James, I’m not actually sure where to start. From that first video call we knew you were the right choice for us! You are so much more than just a photographer! It felt like you were a friend with a camera at our wedding day. You made us feel so relaxed, gave us advice, bantered with the bridesmaids, entertained the children and stepped in to save the night when the sparklers wouldn’t work! James was absolutely brilliant to work with! He captured every essence of the day through both photos and videos, giving us memories we’ll treasure forever. His creativity really shines through in his work, and he has such a professional yet relaxed approach that made the whole experience so enjoyable. I cannot thank James enough for covering our wedding. He was easily one of, if not THE BEST suppliers we had and we were so so impressed with the results.

I had booked a content creator earlier in the year but entered James’s competition on Instagram for my maid of honour (she was married 6 weeks after us) and won! James then very kindly offered to cover both of our weddings for us and was genuinely incredible.

From our first meeting with James, he was so approachable and friendly and really put us at ease. As people who don’t love being behind the camera, he listened to all our worries and requests and really took things on board.

James arrived earlier than both our photographer and content creator, and stayed late to cover our surprise fireworks and dancing when he heard our other supplier had to leave early. He captured every moment perfectly - from getting ready, guests arriving, first looks, ceremony and reactions, hugs during the drinks reception, wedding breakfast, cake cut, first dance, photos and the party and fireworks in the evening. We have full length videos of all our ceremony, speeches, first dance but also have different views on shorter clips which is just so beyond our expectations and we couldn’t have asked for more. We barely noticed he was capturing and yet he interacted with so many guests and he has been mentioned by everyone we spoke to after the wedding. We have all said he was so nice, fun and so good at getting all the behind the scene moments.

James genuinely went above and beyond. He had ideas for little trends we could do, ran around looking for my phone when I lost it, fluffed my dress and carried my bouquet. He even had the idea of getting us a golf cart to go out and get some footage. The venue had a blanket rule to say no this after a slightly drunk groom had crashed one in the lake a few years ago, but James convinced them and gave his own equipment as a deposit! This was one our favourite moments of the day and was amazing to get out and have some time away from our guests.

He got such a varied amount of footage - we have hundreds of videos on drones, body worn cameras, phone and professional camera, as well as 360 view. We also had hundreds of photos he had taken on his camera too! It is just incredible. We had hundreds of photos and videos ready for us the next day and edited highlight reels within a week. They have really captured our day and we feel like we can relive the moments exactly as they happened, truly natural.

James brought his wife for my maid of honours wedding and they were such an amazing team and their work together is just amazing. I cannot recommend the 2 of them enough.

I am now thinking of any other events we can book James and Amy for as they are such lovely, genuine people who create incredible footage. We are sad we don’t have anything booked in where we would see them again because they truly are legends!

Myself and Kieran met James at a wedding fayre at Beverley Barn. Once seeing his work and speaking to him about what he can do, we booked him there and then! We certainly was not disappointed, on our wedding day he was absolutely amazing, from organising everyone, to having a laugh with the whole bridal party, been so kind, and genuinely just fitting in like he was a guest at our wedding. In the lead up to our wedding, there was never too many questions we could ask, everything was very organised for the big day. We recieved our whole album very quickly and the quality was AMAZING, we absolutely love our wedding photos and could not recommend James enough to anyone!

James brought both a professional and personal touch to our wedding . Nothing was too much ...his ideas through experience and my request for pictures gave me the perfect album that I will treasure for ever. With more pictures to choose from, he captured every minute of our day. We couldn't have been luckier to find a better photographer . Strongly recommended .

James was absolutely brilliant on our wedding day! Not only are the photos incredible, but he was such a calming and supportive presence throughout the day. We’re not huge photo people, and he totally got that—he listened to what we wanted and made sure everything felt really natural and relaxed.

The posed shots were quick (just like we wanted) and the candid photos are just beautiful—they capture the day perfectly. He helped keep the day running smoothly and the turn around on our photos was really quick.

If you want amazing photos and someone who feels more like a friend than just a photographer, we can’t recommend James enough!

James was just excellent. He was responsive and easy to get hold of. We wanted really informal snaps capturing the day without lots of posed photos. He was kind and went out of his way to help in other aspects that were not within his role. Would highly recommend. Thanks James.

We got married in September 2024 and we hired James as our wedding photographer. From the beginning, James was so understanding that as a couple we are very camera shy, but he did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. James completely understood what style of pictures we wanted and knew exactly what shots would look good. He really slotted into the day and you would not have known that he was there, even during the more intimate moments.

James explained to us at each part of the day what was going to happen so there were no nasty surprises and helped keep our nerves to a minimum.

James was great at interacting with all of our guests, which we were so pleased about. He was even brave enough to let our young nieces have a go at taking their own pictures on his camera 😂

We had a handful of edited preview pictures the following day, which was a nice surprise on entering the wedding blues. We had all of the pictures back within 4 weeks (which again we were pleasantly surprised about, as we were expecting to have to wait a while!)

We are so pleased that we picked James to photograph our wedding as we now have the most beautiful pictures of the day that we can look back on 💗

My wedding day was special anyway but with James from 3rd eye images it was even more special in the way that he captured everything from the rings to my jewellery and the most important thing my wedding dress. We would highly recommend as he even thought outside the box in taking pictures of our rings on a tree branch but when you see the photo it's not just a branch with some rings on as the way he has captured it it's amazing and we wouldn't of even thought of any photographer doing that. He went above and beyond in helping us on the day as he even sorted the trail out at the bottom of my dress ready for the photos. He is an absolutely amazing photographer and an absolute pleasure to have had him at our wedding.

James was amazing. From the very first communication his attention to detail was second to none. Always making us feel at ease and knowing where we stood with all the arrangements. There was so much chaos with the venue on our big day and not only did James go above and beyond with his photography but he helped to manage that as well! We wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again and to recommend him. Thank you again James for everything you did for us, you are amazing!

When we were looking for a photographer for our wedding we knew we wanted someone who would fit into our day and keep it breezy as we didn’t want lots of staged photos looking still and bored.
As soon as we met James on a video call we knew he was the one for us. He listened to what we wanted and needed and made it feel like a very bespoke tailored service.
On the day we couldn’t have been any happier. James fitted into our day like he had known us and our friends and family for years! As we asked he kept it breezy but also encouraged us to do some more stages photos which we are really pleased about! He also did content creating for us too and we ended up with a lush video of shorts from the day. How he did this while taking photos and generally being fabulous I have know idea but he made it look effortless!
Our photos were sent to us in such amazing time after the wedding too and we could not be happier. James is not only a wonderfully fun human to have at your wedding, he is also very good at taking dphotos! We can’t thank you enough James! All our guests have even commented on how great you were and I know the bridesmaids really felt at ease with you too!
