Hey! I’m Robyn – a wedding photographer based in Lincolnshire and I truly believe that the best moments aren’t posed – they’re lived.
If you’re after photos that feel like you – natural, joy-filled and full of emotion – then we might just be the perfect fit. I’m all about capturing those real, in-between moments: the belly laughs, the tearful hugs, the spontaneous dance moves and the quiet glances you think no one else sees, allowing you to look back and remember how it all felt.
Couples often tell me they feel instantly at ease when we meet – and honestly, that means the world. Your wedding day is a big deal and the last thing I want is for you to feel awkward in front of the camera. I blend into the background (unless there’s dancing – then I’m on the floor with you!), gently guiding you for the more organised shots, but mostly letting your day unfold naturally, so that you can relax and be fully in the moment.
I’ve been lucky enough to photograph all sorts of days – from small and intimate weddings to wild dancefloor parties with everyone letting loose. Whether you're planning a relaxed garden gathering, a beautiful barn ceremony, or a vow renewal filled with meaning, I’ll be there, camera in hand, heart wide open, so that you can enjoy every second knowing it’s all being beautifully captured.
You’ll get sneak peeks within a day or two (because I know the excitement is real!) and your full gallery within a few weeks – always full of heartfelt, beautifully edited images that reflect your story, not someone else’s version of it.

We didn’t have quite a conventional reception, but we didn’t quite get all the pictures we wanted. We only received one picture of the whole wedding party and although it was raining, wanted a few more.

Robyn was excellent, we had quite a few surprises and different dynamics going out throughout the day and she was able to capture all those special moments without it feeling intrusive! Hi, I’m Robyn – a Lincolnshire-based wedding and family photographer capturing real, unposed moments.
In 2020, I launched Real Life by Robyn alongside my career as a midwife in the NHS. My passion lies in documenting genuine emotions - those fleeting, in-between moments that truly reflect your story.
My journey started in the NHS, where I still work as a midwife. Supporting families through life’s most important moments has shaped how I show up as a photographer too - with care, calmness and a deep respect for your story.
I picked up my camera during lockdown, craving a creative outlet. What began as a quiet escape soon turned into something really special.
At home, you’ll usually find me out walking with Gwen (my dog and sidekick), sipping strong coffee, or dancing in the kitchen to cheesy tunes. I’ve got a soft spot for birdwatching - it’s my little slice of quiet, and there’s nothing quite like spotting a barn owl in the wild.
I’m also a lifelong lover of sport (especially football) and I love the way it brings people together - just like a good wedding does. I love to travel, adore a dog at a wedding and I’m always up for discovering new places and stories.
