Wedding Marquee & Tipi Hire in Bedfordshire

You’ve booked your dream venue for the dates you wanted for your outdoor wedding. Now it’s time to ensure that, should the heavens open, the party won’t stop till the last song.

Why Do I Need a Marquee or Tipi for My Wedding?

Some venues offer flexibility with their outdoor reception areas and may include tents in case of inclement weather. Some don’t, though, so it’s better to be prepared. A marquee or tipi will not only protect you from the scorching afternoon sun or sudden rain, it’ll also make an elegant statement on your special day.

What’s The Difference Between a Marquee and a Tipi?

It’s mostly about the shape of the tent and its style. If you’re planning an outdoor boho wedding with rugs on the floor, fairy lights, and chill vibes, a tipi might be the ideal space. If you’re keen on that second-hand boutique furniture you snapped up, and the lanterns, and the quirky tables, then a marquee would be gorgeous.

Thank you for much for letting us have one of your beautiful marquees for our wedding. The marquee fitted so well with our farm and just gave it a unique twist. Mark was great and came out a few days before to check the marquee over as we had some crazy weather just before our wedding. Even brought us a heater as we were worried it was going to get cold in the evening. We got so many compliments on the marquee and how lovely it looked. Thank you the team at FM tents for all your help from start to end. Rebecca & James

We employed Marquees of Woburn for our garden wedding party in July. They were fantastic. From the moment we met them we realised we would be in capable hands. There were so many things we hadn't thought of (and never would have) but Paul and Nina had it all covered. I would honestly say that if you think it is just about hiring a company to put up a marquee in the garden - think again. You need this company. And we recommend you make use of their full service. They will open your eyes to what is involved. They took all the stress out from the initial planning to the clearing up after the event. Their team are amazing and by the end of the very long wedding day (and all the preparation beforehand) everyone, guests included, felt they knew the owners. They are so personable and professional. We had regular contact and reminders from Nina in the run up to the wedding prompting us and reassuring us that we and they were on course. They liaised with our caterers and DJ and everyone worked well together. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to run your event. Absolutely incredible and we cant wait to have another party ! We cant thank them enough.
