I cannot recommend Hannah enough for her wedding planning services. From our initial planning call right through to the end of the wedding day and beyond (with Hannah creating the most special video snapshot of our day on Instagram), she really did make our dreams come true and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. Hannah’s attention to detail and responsiveness during the lead up to our wedding was incredible and no question was too much of an ask, she had though of all the little things and had all the large tasks in hand. We had a few planning calls with Hannah and a site visit and she just got on with everything straight away and was so so helpful when it came to taking over the liaising with the suppliers, some of whom she had worked with before, which was brilliant as she had that prior knowledge.
The supplier planning brief was excellent, with one of the suppliers saying it’s the best one they’ve had sent to them, through to the detailed order of the set-up, day of and breakdown - Hannah was instrumental in helping the day flow so perfectly and seamlessly (without a glitch!). Not only that, but also just a total joy to work with and you just knew that on the day, she had it all under control (even in the first heatwave of the summer!). Thank you, Hannah, from the bottom of our hearts, we have been recommending you to anyone we know who is getting married and can do with your magical services - we are so lucky to have had you play such a pivotal part in our special day.

We honestly cannot recommend Hannah from Fields and Festoons enough. From the very beginning, we had complete confidence in Hannah and felt reassured that we were in the best possible hands. Her communication throughout the whole process was fantastic and immediately put us at ease. Hannah was invaluable both in the run up to the wedding and on the day as our Wedding Coordinator. She is wonderfully organised and with her wealth of experience managed to think of all those little logistical details that we might have overlooked with an at home wedding. Knowing we had Hannah and her team there removed any element of stress on the day and meant we could focus on the excitement and emotion as we knew they would have all the logistics under control. Hannah resolved the few minor issues that cropped up discreetly and efficiently without bothering us. First things first - Hannah has become one of our favourite people! We first met Hannah when we decided to hold our wedding at the Lakeside at Wildberry Farm and from the outset we realised we were being spoilt to have access to not only a brilliant wedding coordinator, but a wonderful person too!

Right from the start Hannah was on it and made us feel really at ease with what was a really daunting task of organising and planning an outdoor wedding. Hannah’s organisational skills but calm and collected delivery made the whole process enjoyable, when it could have been very stressful. Hannah’s contacts and connections were fantastic and her willingness to listen and take on board and thought and suggestions and mould her own ideas to ours made us a really great planning team!

On the days leading up to and on our wedding day itself, Hannah took away all stress and pressure and was the central focal point for all of our suppliers, who couldn’t speak highly enough of Hannah and her work! She works tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of the day but is flexible enough to allow the day to flow and breath organically, without forcing us to do anything we didn’t want to, in order to stick to a rigid schedule.

We loved our wedding day more than we could possibly have imagined and a large contributor to that was Hannah and her faultless approach to coordinating and helping us bring our personalities to the day. We cannot speak highly enough of how wonderful she is and how much of a joy she was to work with.

Hannah really puts everything into her work and it shows in her seamless event management. Both clients and suppliers are in safe hands and will be part of unforgettable events. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend feilds and festoons to anyone looking for any level of support.

Hannah was truly amazing - ultra organised, on the ball and so lovely to work with. Our wedding was really ‘from scratch’ when we hired Hannah - we knew we wanted a festival like wedding for around 200 people and had almost secured a marquee and field to hold it in, but that was all! Everything else we built from scratch with her guidance, advice and help, including electrical plans, site plans, rubbish logistics, catering, music and entertainment, managing suppliers, on the day logistics and much more. She really knows her stuff, has some great experience and advice to share (particularly if you’re looking to do something outside of the traditional route) and her organisation and event management skills are second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fields and Festoons - at the start we weren’t sure if we’d need a planner and weren’t sure whether it would be a worthwhile investment but I can honestly say it was worth every penny and more.
