You can choose anything from a DJ to a 14 piece luxury showband. We have popular packages on our website but we often build custom packages
How far in advance should I contact you?
Typically couples book entertainment 12 - 18 months in advance. Occasionally some of our acts are available at shorter notice

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?
With the band, we have many songs that are rehearsed, tried and tested. If a song you want isn't on our list we may charge for the musician's time for learning and rehearsal

Our team are full-time professional musicians, which means we put our time into planning for perfecting your big day. With 10 years of experience, you can relax knowing your Wedding is in safe hands
Do you have your own equipment?
Yes
Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
Yes, a dry environment due to electrical equipment. If outdoor we need stage shelter
Can you travel?
Yes, we are happy to travel anywhere in the UK, we are based in West Yorkshire
Is there a charge for travelling?
Yes, this depends on the specific musicians/band line up chosen. We base this on each individual enquiry
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
Yes
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?
With a team
What is the length of time of the act?
This depends on what DJ/Musician/Band line up you choose. However, many couples choose x2 45 minute sets and a DJ will perform 7pm until midnight
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
Again, this depends on which line up. As as example, a DJ with a basic setup can set up in 30 minutes. Our 4 piece band in 90 minutes or our 7 piece band would ideally be 120 minutes

How do you charge extra time?
This depends on the DJ/Musician/Band chosen
What are the forms of payment?
Payment link for deposit and payment link for the final balance to be cleared before the event date. A really easy and secure process

A-MA-ZING wedding band!
From the very beginning James was very flexible with providing a band that suited our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure the set list and musicians were everything we wanted. They were absolutely amazing on the night and sounded fantastic. They got everyone up and dancing and so many guests said how great they were! They absolutely made our evening! We couldn’t have asked for anything more from a wedding band! We would highly recommend Laura and all the musicians to anyone looking to hire some live music. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Perfect! Amazing service
James was beyond reproach! From the initial telephone consultation, to the day itself there was nothing that was too much trouble for James. He took the time to help create the perfect music list, took requests, and made sure he adapted the playlist all night so that the dancefloor was always full. If I ever get married again, he will definitely be the DJ again!! haha

Sublime performance, absolutely recommend
To be quite frank…unequivocally superb. From start to finish highly engaged manager who listened to every detail and also provided innovative solutions to his Client. The live set delivered in spades with quests enjoying the guys audible guitar pleasures. This team simply ooze potential and it’s clear they delight in the mastery of their deep musical talents. Would vehemently recommend to anyone based on engagement, sublime guitar riffs, range and choice and also value for money. This really capped

The most incredible wedding band you could wish for!
There are no words to describe how incredible The Crescendos were from Wedding Bands for Hire. They made my last minute wedding dream of a karaoke hour come true, performed two amazing energetic band sets that had everyone on their feet, did a surprise DJ and sax section and then DJ until the end of the night. Communication was amazing from start to finish and they really did make our day so special.

Utterly fantastic from start to finish
We found James online and he was fabulous, so easy to talk to, very reliabl, so down to earth and made our wedding the most incredible wedding ever, the music was amazing and everyone loved it , the wedding was wild and the music made it even better! James understood the assignment extremely well and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone else! Wish we could do it all over again!!

Great DJ & Sax
Great service from the very beginning. James always called on time, they arrived on the day promptly, dressed accordingly. Ben on sax is excellent, so many of our guests commented. Ben even learned a very special song that we had requested. We would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a band / DJ /Sax.

Made our night, incredible
Wow! We booked The Crescendos for our wedding and they blew the roof off! Absolutely outstanding. We could not fault them. Incredible musicians and fantastic vocals. The dance floor was packed all night long. The songs they sing are perfect for a crowd. Everyone at your wedding will know a song and have the chance to dance the night away. I would book them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for being so brilliant, you made our night.

Made Our Wedding
The Crescendos were absolutely brilliant at our wedding. The set list was great as was the DJ section. It helped maintain a party atmosphere from the moment they started to the end of the night. Special thanks to James for working with us to make sure everything went smoothly. Top class!

So much fun!!
James & Ben came to our marquee wedding in May as a DJ/sax combo! We could not recommend them enough, we had a phonecall with James pre-wedding to discuss the type of music/songs we like and they provided exactly what we wanted! Everyone was on the dance floor from the very beginning, loving the songs and the sax went down a treat! They played any requests any guests had and we still now (a week later) get comments on how good the music was!!
