Collectively, the band have performed at major festivals and venues including Glastonbury, Montreux Jazz Festival, T in the Park and SXSW in Texas, and have appeared with the BBC Yorkshire Symphony Orchestra. Individually, members have shared stages with artists such as Happy Mondays, Coldplay, Underworld, Kaiser Chiefs, Joe Strummer and Kate Nash.

Simply Outstanding
We booked the 5 piece band which included the saxophonist (well worth it!) plus the additional DJ service to cover all night. One of the biggest draw cards to these guys was we wanted a band who had good engagement with the guests. They honestly didn’t disappoint. We had guests playing the drums, singer dancing with us, guitarists raving!! We just had the best time.
For anyone looking for a wedding band, we honestly couldn’t rate these guys high enough!! The issue is that most bands are managed by an agency. The agency hikes the prices to make commissions, mixes different talents together to form a band (sometimes having never played together before) and generally you’re unsure of what you’re gonna get. Groove Manuva were so much cheaper than everyone else, but simply because they don’t go through an agency. Because we booked them all night with DJ, they just read the room and mixed up the live sets with some played music so it didn’t seem like it was a block of the band, then rest was DJ music. It was well mixed.

I'm a full-time musician and the band leader, as well as the bass player in the group. Running the band is what I do day in, day out – it's my full-time job and my biggest passion. I take care of everything behind the scenes to make sure every event runs smoothly and sounds amazing, so you can just focus on having a great time!
I’ve been singing from a young age, with music always at the heart of my career. I’m a professional performer and singer-songwriter, creating original material for my own projects as well as commissioned work. Alongside performing, I play an active role in the day-to-day running of the band, overseeing key details that shape both our sound and our on-stage presentation.
Whether in the studio refining new material or performing live at weddings and events across the UK, my focus is on delivering a high-end musical experience that feels effortless. I believe exceptional live music should look as good as it sounds, is meant to be enjoyed and above all fun!
