Planning your wedding should feel exciting, not overwhelming. When you book with us you instantly receive access to your own private planning portal! This keeps all the important details about your wedding and entertainment together in one convenient place, so you don’t need to search through old emails, messages or notes.
Through your portal, you can:

You don’t need to complete everything at once. You can return to your portal whenever inspiration strikes, whether that’s six months before the wedding or while you’re building your perfect playlist on a Sunday evening.
Although the portal keeps everything organised, it never replaces the personal service we’re known for. You’ll also be added to a private WhatsApp chat, where you can speak directly to your DJ, ask questions, share ideas or let us know about any changes.
Around one month before your wedding, we’ll arrange a planning meeting to talk everything through together. By that point, we’ll already have the information from your portal, allowing us to focus on the finer details and make sure nothing important has been missed. The result is a smoother planning process, fewer last-minute questions and complete reassurance that we understand your plans before we arrive.

Best photobooth
The guests were lining up all night and the photos are brilliant.
The quality of the photos are absolutely incredible! A real keepsake for our guests and we love that we had a photo guest book so now we can look back at the night whenever we want!
Milly, was amazing super friendly, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable, she even had a hand in some videography of our first dance (thankyou!).
Everything went so smoothly and now we have the best collection of goofy, sweet memories from our favourite people.

Magic Mirror was amazing
We absolutely loved it and so did our guests.
We got a guest book with photos in plus an online gallery where we could download all photos taken that night. Such a brilliant way to look back at our day!
Also being able to design your own frame for the photos was fab as we could match our colour scheme!

I am the founder and director of Production94, I’m often the first point of contact when you submit an enquiry. I keep everything in check behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly from securing your booking to the day of your event. I’m always up for a laugh and love bringing a fun, relaxed energy to every event, both behind the scenes and on the dance floor!
I hold a degree in Event Management from Leeds Beckett University and have years of hands-on experience managing busy nightclubs across Leeds and Yorkshire, as well as working as a venue coordinator. I’m organised, lively, and love making sure everything runs smoothly. From planning right through to the finer details on the day, I’m all about creating relaxed, fun, and stress-free experiences for our couples.
I’m Sydney, your photo booth attendant and ultimate hype girl. I keep the energy high while showing guests how to use the booth, helping them choose props and taking care of all the little details in between. Lighting needs adjusting? I’m on it. Can’t decide on the perfect prop? I’ve got you!
