We're Nick & Lily. We are a family run, mobile bar based in Shropshire covering the west of England and Wales.
We have 2 beautifully unique hand-built bars to choose from, each with their own style perfect for any wedding whether it be festival-style celebrations or elegant reception- we've got a bar for you.
- The Original Bar is a lovingly converted Mercedes horsebox lorry with a custom-built bar and wood panelling. A strikingly unique addition, larger than your average horse box (8m x 5m) it's more than just bar. It certainly adds a new dimension and extra seating area to any outdoor wedding venue set up.The Bar is set up with 4 draught pumps, fully customisable signage and an outside awning.
- Our Second bar is a smaller horsebox bar (built during lockdown), called Amelie's after our daughter (3x3m). It's perfect for when space is tighter or numbers are smaller. Packed full of charm it has all the same capabilities behind the bar as our larger Original Bar just without the bulk
We pride ourselves on being fully customisable. You'll be able to decide on:
- A bar menu to suit you and your guests
- Personalise the signage, mirrors and decorations
- Do you want arrival drinks (e.g. Pimm's), bubbles for toasts, table wines or just the bar for the reception?
- Do you want lawn games, beer pong,additional bars or a pimp your drink station?
- Is a soft play for the children at your big day the perfect distration?
- Decide on the awning set up. Do you want seating, a lounge, a pub, a games room?

Best bar out there!!!
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better bar for our wedding on 1st August 2026. As we were having our wedding at home, we wanted every detail to feel personal and special, and The Original Bar was exactly that. The beautifully converted horse lorry bar looked absolutely stunning in our garden and became a real focal point of the day. It suited our wedding perfectly and looked incredible in our photos.
The drinks were fantastic, with plenty of choice for our guests, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The team were so friendly, professional and attentive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They helped create such a relaxed, fun atmosphere that everyone commented on.
The lawn games were also a huge hit and kept everyone entertained, making the whole day even more enjoyable (we would definitely recommend the tug of war and the photos from it are fantastic). It was so special looking around and seeing our family and friends laughing, chatting and making memories together.
We’ve had so many compliments about The Original Bar, from the beautifully decorated horse lorry itself to the amazing drinks and wonderful team. Thank you for playing such a special part in our wedding day and helping make our wedding everything we had dreamed of. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a unique, beautiful and professional bar service. Five stars simply aren’t enough!

Amelie's bar
We hired the Amelie bar for our feild wedding this August, we had around 120 guests all together for the evening and this bar was perfect, Nick the owner gave us great advice and was really helpful in the lead up to the wedding, and the team on the day did a fantastic job!

Tipsy at Birdfest
We booked White Label for our festival wedding in 22.8.26 and Nick was fabulous. You can tell he's done this a long time, he really knows what he is talking about. Out wedding wasn't very traditional and that really didnt matter. Nick had some great ideas, and helped bring our vision to life. He was really flexible with what we wanted to do and made it all happen. The bar was beautiful and Nick was a great barman, chatting and laughing with our guests and venue owners. Would 100% recommend White Label bar.

The white Label bar was so perfect for our rustic farm wedding. Nick as his family were all so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The horse lorry looked beautiful in our setting and we were even able to add our own pictures to the frames on the side which gave it such a lovely personal touch.
The bar was such good value for money and the staff were all so lovely and had great banter with the guests.
I couldn’t fault them at all.
I would highly recommend and if we are ever in need of a bar again I will absolutely be coming back!

Insane!! We couldn’t have asked for more!!
Nick & the team are incredible!!! From booking the bar to the day of the wedding everything of seamless , Nick took time out to check in with us before the big day to make sure everything was personalised, including drink choice and games. On the wedding day Nick was incredible so friendly, organised to perfection & wow I mean the bar is just incredible!!! It was packed all day & all our guests loved it!!

Like Family
Nick was great! He had everything taken care of and we didn't have to worry about a thing. His delightful demeanor was wonderful and it was like having another family member with us, in fact I recall someone stating that we should replace our Nick with him. Thank you Nick for being so easy to work with and making sure to add those little touches that made the night rememberable for all of us. Your bar setup was the perfect addition to our wedding at Trevor Hall and we would definitely recommend you. Cheers!

Amazing bar service
Nick and his wife brought their gorgeous horse box bar to our home-hosted wedding, and helped to make it a fantastic day. They worked with us really closely from initial ideas, through helping us keep track on our bar expenditure through the suggestion of giving bar tokens to our guests, bringing the champagne flutes and serving the bubbly for our guests, and working really closely with my son to serve the signature cocktails he had designed for us. White Label Bar were amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them for your event. Thank you Nick and Lily!

Thank you White label for completing our wedding day!
The venue we hired didn’t have a bar or license so I added my request and 3 companies replied. The first tried to dictate what drinks I had, the second sounded very unconfident ……and then I spoke to Nick.
From the moment we spoke his energy was infectious and boundless! The enthusiasm he had to make our day and obviously the drinks prefect was always there….from start to finish. He was organised professional, listened to what we wanted and really made the whole process effortless. I was worried about licensing but he sorted it all, gave us the beautiful tipsy bar and pimp my drink station which our guests loved.
It was such a magical day and hiring Nick and his team was the icing on the cake. From the hire of the bar to the cost of the drinks, everything was extremely reasonably priced and I would highly recommend the White Label company to anyone! Thank you Nick and Lilly we’ll be in touch for the 10 year anniversary celebration xxx

Best Wedding bar!!
We can’t thank Nick and his father in law enough for being nothing short of amazing on our wedding day last Saturday. The speedy service, the great choice of beer (and shots, wine, prosecco etc) as well as just brilliant charisma. We booked these guys back in 2023 and it was one of the best choices we made for our DIY wedding. We couldn’t recommend White Label Bar more for any wedding or event! Thank you so much again.

Could not have asked for a better bar service!
Absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Nick and the team at White Label Bar! The whole process was incredibly stress free, and the bar fit perfectly into our venue. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a personalised service for their wedding!

Amazing and friendly service
Nick was responsive and helpful, made everything very simple for us and listened to what we wanted carefully. On the day, we heard fantastic feedback from our guests, mentioning how nice and friendly Nick was, and we can only agree! L'Amélie looked fantastic and definitely added to the charm of the venue, we will definitely contact White Label for any future events.

Such a fantastic experience
We hired white label to cater our wedding. Our event was very small and intimate and white label understood the assignment!
Their bar had great options for all our guests and the service both before the wedding and on the day was incredible.
Aside from the drinks white label provided lawn games that our guests absolutely loved it really made the day and we still have people talking about them!
Would 100000% recommend!

Perfect Bar Hire
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Nick was great throughout, with a variety of bar options to choose from for our wedding day. We opted for the indoor bar which was perfect, with an amazing variety of alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. The communication was excellent with multiple video calls before the big day and the setup and take down was spot on. would highly recommend to anyone!

Hi I'm Nick, together with my Wife and father in Law we renovated and run White Label Bars. We biult our original bar in 2019 for our own wedding before taking the leap and starting the business just before Covid hit.
I love being behind the bar at weddings, meeting new people and generally having a great time. Its the best place to work as everyone is always so happy at weddings!
I'll be the person on hand to take you through picking your bar menu and making sure you day runs smoothly and no one is thirsty!
