On the wedding day, Hannah was amazing and looked after Poppy so well. She kept us updated throughout the day with messages, photos and even a video summarising her day, which we loved. We were so impressed with how well Poppy behaved and she even ended up staying longer to mingle with guests, which Hannah was so flexible with.
Hannah then took Poppy back to my parents’ house and spent the evening with their dog too.
We’re so pleased we booked her and can’t thank her enough for helping Poppy be such a special part of our wedding day! ❤️
Worth Every Single Penny!
Our 18 month old puppy, Dexter, is full of energy and can be a handful. Hannah made him calm and presentable for his big day as the ring bearer.
Dexter was an important part of our day and Hannah made sure he was involved at the key parts which were discussed beforehand. Hannah’s planning and communication prior to the wedding was quick and attentive.
The actual day was very hot and Hannah payed close attention to ensuring Dexter was comfortable and cool. She put Dexter’s welfare first which was essential to us.
Hannah is professional, organised and friendly. We never had to worry about Dexter as we knew he was in great hands.
In addition to the amazing day Dexter had, this was topped off with the most thoughtful gift and a video of Dexter’s day which we loved watching the following day.
We would recommend Hannah to anyone in the hunt for a dog chaperone!
Fantastic care for Archie and Lyra on our wedding day
Hannah offered a free meet and greet allowing us to introduce the dogs, and video calls to plan everything in advance of the day. Her service is very flexible and she blended seamlessly into the day, ensuring both dogs were well looked-after, and the star guests at the wedding reception! She was great with both dogs, supporting Archie at the ceremony and making sure both dogs had walks and chill-out time when needed between socialising with guests.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for anyone looking to support a small business in the south-west.

Having Luna included in our wedding day was incredibly important to us, but we wanted to make sure she was happy, comfortable and well cared for throughout the day. From our first conversation, Hannah was friendly, professional and clearly passionate about what she does, which immediately put us at ease.
Before the wedding, we met Hannah for a walk with Luna so they could get to know each other and we could chat through our plans for the day. This made such a difference and really helped ease our minds, knowing that Luna was already comfortable with her and that every detail had been carefully thought through.
On the wedding day, Hannah took exceptional care of Luna and handled everything seamlessly. Knowing Luna was in such safe hands allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our day without having to worry about logistics or her welfare. She kept us updated throughout the day, made sure Luna was where she needed to be at the right times, and captured some wonderful photos for us to look back on.
Not only did we think Hannah was fantastic, but several of our guests commented on how lovely she was and how great she was with Luna throughout the day. It was clear to everyone how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with.
As an extra touch, Hannah also gave us a lovely personalised keepsake after the wedding, which was such a thoughtful surprise and means so much to us.

Hi, I’m Hannah — the owner of Hannah’s Pet Care Services and the person behind my Wedding Dog Chaperone Service, designed to help couples include their beloved pets in their big day without any of the stress. I know how important it is for your dog to be part of such a special occasion, and my role is to make sure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy every moment.
I’ve always had a passion for working with animals and have spent many years gaining hands-on experience in a variety of settings. I’ve worked on farms, caring for dogs, livestock, and other animals in a busy outdoor environment, as well as work experience at a veterinary practice, where I developed a strong understanding of animal health, safety, and welfare. I also worked in a dog grooming salon, where I learned the finer details of canine handling and care, and I’ve been pet sitting professionally for many years, building long-lasting relationships with families and their pets. These experiences have given me the knowledge and confidence to create calm, positive experiences for every dog I work with — including on busy and exciting wedding days.
I’m fully insured, DBS checked, canine first aid trained, and have 100% 5-star reviews on Google and Facebook. My van is equipped for safe and comfortable travel, and I regularly care for dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and ages — from energetic pups to nervous rescues and senior companions.
To help meet growing demand and ensure that I can offer more availability for wedding chaperoning, my mum, Alison, has now joined the business. She assists with dog walking, drop-ins, and day care, which means I can dedicate more time to my wedding clients — ensuring every couple receives a personalised and flexible service. I’m a huge animal lover and already familiar with how the business works, which made joining the team feel like a natural fit. I’m also the business owner, Hannah’s, mum, which makes it especially lovely to be able to work alongside family. Together, we’re able to offer more availability during busy periods while continuing to provide the same high level of care and attention to every pet.
