It's very difficult to leave a negative review, and we don't mean to with any ill intent, this is purely to share our experience and warn others that may experience the same issue when booking Hannah's services.

We got married in April 2025 and were very excited to book Hannah as we felt we really vibed with her throughout the interactions prior to our wedding, and loved her portfolio. We have to stress as well that she was lovely on the day and very easy to get on with. However, communication was a serious issue after the wedding, and we ended up having to send countless emails to chase for our wedding pictures. Hannah went completely silent after our wedding. We never received our "sneak peeks" as promised, and after 6 weeks of absolutely zero contact we were left wondering if we would ever receive the photos from our day. Hannah eventually got back in touch once we threatened legal action (after countless emails, phone calls, and instagram DM's having been ignored) to explain that she had experienced a family emergency which had taken her away from her work. We were initially incredibly sympathetic, even though our gallery was still not ready and Hannah had continued booking weddings after our date. We eventually recieved our gallery just over 8 weeks after the wedding day.

While the pictures are nice, there are definitely photos that we felt were rushed to edit. Our first kiss looks as though it has been photographed in darkness, and there was a massive orange overtone to all the pictures which make them difficult to print. I will admit that the struggle in communication tinted our view of the gallery as a whole, however, we do feel we have tried to make the best of a bad situation by accepting the gallery even though we don't love it.

Nearly a year on from our wedding date and we have never received our "keepsake box" as promised in our contract. Hannah has continuously promised to send this to us, but it has never materialised. We've now reached a point where we don't believe it will ever be sent to us, which is a huge shame considering it is supposed to contain prints of our favourite photos along with USB backup storage.

Considering the service we were provided with we requested a 25% refund on the total cost of the photography, which to her credit she agreed to, but she never offered this herself in an attempt to rectify a very bad level of service.

Your wedding day is a day that you cannot redo. With hindsight, we really wish we had booked a different photographer, or at least a 2nd one for the day so we could have another gallery to enjoy. Ultimately, we are incredibly disappointed and still lost out on a large chunk of money for a bad service, and photos that we like, but don't love. We truly hope Hannah has learned from the mistakes made at our wedding and does not repeat this for future couples.

We still hope that (one day) we receive our keepsake box.
