Lynsey was perfect without her lots of things would have gone wrong on our day.. but she immediately notices that littlest detail on time and finds ways to make it better .. even my dress zipper ripped off and i was about to start sweating about it but there comes Lynsey! Where to start with Lynsey… weeks / months before the wedding she was helping with preparation, chase external companies, sorting small and large jobs. Lynsey offered to attend meetings with different companies helping out on the day as well as attending meetings with the venue. She ensured we did as little as possible but were as comfortable as possible before the big day. On the big day she jumped between the bridal party, the venue and the grooms party to make sure everything was in order and everyone had everything. On the day, she did everything, as the groom I didn’t have the think about anything, she printed speeches and vows in preparation. If you wanted something she had it from repair kits to tablets. She even spent 40 mins at the end of the night trying to find a handkerchief that was my grandads as it was lost but she found it. She constantly checked in with myself and the bride throughout the day and did everything she could to make it the perfect day in which she did. Lynsey made our day perfect and brought the whole day together. She helped bring my our dream wedding to life. I could not recommend her enough!

Lynsey is super calm. She is top notch on communication and gets an answer to any query big or small extremely quickly. Every little touch and more was thought of and it was a truly fantastic wedding day. I am sure Lynsey won't mind me saying that she had the most amazing knack on the day of the wedding of efficiently co-ordinating every step with extreme precision in the background almost invisible to guests, whilst making it feel so free and relaxed. The family would not hesitate in using Lynsey's services in the future for weddings and events and we have already recommended her to our contacts.

Where to begin…. My partner (now wife!) and I are a very unorganised (slightly chaotic) couple. I don’t know how Lynsey did it but she did- the day was so smooth from start to finish and that was ALL down to her. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect. She was so on it- from having a pair of scissors in her bag ready to cut the tags on the bridesmaids dresses to printing everyone’s individual speeches out on card. She helped us set up before and pack away after, she organised all the vendors and she made sure everyone and everything was exactly where they needed to be on the day.

The biggest thing for me is she really took the time to get to know us as a couple as well as our friends and family. Not only was she brilliant professionally but she was so loved by everyone.

Honestly Lynsey was absolutely incredible and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without her.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lynsey at my sisters wedding. It was a beautiful day in every way and Lynsey was absolutely amazing. From the moment the bride and us bridesmaids came to the venue, she made us feel so relaxed and looked after. Every little thing we could have needed, she provided in a second. She was progressional throughout. While looking after a wedding of over 150 guests, she remained calm and still full of laughs. She had committed herself to the vision of my sisters and I’m so grateful for her part she played in the day.
I could not recommend her enough and I know my future wedding will be in safe hands.

Red Deer Weddings and particularly Lynsey made our wedding an incredibly special event. We have had so many people remark on the fact that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We had a festival wedding on our farm, so it was a completely blank canvas and Lynsey had to start from scratch. What an incredibly wonderful job she did. She thought of every tiny detail and absolutely no request was too big or too silly. Lynsey planned the most recent wedding we catered for. From the initial booking, to ensuring invoices were paid in plenty of time, and really detailed arrival info, we found her to be crazily well organised and really easy to work with. If only all planned were this great! The wedding she put together for the couple was WOW! So cool. We see a lot of weddings in our line of work and her work really did stand out.

We got married in 2017 and from the moment we started working with Lynsey, we knew we were in the best hands. Initially, we brought her on board to help plan our wedding and coordinate on the day—but it quickly became clear that she was so much more than that.
Lynsey’s organisation, attention to detail, and intuitive understanding of exactly what we liked made planning feel effortless. She not only handled our wedding with grace and expertise, but I also asked her to plan my hen party—and what a fantastic decision that was! She found the perfect adult-only resort in the UK for a three-night stay that fit within my budget and still felt like luxury. The goodie bags were thoughtful and fun, the games she organised were perfect for breaking the ice with a big group, and she somehow managed to keep everyone together and safe without it ever feeling forced.
On our wedding day, Lynsey was there bright and early—checking in with me, my soon-to-be husband, and his best man. She helped style the venue, made sure all the key photos were captured by coordinating with our photographer and wedding party, and brought such a calm, positive energy to the day. One moment that really stood out: when the bar (provided by the venue) ran low on drinks, Lynsey handled the issue so discreetly and efficiently that no one even noticed—she just sorted it.
She worked seamlessly with our bridesmaids and groomsmen, supported them in their roles, and ensured the energy throughout the day was exactly what we wanted. She also engaged so genuinely with our guests, capturing loads of candid moments on her phone and sending them to us the next morning—such a thoughtful touch while we waited for the professional photos.
