Very belated review due to lots of life stuff - but wanted to leave a review as we couldn't be more thrilled with our wedding photos. we were matched with Benji as a photographer and he was professional and responsive and had so much personality and was fun that he immediately made us feel excited and at ease about him capturing our wedding. Benji was so relaxed, fun and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera - not the easiest for 2 not particularly camera confident people. During the ceremony he must have transformed into a ninja because he took the most intimate and beautiful photos but we didn't even know where he was or notice him at all. All our guests raved about Benji and how fun and lovely he was and we loved that he felt like an extra guest at wedding. His easy going vibes and fun attitude made it so no one felt overly observed or staged which meant we ended up with authentic and genuine moments being captured. No staged smiles for the camera - just pure fun and being in the moment. All of the photos we received were truly magic and really captured the essence and vibe of the day. We loved Benji's creative yet authentic photos and we were blown away by our wedding photos - they aren't just memories but pieces of art. Benji you are truly a wizard 🤘

Benji was super friendly from the very first meeting to the delivery of our photos, he captured our day perfectly. He was professional and personable, instantly putting both of us at ease - especially for someone who doesn't like having their photo taken. His photos were exactly what we asked for, which was mostly candid shots - he got some great photos of family and friends on the dance floor which we still laugh at.

Wow. I cannot even begin to say how impressed we were with Benji! I woke on the morning of the wedding to a storm and you bet I was heartbroken. Did this get in benjis way? Absolutely not! He ran with the weather and made some of the most outstandingly stunning photos that I will cherish forever. From start to finish the whole process of hiring Benji as our wedding photographer was easy and stress free. We loved Benji's photography style and he captured our wedding perfectly. He fitted into our wedding so well and all of our guests commented on how friendly he was and no-one felt forced to pose. Our photos have been a talking point and everyone has said how unique and creative they are. Benji even got the edited photos back to us super quick.

Benji was brilliant, he came with loads of ideas for some beautiful shots, wrangled our large group effortlessly, and made us feel very calm about the whole thing! We had lots of moving parts to our day and a shift of location midway through so we were grateful to have had such a chilled professional with us on what could otherwise have been a stressful day.

Cannot recommend Benji highly enough. Communication before the day was excellent. He went through with us what our vision was and broad great ideas to the table. On the day he got on with all our guests and was really great at capturing candid moments. The photos were beautiful with a mix of special moments and some great motion shots. Benji photographed my sisters wedding and was sooo much fun, as well as being super professional. Lots of attention to detail and captured the essence of the day, blending in perfectly with the guests!

For a wedding day that will continue to bring joy you need the right spouse and the right photographer. Benji and crew are the right photographer. From the first contact we had the relationship was akin to a friendship. This brought ease to the video chats we had and the preliminary visits where we first saw the candid and creative energy that he would bring to the day. But the bonhomie was not brought at the expense of professionalism. We were confident at every step that everything was being handled and we'd be delivered a dazzling album at the end of it. Their friendly and informal approach allowed Benji and Lydia to blend seamlessly into the wedding party and take candid and visionary images that captured the joy, comedy and love of the day. They were there from morning, through the golden hour and into the dancing and not only took pictures of the happiness but brought some along with them. We received the edits on our honeymoon the week after the event and that made this part of our celebrations all the more sweet.

I've seen pictures from other weddings that Benji and crew have shot. Ours was an intimate event, a local church and "village hall" affair but Benji and his gang bring the same creativity to all manner of occasions. The best testament I can give is that I see his work every day - our wedding pictures are.in the playlist of the displays around our house and the TVs - and every time they come up their honesty and artistry makes it easy to find again the joy that I felt on that day. Trust in Benji, let him work his craft and he will bring the same joy to you.

Absolutely blown away by Benji! From start to finish, he was anything but the typical “stand there, smile here” photographer. He has an eye for those offbeat, artistic shots that capture moments most people would miss. If you’re looking for something beyond the usual staged wedding album, he’s the one.

I’m not someone who loves being in front of the camera (at all!), but he somehow managed to make me feel relaxed and actually look good which in my opinion is a miracle!

He blended right in with our guests, so it was more like having a friend around who happened to have a camera rather than some stiff, traditional photographer.

The photos and the film (working seamlessly with the videographer) were absolutely stunning. Every shot was a work of art, each moment beautifully framed and full of personality. If you’re after wedding photos that go far beyond the ordinary, I couldn’t recommend him enough

Benji photographed our wedding reception in October 2023. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer. He brought the energy and was so fun to have as part of our day whilst also remaining professional. We had so many positive comments from friends and family about Benji and we are so grateful that he helped to make our day everything we hoped it would be. Benji had so many ideas about how to capture the evening and we have ended up with amazing photos which perfectly balanced our desire for a mix of traditional wedding photography and something a bit more fun and edgy. Benji was lots of fun from day 1. Our meeting to discuss what we wanted was great. We also had an engagement shoot and loved it. And then on the day most of the day we didn’t notice Benji was there, if we did he was making us smile. And the photos we got back after the wedding were so incredible.
