Based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, LaurasPaperHeart is a solo acoustic wedding singer. Her performances are an ethereal blend of sublime guitar tunes and soft, angelic vocals. Laura is a professionally trained, MBF award-winning musician. She studied at Paul McCartney’s Performing Arts University (LIPA). She is passionate about providing personal, inspired music for all occasions.

Services Offered

LaurasPaperHeart boasts an eclectic repertoire of classic favourites from the forties to the noughties and beyond. She is known for reworking popular songs into gentle tunes accompanied by the warm strums of her guitar. Couples are welcome to choose a selection of songs that will best complement their big day. If you wish to hear a specific melody, Laura is happy to learn up to three new songs for your celebration. LaurasPaperHeart offers her services across a variety of packages. Couples can choose her music to accompany their ceremony, have her play throughout their welcome drinks, or during their wedding breakfast. Laura is also available to play all day, right up until the first dance. LaurasPaperHeart provides a medley of romantic runes that add a soulful touch to your wedding.

What is included in the wedding package?

‘Young Hearts’: Guide Price £575: Drinks or Wedding breakfast.  ‘Everlasting Love’: GP £650 : 3 x 45 mins sets. ‘One Day Like This’: GP £725 : All day up to first dance covered. Ceremony Only: £575

How far in advance should I contact you?

I recommend around 12 months before, but anytime up until the day before is fine too. After the initial bookings, I usually like to have a final call around 3 weeks before to discuss final details

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?

Yes, I'm happy to learn up to 3 new songs for your wedding date, 1 is inclusive of the price and any others would be an extra charge

I have been playing weddings and events full time since 2015, In that time I have played at over 400 Weddings and Events

What is the length of time of the act?

Anywhere from 1 x 45 mins - 5 x 45 mins

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

20mins minimum, but I usually like to be there ready to set up for a wedding around 1 1/2 hrs before the Event

Yes

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Per event

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

I have a list of packages available, extra time is charged on an individual basis

What are the forms of payment?

To confirm the booking, I usually ask for a deposit, this would be £250 for a solo package. The remainder would then be payable on your date. I take payment via bank transfer or credit card, cash too

A must have at your wedding - such a gorgeous addition!

Absolutely no regrets 🫶🏼✨

We recently had Laura perform at our wedding for the ceremony, drinks reception and wedding breakfast. Her music was just beautiful and really added to the atmosphere of the day. Looking around the room during the meal there was always someone on each of the 12 tables singing or dancing along to the wide variety of songs played. We loved having Laura at our wedding and would recommend her to everyone! 🤍

Laura is amazing ❤︯

Laura performed at our ceremony and repetition drinks and we’re so happy to have had her as part of our day! Her singing and guitar playing is SO beautiful, and she made the music fit perfectly to frame each moment seamlessly. Friendly lady with a stunning voice

Laura performed for us at our wedding day a few weeks ago, and we would recommend her over and over again! From first contact she was so friendly and accommodating. Her repertoire of songs is lovely and broad, there is definitely something for everyone but she's also happy to learn new music if needed. Beautiful voice, varied repertoire, perfect for our special day

Laura sang at our wedding at South Farm. She was with us for the entire day/evening. We were delighted as were our guests at such a lovely performance throughout.

Beautiful voice!

Laura was absolutely fantastic in every possible way. In the build up to the wedding, she communicated promptly and kindly; we were able to choose from a lengthy repertoire of songs as well as choosing a song for her to learn - Laura was very flexible and offered advice along the way too. When we chatted a few weeks before the wedding, she was friendly and very helpful. On the day, Laura performed beautifully during our ceremony and our drinks reception. So many of our guests spoke very highly of her and her voice. Would highly recommend Laura for your wedding - we are so glad she was part of our day! Thank you, Laura!

Perfect music for our perfect day

We used Laura & her friend Charley (violinist) for our Wedding back in February and we couldn't of picked better. They were the perfect duo for our wedding and we had so many compliments from our guests about how good they were. Laura worked with us to make sure we picked our favourite songs to be played throughout the day and created the most special memory singing as I walked down the aisle.
