Something Different in Cumbria

Lauren attended our wedding to do live illustrations of our guests as a surprise and we couldn’t be more delighted. Lauren communicated with us really well on the lead up to our wedding and answered the million questions I had with such kindness, then on our Wedding Day, Lauren worked tirelessly to sketch pictures of all of our friends and family who were delighted and so surprised! It was fantastic to see the pictures being painted in real time. We are so chuffed and cannot recommend Lauren more! - Lauren is so talented! We found Lauren’s pricing very reasonable for everything we received and completely worth every penny as an unusual favour for all of our guests. Thank you so much Lauren!!

Jo was absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend her portrait services! Our guests loved their portraits and we thought it was the perfect thank you gift for their attendance. We had a very small wedding and Jo was able to tailor her services perfectly. Jo is not only an incredibly talented artist but also has such a welcoming and friendly nature - it was a joy for her to be at our special day. Jo was also able to draw some additional pictures post wedding and had them sent to us. They’re now dotted around our home and are perfect mementos from our day!

We hired Classic Chambers for our tipi wedding at home and honestly, they were perfect. The loos were spotless, stylish and exactly what we needed, including an accessible unit for a wheelchair users which was crucial for us. Adam was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great communication from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and he's a thoroughly lovely person - as is his wife Kate who we met during delivery/collection. It might not be the most glamorous part of planning, but having reliable, high quality loos, and kind professional people behind them, makes a huge difference - I'd highly recommend them!

We got married at the Croft at the end of April and hired Kay to be our content creator. We were unsure of an additional person taking photos at first, but I am so pleased we did! She was bubbly from the second she got there and got so much footage that we didn’t need to think about! Getting a highlight reel the day after the wedding was amazing whilst we still wait for the professional photos and videos to come through! She also sent all the unedited raw material which was so nice to look through and relive our day. I have made reels before but not to the standard Kay did, it was perfect! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease and other than when she was getting specific transition content, we didn’t know she was there and got so much! I would 100% recommend Kay to anyone thinking about having a content creator, it’s worth it! Thanks again Kay! 🥰

We wanted a sweet cart to expand our decoration but we wanted colours to match our theme which was red and cream. And wow did she deliver! I’ve not got any pictures yet as we are waiting on the photographer. But Oh My Word SHE WAS FANTASTIC! The cart was decorated with colours to match and each tub had a different sweet in we had 10 sweet tubs (hire) you get to keep the sweets after! But the tubs go back to her which was amazing it was one less thing we needed to worry about! Stunning decorations, stunning sweets! Well done and Thank you so so so so much!
