From start to finish Joel Grainger has been so easy to work with! We knew we wanted Joel from the moment we knew we were getting married and it was honestly the best and easiest choice we made. We honestly cannot thank Amplifi Events enough for making our wedding evening so unforgettable! From the moment the music started until the very last song, the dance floor was full and the atmosphere was incredible. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well at the start of the evening, so we couldn't do our first dance as planned. The team adapted everything so seamlessly, getting the party started without missing a beat and keeping the energy high. When I was feeling better and came back down, they effortlessly rearranged everything so we could still have our first dance, and my father-daughter dance. It meant the world to us that they were so flexible and helped make those special moments happen. Our surprise saxophonist was one of the best decisions we made. It completely elevated the evening, and our guests absolutely loved it! We've had so many compliments since the wedding about both the DJ and the sax, with so many people saying it was one of the best wedding parties they've ever been to. The DJ read the room perfectly, played exactly the right songs at the right time, and kept everyone dancing all night long. We genuinely didn't want the night to end because we were having so much fun celebrating with all our family and friends. Thank you, Amplifi Events, for creating the most amazing atmosphere and for being so accommodating when our plans unexpectedly changed. You helped turn what could have been a stressful situation into the most unforgettable evening, and we couldn't recommend you highly enough!

We knew Rock My Reception would be electric, but nothing prepared us for how quickly our guests would dive right into the action, everyone was desperate to get involved! ​We requested two special songs personal to us, and hearing them performed live made those moments uniquely ours. When guests talk about our wedding, the band is hands down the main thing they rave about. They brought an unmatched atmosphere and are just the nicest, most charming duo. And honestly, aside from our guests, we didn't stop dancing from start to finish. You made planning a breeze with fast responses and sorting everything from the venue perspective, I was extremely grateful for that when there's a lot of planning to be done. ​Thank you so much, you are both absolute legends! Hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Get this incredible duo booked. Rock My Reception? They certainly did that!

These guys were brilliant! We can't thank them enough for such a great night! They were so easy to deal with all throughout the planning and were so professional on the night. Then they got up and played a storming set that got everyone dancing! Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Lorna is an incredible musician, wonderful singer and versatile performer. We had her for our evening reception following on from the wedding breakfast / speeches, in which she did three sets - each with a different mood which she met with ease. Starting with calmer garden party vibes on piano she sang amazing stripped back renditions of rock and elder-emo bangers, before transitioning into full-blown party mode for the later evening with a full rock disco vibe. In addition, she performed our chosen first dance song beautifully, learning it for us as it was not previously on her existing repertoire. Throughout the evening, she set the energy and tone and encouraged guests we did not expect to dance to spend the whole night on the dance floor. Not only did Lorna exceed our expectations as a performer, but she was also incredibly friendly, chatty and sweet with us and our guests and we’ve had many comments from those guests telling us how much they enjoyed the evening entertainment.

Amara has the most beautiful, amazing voice and I absolutely cannot recommend her enough. Amara worked with me in the lead up to our wedding on a very special recording from our daughter to my husband, and I absolutely cannot thank her enough for that. On the day, she made our wedding. Being able to play the recording and then sing me down the aisle was the most special thing. Amara has the most amazing voice, all our guests commented after she sang over our reception drinks too. She is the nicest person. I would absolutely recommend her and wish we could do it all again. We love you 🥰

Andrew came to the event prompt and set up without any support. He set the scene perfectly with his set list and would definitely hire again

Finn played at our wedding this October and was fantastic to work with. We had a call with him prior to the day and went through some requests we had. His ability to play pretty much anything suggested was super impressive. A lot of our guests were employed in the video game industry and Finn was kind enough to learn a number of different game songs which everybody absolutely loved. He made time to walk around and talk to the guests too, to get their requests. Wish we could get married again so he could play for us twice!

The Best String Quartet I’ve Ever Heard Ebor Quartet were absolutely phenomenal and genuinely one of the highlights of our wedding. They are without question the best string quartet I have ever heard. They captured the regal atmosphere of our wedding perfectly. Their rendition of Prince of Denmark’s March was magnificent — without the traditional trumpet, the strings gave it a more solemn, elegant and majestic quality that felt incredibly grand. They brought true regality in all its forms to the ceremony. What amazed me most was their versatility. They could move effortlessly from beautiful classical pieces to modern music performed in that gorgeous Bridgerton-style arrangement. Hearing “Wifey” by Next played on strings as we walked out as husband and wife was unforgettable! They took something contemporary and transformed it into something sophisticated, romantic and completely fitting for the setting. Every single song I requested was played perfectly. The musicianship, presentation and quality were simply world class. They created an atmosphere that recordings could never have achieved and elevated the entire wedding. If you want musicians who can bring elegance, emotion, grandeur and something truly special to your day, book Ebor Quartet. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. 10/10. ❤️

Having Vitula String Quartet perform before and during our ceremony and during the reception really helped create an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere! The music was beautiful and we had so many comments about how wonderful they were! Their communication throughout was spot on and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
