JRQ Media Wedings is a wedding photography business in the West Midlands. Hello! I am Jack and I love my job! Weddings are such an amazing time and we are so lucky to get to capture so many beautiful wedding days!
I pride myself on being a candid, relaxed and natural wedding photographer. I understand that your wedding day is not just one big photoshoot and our easygoing, unobtrusive approach allows me to capture natural, candid and authentic moments. I love capturing everything from the laughs, the cheers and all the happy tears.
I will step in when needed to set up the perfect group and couple shots, offering pointers and posing tips but never making you feel pressured to do something that does not feel natural to you! I will snap away and capture the giggles in between shots as friends often heckle from the sidelines!

JRQ Media Weddings looks forward to photographing your wedding day, we are based in the West Midlands and cover weddings locally, nationwide and destination weddings. We have a range of packages from engagement shoots to half and full-day wedding coverage. All packages include digital downloads and an online gallery to share with friends and family as well as a personalised shop for prints and canvases! We can create a bespoke package upon enquiry if you can't find what you are looking for!

If you like my work and would like me to capture your wedding day, then I recommend booking me in at least 12 months before your wedding day

What is the charge for travelling?
I am based in Midlands and do not charge for travel in and around this area. If your wedding is outside of this area there may be a small fee but please message me to discuss first

I am a natural and candid photographer. I capture your day as it unfolds, in an unobtrusive manner! I am never the focus of a moment and quietly pull together special and keepsake moments
What kind of equipment do you use?
I have three cameras and an assortment of lenses, far too many batteries and a fleet of memory cards! As a lifelong customer and user of Canon, I know my way around getting you some memorable photos!
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, all wedding galleries are supplied on a gorgeous online gallery for you to view, download and share your photos with friends and family. You even get a beautiful online print store

Amazing Photographers
Jack, Jack, Jack, where to begin… when we first started planning our wedding we knew straight away we wanted Jack to be our photographer. Right from the start the communication and explanation of the progress was second to none. We booked to have the engagement shoot as well as our wedding day and I am so glad we did, this gave us chance to meet Jack and get a chance to feel more comfortable in front of the camera as, let’s face it, it’s all a bit alien for most. Our engagement photos came out amazing! We brought our two dogs along for some snaps, we certainly lucked out with the weather as we wandered around his local park and fave spot. Then fast forward to the wedding day at the west mill, we are the kind of couple who like the relaxed and chilled vibe, nothing to formal and Jack captured that perfectly from the getting ready finer details right through to the ceremony and dinner.. and let’s not forget the drunk dancing photos which will embarrass most of the family. Also can’t forget a shout out to Maria who was along with Jack on the day to help capture the 100s of stunning shots. You were a dream team and we wouldn’t have had it any other way. If you’re looking for a photographer to capture your perfect day look no further!

Incredible experience with very talented people
JRQ Media has helped to make taking our engagement photos an easy, stress-free, and enjoyable experience. Always professional, fun, and guided every step of the way, you are made to feel comfortable and confident. My fiance and I are not photogenic in the least, and yet they have managed to capture our personalities accurately in a set of incredible photos. Very easy to work with and the experience and know-how to make everyone look great, we will forever treasure the photos we received from them. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for not only a great set of pictures, but a wonderful experience as well.

Jack (JRQ MEDIA) was absolutely brilliant! He was a pleasure to work with in terms of scheduling of the day, we had originally booked him for 6 hours and decided to see if we could extend it to 8 and he was happy to accommodate us in the decision.
He was full of jokes and made everyone feel comfortable and confident in front of the lens, the quality of the photos we've had back from the sneak peek of our wedding were phenomenal, and the speed at which we got those back was insane, we were married on the Wednesday and had the sneak peek photos back on Thursday evening!
Our guests also mentioned many times how friendly Jack was and how he genuinely wanted to do a good job, he was there when you needed him to be and just as much disappeared when you needed too so we weren't always looking down the camera and making the photos candid and relaxed. Would definitely recommend Jack

Absolutely amazing photographer!!
We are so so pleased that we chose Jack to be our wedding photographer - he was so kind, helpful, and easy-going; blended in with the other guests; and most importantly, took amazing photographs!
Initially, we had an engagement photoshoot with Jack, and we were a bit nervous as myself and my partner are both quite introverted. However, Jack made us feel completely at ease by giving us prompts to make us smile and laugh. After receiving the engagement shoot photos, we had no doubts that Jack would capture some amazing shots on our wedding day.
On our wedding day, we hired Jack to take photographs from the 'getting ready' stage, up until the evening party, plus we selected the photobooth option that Jack offers too. We only got married a few days ago, and Jack has already sent over the photobooth pictures, plus a number of 'sneak peek' photos from throughout the day, and we are already over the moon and can't wait to see the rest.

Fantastic photographer!
We've just received our full set of wedding photographs and I have to say we absolutely LOVE them!
We initially chose Jack over many other photographers because we loved the look and feel of his sample pictures and connected more with his style. I can say after even just the first-look pictures (received the day after the wedding!) that he exceeded our expectations by a mile! Jack has captured how it felt to be there on the day; his pictures are so vibrant and capture moments far beyond standard portraits.
Jack is a great guy and was a pleasure to have at our wedding. His laid back approach put us and our guests at ease right from the start. Jacks style is unintrusive which allowed him to capture some amazing candid shots of us and our guests throughout the day!

You are amazing!
My husband and I could not recommend Jack more! From the moment he walked through the door he was professional, calm, relaxed and brought a fantastic sense of humour to the day. Jack’s style is very natural and authentic and he worked alongside our videographer amazingly to capture some absolutely beautiful moments. My husband and I aren’t naturals in front of the camera but what Jack has produced is honestly unbelievable. We are in love with our sneak peek photos and cannot wait to see the rest of the gallery. The time flew by when we were having our portraits done with Jack and he made us feel really comfortable and he stayed around longer than expected to make sure that we got all of the shots we wanted for the day and this meant a lot to us. A huge thanks again Jack for all of your hard work on our day; you really made it special for us. Thank you!

Excellent expirience
I am so impressed with our sneak peak photos we received 20 within 4 days of our wedding and I love all of them. Jack acted with upmost professionalism throughout the day whilst making us both feel comfortable as well, I asked for our little boy to be included as a a main part of the wedding and he engaged with him so well and tried different things to get the best shots. I would absolutely recommend Jack to anyone.

An irreplaceable asset to our special day
Jack was our wedding day photographer, he conducted himself in such a kind, friendly and respectful manner. He knew exactly where to be to throughout the day to capture the photos without being invasive in the slightest. we are both so grateful and appreciative of the service Jack has provided. The ‘sneakpeak’ photos we have received are absolutely incredible we are overjoyed to be able to relive our special day through these photos Jack has taken, and cannot wait to see the rest.

Fun and creative. Stunning photos!
We are so so pleased with how our wedding photos turned out! Jack listened to everything we wanted and captured everything we asked for and more. He is a really lovely guy who communicated excellently, is super easy going, and made the group shots and portraits really fun.
I don't usually feel very comfortable in front of the camera and was initially a little nervous about the portraits, but Jack gave out ideas and told us what poses to do througout which made it much easier than I thought it would be, and it didn't take us away from everyone for too long meaning we didn't miss out!
We've loved looking through them all - it really does allow us to relive the day all over again and we're so grateful to have these precious memories to look back on and share with others. They're amazing, thank you so much!
