Founded by experienced childcare professionals Luan and Emma, who together have over 26 years in Early Years and nursery management, L&E brings warmth, reassurance, and fun to your celebration. Their passion for working with children led them to expand from running their own nursery to creating L&E Wedding and Event Nannies, offering high-quality event nanny services tailored to weddings and special occasions.

Before your big day, you'll have a video call to discuss your wishes and requirements, followed by an in-person meet-up where possible—so your children are greeted by familiar, friendly faces on the day.

Highly recommend!
Fabulous care from Luan
They gave us 3 numbers and I emailed all 3. Luan and Emma were quick to respond and we felt just from their reply, they understood a new Mother and Grandmothers worries of leaving a baby for the first time. Luan suggested a phone call to discuss with us what they could offer (which we did on loudspeaker) and instantly we nodded to each other that we felt comfortable with her.
She runs a nursery in the week so obviously has a lot of experience with children and sounded a lovely and warm person.
Luan suggests meeting the baby the day before which was exactly what we wanted so that on the wedding day we could relax.
My granddaughter settled with her very well although had been a little unhappy with new faces recently. Luan communicated with my daughter through out to put her at ease as this was a first for us all. Then on the wedding day we were very relaxed and could enjoy the day. She worked with my daughter and brought the baby to which bits of the celebration she could be part of and when tired wheeled her away. When put to bed by my daughter, Luan sat with my granddaughter as a monitor was not sufficient and wouldn't have worked from the room to the marquee.
It was such a success and we really hope if a similar family is worried about leaving their baby, I strongly recommend Luan. Her colleague also babysat another baby at the same wedding which worked out very well.

An absolute must at your wedding!
The kids warmed up to these ladies straight away and everyone got along sooo well.
The selection of toys and activities covered all bases.
I was able to enjoy my wedding and talk to all my guests knowing the children were safe in the company of these wonderful ladies.
Definitely a must have at your wedding to allow you and your guests to relax and to stop the children becoming bored or irritable.

Hey there, I'm Luan, Co owner/ partner at L&E Wedding and Event Nannie’s!
Im the owner of a private well established day nursery in Worksop with a background in childcare dating back to the school days, I crossed paths with Emma when our little ones started nursery school together in 2011. Fast forward to 2017, Emma joined my team and swiftly climbed the ladder to management, sparking a beautiful friendship between us. In 2023, we decided to level up and venture into a joint business, offering bespoke childcare services at weddings, events, soft play rentals, and parties. We are all about meeting with new people and delivering top-tier childcare with a sprinkle of fun at every event we touch!
Hello, I'm Emma, a co-owner of L&E Wedding and Event Nannie’s, along with my close friend Luan. We have a long history, having known each other since our children were young (now all teenagers). My journey with Luan began in 2017 when I started working at her private day nursery in the baby room, and over time progressing to the role of Manager, and our bond has flourished.
Fast forward to 2023, we decided to combine our shared passion and our talents and partnered up to create L&E Wedding and Event Nannie’s.
We're the go-to team for childcare at events, weddings, smashing soft play, and epic parties.
