We're Nick & Lily. We are a family run, mobile bar based in Shropshire covering the west of England and Wales.
We have 3 beautifully unique hand-built bars to choose from, each with their own style perfect for any wedding whether it be festival-style celebrations or elegant reception- we've got a bar for you.
- The Original Bar is a lovingly converted Mercedes horsebox lorry with a custom-built bar and wood panelling. A strikingly unique addition, larger than your average horse box (8m x 5m) it's more than just bar. It certainly adds a new dimension and extra seating area to any outdoor wedding venue set up.The Bar is set up with 4 draught pumps, fully customisable signage and an outside awning.
- Our Second bar is a smaller horsebox bar (built during lockdown), called Amelie's after our daughter (3x3m). It's perfect for when space is tighter or numbers are smaller. Packed full of charm it has all the same capabilities behind the bar as our larger Original Bar just without the bulk.
- Tipsy's Indoor Bar. Its a beautiful rustic internal bar made from solid antique furniture. This is perfect for venues where the bar needs to be inside. Tipsy's bar is a full bar including draught pumps. Often at bigger events we turn this bar into a gin and fizz bar to work alongside our horsebox bars.
We pride ourselves on being fully customisable. You'll be able to decide on:
- A bar menu to suit you and your guests
- Personalise the signage, mirrors and decorations
- Do you want arrival drinks (e.g. Pimm's), bubbles for toasts, table wines or just the bar for the reception?
- Do you want lawn games, beer pong,additional bars or a pimp your drink station?
- Is a soft play for the children at your big day the perfect distration?
- Decide on the awning set up. Do you want seating, a lounge, a pub, a games room?

From the moment we spoke his energy was infectious and boundless! The enthusiasm he had to make our day and obviously the drinks prefect was always there….from start to finish. He was organised professional, listened to what we wanted and really made the whole process effortless. I was worried about licensing but he sorted it all, gave us the beautiful tipsy bar and pimp my drink station which our guests loved.
It was such a magical day and hiring Nick and his team was the icing on the cake. From the hire of the bar to the cost of the drinks, everything was extremely reasonably priced and I would highly recommend the White Label company to anyone! Meet the team
Hi I'm Nick, together with my Wife and father in Law we renovated and run White Label Bars. We biult our original bar in 2019 for our own wedding before taking the leap and starting the business just before Covid hit.
I love being behind the bar at weddings, meeting new people and generally having a great time. Its the best place to work as everyone is always so happy at weddings!
I'll be the person on hand to take you through picking your bar menu and making sure you day runs smoothly and no one is thirsty!
