It can be simple and a pleasant journey towards a spectactular event! We, my team and I (Annabel), offer planning consultations through to On The Day Management (also know as On The Day Coordination).

We ride alongside you on your planning journey sharing experience, contacts and advice to ensure there is no wasted money, energy or effort. Then I am there, or my team, to support the suppliers on the day, taking the reins confidently so you can relax and take it all in.

WHY IS WBA DIFFERENT?…
Honest - Sometimes you just need an honest sounding board and someone to hear your ideas then help bring them to life. Its important to me that every decision you make reflects you as a couple and creates the right atmosphere, flow and memories. Once I know your style and personalities and using my extensive experience in event management, I will be honest about what will work and what is needed.
Creative - I believe a wedding is about the joining of two lives so each wedding should showcase this union. We will take time to get to know each other and ensure the plans highlight your story and you feel confident in our guidance. I love a challenge so tell me your quirks, your passions or what you’re known for. What’s your home like? What’s your favourite hobby? What defines you? Will guests come to your wedding and know from the invitation to the sign on the drive that is it ‘you’ reflected in this event?
Calm - A Wedding professional should always be calm. Like a swan across the lake, working hard but with all the grace I can muster! Nothing will get in the way of keeping everyone happy. Every event is about the people so this is at the forefront of every plan. I concentrate on the experiences of all involved, from the tastes, textures and temperatures to the smells and sounds. Lets do this together to ensure everyone is at ease and relaxed!

nnabel Made Our Dream Wedding a Reality – We Can't Thank Her Enough!
When we first met Annabel, my partner and I had absolutely no idea what we wanted. No theme, no clear vision, just a vague idea that we liked the thought of a barn venue. From that blank canvas, Annabel helped us create the most beautiful, magical day that was so perfectly us.
Planning a barn wedding meant that every single detail had to be thought through and organised from scratch, and I mean everything. Annabel was incredible at this. Nothing was ever a problem for her. She approached every challenge with creativity, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. Even on zoom calls that had run 2 hours over because of my indecision! For two years, she was on hand whenever we needed her, guiding us through decisions big and small, always knowing exactly what questions to ask and what we needed to consider, when to push us, how to get to our end goal without feeling overwhelmed.
Beyond her exceptional organisational skills, Annabel was our calming voice during the inevitable stressful moments. She has this wonderful way of putting everything into perspective and making you feel like it's all going to be okay, because with her, it always is. She also brilliantly fielded all the awkward family politics that arose (and there were a few!), handling delicate situations with such grace and diplomacy that we barely had to think about them.
On the day itself, everything ran like absolute clockwork. Annabel made sure that my partner and I could simply be present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day together. It was perfect.
We love Annabel and can't rate her highly enough. She's not just a phenomenal wedding planner, she became someone we truly treasure. If you want someone who will care about your day as much as you do, who will turn your uncertainties into something beautiful, and who will be with you every step of the way, Annabel is an amazing choice.
