We honestly can not thank Terry or recommend him enough! We are over the moon and more with our pictures from our special day. He was so professional throughout the whole day ensuring that all the best pictures were taken, even thinking out of the box to capture ones that nobody else would think of. He is a fantastic and friendly guy ready for plenty of laughter and fun which immediately put everyone at ease. He easily got on with everybody and even fitted in as part of the family. All our friends and family loved and spoke so highly of him, even weeks after our wedding. They all hope that he will still be working when they’re ready to get married.

My experience with Tel was amazing from the start. He was quick to respond, showed a lot of kindness and passion in his emails. We actually let go of our prior photographer to have him on board. I love his editorial style of candid photography which captures the romance and natural chemistry between couples. On my big day he arrived on time, gave us a lot of direction in terms of poses and captured beautiful images. The little things such as adjusting my trail for every photography to make it picture perfect really made the difference. Post wedding day, the sneak peaks and photographs were released in a timely fashion. He has so much experience and I am really glad I could have him for my big day. He was also able to fulfil editing requests.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better photographer than Terry! He photographed our engagement shoot last year and our wedding in September, and from start to finish he was an absolute joy to work with.
Terry has an incredible ability to make you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, even if you’re like my husband and I and hate having photos taken. We make videos ourselves, so we know just how much goes into getting it right. From the moment we first spoke to Songbird, we felt completely understood. Rachael took so much care during the consultation, asking the right questions, really listening, and gently offering ideas that made everything feel easy.

On the day, Jamie was wonderful. He had such a calm presence, checking in when needed but never intruding. Somehow, he managed to be everywhere without ever feeling in the way.

And then came the final film. We were completely moved. It captured our day so beautifully that we found ourselves seeing moments we hadn’t even realised were happening. The pace, the music, the way the vows and readings were woven into the soundtrack – it all felt so thoughtful, so intentional, and so full of feeling.

We didn’t want anything cheesy or overdone, and they understood that completely. What they delivered was something real and honest and full of love. It’s more than a wedding video. It’s a piece of art we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives.

We got married last September and I honestly can't recommend Terry from Lily and White enough. He was amazing from the start, meetings to discuss our plans and wishes from our photography and image styles we liked. We had a few zoom meetings and calls to discuss everything. He was there for any questions we had and made the whole process run smoothly (which came in handy after finding out we were pregnant and had so much on our plates). The photos speak for themselves, we are so so happy with them and our guests all mentioned how amazing they turned out. I love that the whole day was captured as you are so busy as the Bride and Groom you miss elements of the wedding happening around you but Terry captured everything so we didn't miss a moment. We managed to get all the couples shots I wanted and had time to be with our guests which was so important to us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding photographer! He even stayed a little later for us to make sure we got a beautiful night shot outside the venue as a final image which we really appreciated!

Tel was an absolutely amazing photographer. From start to finish we felt so comfortable with him. He’s friendly and ‘normal’ and blended in with the rest of the wedding tribe making everyone feel at ease. He guided us through some beautiful photo photos so we got some amazing, romantic shots but the rest of the time, we didn’t even realise he was there, he got some great natural shots throughout the day. 24 hours after the wedding we had our ‘sneak peaks’ and so many of them too which was so lovely (having taken none of the day myself). Less than 2 weeks after the wedding we had the full set of photos, almost 900! Could believe how quickly he got them sorted for us. We were so happy with the service he provided and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Tel, so glad we booked you.

I originally booked Tel for my wedding, but unfortunately, we had to cancel due to a family loss. Throughout that difficult time, Tel was incredibly understanding and kind, allowing us to hold our deposit until we were ready to reschedule. That gesture alone made me want to rebook with him. When we did finally reschedule, every interaction felt so natural, like speaking with a friend. He was always helpful and made the whole process so easy with clear, simple questionnaires.

On the day of the wedding, Tel arrived at the venue with such warmth and friendliness that it felt like we had known him for years. None of us had much experience with professional photos before, but Tel made us feel so comfortable. He has an amazing ability to set up shots that look beautifully composed while still feeling completely natural.The final photos were absolutely stunning—we couldn’t be happier. We cannot recommend Lily and White photography enough!! Terry was brilliant from start to finish - the most friendly, genuine, talented and professional photographer. Terry made the whole process easy and fun for us all, even our guests have mentioned how great he was (especially during the dance floor photos which are fantastic). He captured every moment exactly how we wanted and photos are better than we imagined. They were also ready much sooner than we expected! Terry was fantastic from first enquiry to booking to our wedding party. We even had to change our date due to one of us being unwell which was no problem with Terry and he was very supportive of transferring our payment over.
Luckily Terry could do our new date and on the day he was fantastic he kept me calm which is no easy feat. He was super adaptive throughout the evening and did everything we asked of him and came up with some great ideas for photos. Even going the extra mile to help us with organisation of the party.
We got our sneak peak photos very quickly and they were brilliant and now we cannot wait for the rest! Thanks again Terry! Highly recommend!

Terry helped make our day very special. He listened to our needs and what we wanted him to catch during the day. He was clear if things couldn’t happen or be achieve which gave us an idea how the day would be. We chose him as we liked his style of work and that he didn’t put any darkened effects on the pictures. We had good communication from him and a nice video call to go over our day and the expectations that we had of him to capture our day.
Terry was great on the day, and only stole us for half an hour at a time so that it didn’t feel like our whole day was taken up by having pictures done. We would have liked to have had a few more pictures of us where we were not kissing maybe.
I am also absolutely gutted and heartbroken that I didn’t get any solo photos with my bridesmaids or my mum helping me get into my dress, especially as I had asked for this to happen. Things like this cannot be rectified as it’s an in the moment sort of thing. I will forever be upset by this. This is partly because we ran out of time as we advised to get in our dresses far far later than I would have liked. Also the fact venue had a part to play in this due to moving rooms. The groom was also a little sad he didn’t have many getting ready pictures, again due to time and only having one photographer.
Our friends and family love our pictures and liked how Terry got everyone involved where he could.
We found it sometimes, as a couple, to be a little confusing as to what we was doing for photos as Terry would disagree on a pose that our videographer would suggest, leaving us unsure what we should be doing. This is not necessarily a bad thing but seeing as they as friends and known each other for years I thought they would be a little more seamless with working together.
We loved our sneak peak pictures which got us very excited for all the others that were yet to come. Terry was able to get the rest of our pictures to us just two and a half weeks after the wedding which was amazing!! So lovely to see all the photos so quickly and reminisce on our beautiful wedding day again. It brought back lots of emotions and memories.
One of our favourite photos being the confetti one as it’s such a hard pictures to capture but Terry done amazing and our guests listened to him when he asked them to throw the confetti up and not at us.

Tel recently shot our wedding in various locations throughout London. From our very first chat with him we could tell he had a passion for photography. Before the day he'd done his research on locations and also listened to what we wanted.
On the day he was nothing but professional and guided us through some posed shots, as well as taking documentary style photos throughout the day.
The photos we've received back are great, and we've had lots of compliments. Receiving the whole catalogue in colour and black and white is a nice touch too.
