My style is candid and romantic, focusing on real moments and genuine emotion. Most of the time, you’ll find me quietly in the background, documenting the in-between moments, the laughter, the tears, the fleeting glances that often go unnoticed.
For around 80% of your day, I’ll simply be observing and capturing things as they naturally happen. I’ll gently guide you during the key moments, like your confetti throw, couple’s portraits, and those must-have family shots, but I promise, you won't spend hours posing in front of the camera.

- I also do hour by hour packages starting at £200
How far in advance should I contact you?
6-24 months. My 2028 diary has just opened
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Can you travel?
Yes, i cover Derbyshire & Nottingham.
I am happy to travel across the midlands
What is the charge for travelling?
If you're getting married more than 1.5 hours away from DE22, mileage may be chargeable, I will also require a hotel stay. All travel will be discussed and agreed upon before your booking
What style of photos do you take?
Other (I focus on a documentary and candid approach while still capturing the traditional family portraits and the gorgeous couples portraits)
What kind of technology do you use?
Digital
Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
I'm always trying to learn and willing to try new things! I regularly attend styled shoots and organise them to practice at new venues and experiment with new kit!
What kind of equipment do you use?
I have two canon R6 bodies, but also own a spare too. I have a handful of prime lenses, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm. I also have a 24-70mm and a 70-200mm (if needed!) I also own two flashes
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, i use pixieset for all of my online galleries
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?
3 months

I try to be as unobtrusive as possible, capturing candids and documenting the day as it happens. I do step in at various points of the day for couples portraits, group photos and confetti

Lovely lady and perfect photos!
Jess stepped in when my photographer was unable to make it last minute and I’m so glad she did! She was absolutely lovely all day, helped me with my train or bouquet through the day and was very patient when my Jimmy Choo’s were hurting me!😂 it was so easy to be photographed by her, which we both were nervous about, she put us both at ease and it wasn’t awkward at all! It did not feel like I’d only met her on that day. I’ve had my sneak peaks back and they’re perfect. I’m so pleased with them. I cannot wait to see the rest of them! My original photographer is editing my photos but the photos she has to edit from Jess are top tier!!! Thank you again so much Jess. You saved our day!!!💗💗💗
