About

PicPal brings the wedding photos, videos and messages captured by guests into one shared album. Based in Colchester, Essex, this online service is available for weddings across the UK and complements a professional photographer with the candid moments and different viewpoints of family and friends.

Scan, share and get back to the party
Guests scan the wedding QR code and share from their phone browser. There is no app to download or guest account to create. Couples choose who can see the gallery and whether new uploads need approval.

Make the printable signs part of the day
PicPal Studio is a full printable editor. Couples can change wording, fonts, colours and borders, add a background photograph or graphics, and move the elements into place. Choose A6, A5, A4 or A3 in portrait or landscape, then download a print PDF for tables, welcome displays or the guest book. The public editor can be tried before creating an account.

Give every guest a way to join in
Alongside photographs and short videos, guests can leave written wishes and voice notes. A photo hunt adds playful prompts, while approved photographs can join a live slideshow on a television or projector during the celebration.

Keep the moments afterwards
The £32 Keepsake package is a one-off purchase including guest sharing, the shared album, slideshow and a downloadable keepsake film made from guest uploads. The paid event gallery is hosted for 12 months from the event date.

Couples can also order an optional printed Memory Book, priced separately. PicPal creates a first draft from the event photographs; pages, layouts, crops and captions can be adjusted before ordering.

Try it before the wedding
A free Preview lets two testers try up to ten memories, including two short videos, with no card needed. The public walkthrough shows actual PicPal screens and a sample Keepsake Film.

The gallery images are product demonstrations and illustrative examples, including a fictional wedding with AI-generated photographs of adults. They are not customer wedding photographs.
