent, England. Sarah, the owner, designer and maker of The Write Girl Calligraphy, offers bespoke, handwritten calligraphy signage, to add that extra bit of luxury to your big day. Sarah devotes the utmost time and attention to every piece created and will work closely with you to bring your design visions to life, she can't wait to hear from you and get started.

Services Offered

The Write Girl Calligraphy offers domestic and international shipping. Sarah has a catalogue of options you are welcome to consider. If you need a little extra help deciding on the perfect design for your celebration, Sarah is more than happy to assist. There is no order minimum, and Sarah's typical turnaround time is four to six weeks. If you need something a bit quicker, you are very welcome to reach out, and Sarah will be happy to see what she can do to help.

Lead time on Wedding Signage is 3 weeks, however please do contact me, I am happy to help

What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?

There is no minimum order with The Write Girl Calligraphy, so there is no charge!

What are your delivery times?

Turnaround is 4-6 weeks, however I do offer "Rush Order" signage and often work quicker that my lead times, so please do get in touch

Do you do national mailing?

Yes

What is the charge for national mailing?

Postage and Packaging is included in your package price, so no additional fees will be added once you have received your quote

The Write Girl accepts BACS and Paypal payments A £40 pre-order fee is required to secure your order and the remaining payment to be paid upon approval of designs

Best signage ever!

Thank you Sarah SO much for creating the most incredible signage for our big day.
We loved everything so much so, our order of the day is now up on our kitchen wall! Sarah’s attention to detail is phenomenal and such a genuine person.

Fantastic signage for the whole wedding!

We got a welcome sign, a seating plan, table numbers and placecards for our wedding made up of our theme colours (burgundy/navy) so that it all matched and they came out fantastic. Sarah is so talented and always wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us.

Amazing, I highly recommend this small business.

Sarah is amazing. I ordered one of her wedding bundles plus a few extras including cake topper and place names. They are all fantastic!
Every message was replied to really quickly and it was all delivered in plenty of time.

Amazing!!!!

Sarah was incredible! Dealing with a wedding in a pandemic she was so accommodating and dealt with all our last minute date changes/guest drop outs/name changes with understanding and ease, we literally wouldn’t have had a table plan without her!
The place cards and all the signs were perfect and so premium it really made the decor!
