From the first point of contact and until after my wedding, Leila was so open minded, helpful and flexible in discussing what I wanted and what she could organise for us, even contacting the venue to take jobs off my to do list for me. I was specially looking for a sensory den and time out space for my child with additional needs as well as somewhere and something to entertain the other children at the wedding. Leila was really open to my ideas and understanding of finding a black out tent (as a breakaway space), and she ended up including sensory trays and sensory equipment as part of the set up.

The whole teepee set up was beautiful and it was so exciting for the adults and the kids to get in to. She had personalised gift boxes with sensory toys/boredom breakers for all the kids (ages 5-9) with their names on which was so thoughtful as well as arts and crafts, vehicles, and cushions and blankets for them to roll around in. She had taken my child’s interest in vehicles as a general theme and she found lots of toys that he could get into. He LOVED the transformer style vehicles and they came with him for the whole day (and thankfully occupied him whilst we did photos).

Throughout the day, lots of the kids spent time in the area she had set up and two kids managed to get cosy and have naps in the teepee/tents in the evening which took some pressure off the grownups managing the long day. She had a ‘no grown ups allowed’ sign in the teepee area, which some of the kids took so seriously, we adults were sent away to do our own thing- no complaints there! She had set up a big teepee, the sensory black out tent and lots of other activity spaces in part of our venue, and we had kids and adults spending or relaxing in the set up all day.

My child continues to ask every night since our wedding when he can go back to the wedding ‘in the upstairs bit’ where Leila had set everything up and we’ve even had tears as he explained how much he misses it. All the parents and the kids loved using the play area Leila had set up and I can’t praise it enough.

We did have an incident as well where one child threw up on a cushion and Leila’s understanding and response to this was just so nice considering it was her equipment.

I’d use Leila and her company again in a heartbeat and if you have your wedding at the plough inn, the upstairs section is the perfect place for her to set up for the kiddies!

With 27 children to manage, Leila came prepared and remained cool, calm and composed - this wasn’t for the faint hearted! Nothing was too much effort for her. Leila was super accommodating - and able to manage both the smaller and bigger kids. Everything was super prepared. She was able to know when to come and ask if something was okay, but also balancing just blending in and getting on with stuff. Parents felt able to let their hair down knowing the kids were in good hands. 100% highly recommend.

From the first text with Leila she was professional, flexible and reassuring. Her first meeting with our children, she was so warm and kind and our children felt instantly so comfortable. At our event she went absolutely above and beyond, bringing lovely activities and toys for the children. Her entire time with our children, she engaged the children and did everything she could to make them comfortable and happy. I really can’t recommend her enough!
