Highly recommend!
When thinking about our wedding we organised all of the traditional bits first (venue, flowers, dress, hair/make up, etc), but realised we hadn’t actually considered how we wanted to feel and look on the day. Dan & Jess were brilliant in helping us to achieve our fitness goals and helped us feel so much more confident and a real sense of pride that has now been immortalised in photos for us! Working out together with our plan was also a really fun experience to do with my now husband as part of our overall wedding prep. People often think about dance lessons, etc but I’d 100% recommend factoring in a joint workout plan with Vow Fitness to help you feel the best on your big day

Expert guidance and a personal touch.
Dan and Jess at Vow Fitness were a vital part of mine and my wife's wedding day, and the build up to it. With their help in setting fitness and nutrition goals, not only did we feel confident in our appearance on our wedding day, we were in a great head space in the build up to the day which I believe is a really underrated benefit of working out. Vow Fitness were amazing!
We used Jess and Dans app for our wedding and got amazing results. The app was really great and easy to use. Jess and Dan were amazing at tailoring our meals to suit us.
The workouts were easy and straightforward to follow.
They got back to us quickly with any questions or changes and when we weren’t feeling up to exercise they were motivating and supportive.

Got Me Feeling 10/10 On The Day
Being under 5ft - I don't carry weight well or 'feel my age'. On our wedding day it was important to me that I felt confident & womanly. I had chosen a dress that I fell in love with but was very out of my comfort zone - tight fitting with an open back. I knew this was my dress but I wanted some help feeling my best in it. Working with Vow helped me achieve exactly that! The level of support was second to none - with already so much on my plate at this stage in the planning process it was amazing to have someone take charge of my workouts & diet so I could just get on with it & reap the rewards on the day.

Dan designed a focused, results-driven plan that targeted exactly what I needed: trimming stubborn fat around my waist while building out my shoulders, back, and arms to enhance that sharp V-taper look. The transformation was exactly what I’d hoped for. I felt energized all day, confident in every photo—no matter the angle and completely at ease in my suit.

Big Day Feeling 🔥
Can't thank Dan & Jess enough for making myself and my wife feel amazing going into our wedding day.
