WEDCHIC was founded by Cyan, an experienced wedding planner with over 20 years in the wedding and hospitality industry.

After studying International Hospitality and Tourism Management at Bournemouth University, Cyan spent more than a decade working within luxury hotels including Christchurch Harbour Hotel & Spa and Rhinefield House, managing weddings, events, supplier relationships and guest experiences at some of the South’s most well-known venues.

In 2015, she launched her own independent wedding planning consultancy, working directly with couples across the UK to provide expert guidance without the pressure, commissions or high costs often associated with traditional wedding planning.

Having worked across more than 1,000 weddings throughout her career, Cyan created WEDCHIC for modern couples who want professional support, clear direction and expert advice, without needing a full-time luxury wedding planner.

WEDCHIC offers flexible virtual wedding planning designed to make the process feel calm, organised and enjoyable. From styling advice and budget guidance to timelines, planning support and reviewing supplier options, every session is tailored entirely around each couple, their wedding and the areas where they need the most help.

Rather than sourcing suppliers on a couple’s behalf, WEDCHIC offers independent advice on the suppliers couples are already considering. Without commissions, the focus is always on helping couples make confident, informed decisions that genuinely suit their wedding, style and budget.

All consultations take place virtually via Google Meet, giving couples flexible expert support wherever they are.
