Thank you all so much for giving us our tipi wedding which George and I had dreamt of early on in our relationship.

We were lucky to have weather on our side and have the tipi set up the way we had always wanted it to, which is with as many sides open as possible so we could feel like we were outside amongst the beautiful scenery.

The tipi’s looked so effective with the festoon lit walkway, beautiful fairy lighting up the poles and the floral / macrame chandeliers hung from each tipi.

We would highly recommend Java tipi to anyone who wants to create essentially their own wedding venue/vision with the flexibility, blank canvas and ability to build them anywhere with space!

We booked the services of Java for our DIY home wedding that took place this August. From the start, the service was impeccable and professional. We were allocated the lovely Sarah to help guide us through our wedding planning. No concern was too big for Sarah and she helped reduce our stress levels massively with her warmth and kindness. She handled dealing with a very bossy and stubborn groomzilla (myself) wonderfully! Sarah helped bring our dream wedding to life with her creative vision and advice.

The lovely Martha also had her experience of Groomzilla on the set up days and helped immensely with decisions/set up.

We had the best day of our lives with our field/country wedding and we can’t recommend Java enough. The tipis, communication, decor, customer service and advice were all incredible and we will be forever grateful for Java’s service. Thank you all for your hard work and support, we love you guys!

We had Java Tipis at our wedding on the 24th June this year and they were amazing! We first booked them back in 2021, and I remember that first reply email being the most detailed and organised of all the wedding suppliers I'd contacted so I immediately wanted to work with them. They continued to be so helpful on the lead up to the wedding with Sarah and Martha answering all my many questions with lots of detail and a lovely 'can-do' approach. They provided helpful decor pictures and layouts of how the tipis were going to look.

The guys doing the set-up were great and were all very happy singing away whilst building! The Tipis looked simply perfect. We choose a venue that had never had tipis before so we had no idea how it was all going to come together so the professionalism and reassurance from Java was spot on. The tipis looked amazing and all our guests were wow-ed by them - especially into the evening when all the fairly lights did there thing! We are so happy we choose Java tipis. Java Tipis provided us with a giant hat and their ceremonial tent for our festival wedding at the end of May, as well as our wedding co-ordinator on the day.

Their tipis are flawless and their team who came to put them up were polite, professional and good fun too (it’s good to have suppliers who add to the excited energy on the run up!)

I had a number of Zoom calls with Katie prior to our wedding, and she really helped me to organise my thoughts and vision of our perfect day. Having Katie’s experience and knowledge of weddings was invaluable and she had some great ideas of the best way for the day to run. Not only that but she was also always professional, polite and brought a wonderful sense of humour to our meetings.

As we were married at quite a large estate where we used most of the space in a DIY wedding, having Elyse there as our co-ordinator was invaluable. It meant that I could relax and enjoy our day, whilst Elyse shepherded us all around and kept everything flowing brilliantly. She even got stuck in with refilling our guests glasses at our drinks reception, helping the (inept!) caterer with food service and did loads of clearing up during our evening reception. I would definitely have been stressed without her, and she was so lovely and friendly to have around on our day.

I honestly can’t thank everyone at Java enough for their big part in making our day the incredibly special and joyous event that it was. If you’re on the fence, book them. You won’t regret it!

We went with Java for the ceremony tent for our wedding. They were excellent from the start, and Martha was very accommodating with all of our questions and queries throughout the process. The team who set the canvas tent up did so rapidly, and were a great bunch. Put up the tent and took it down rapidly. Highly recommend.

Our daughter and her fiancé had their wedding reception in our garden and Java provided the tipis and managed the event. From our first contact we were very impressed- Martha and Nick could not have been more helpful and together they realised my daughter’s dream of a woodland themed party. Watching the tipis go up was so exciting and once the tables had been decorated it was magical! On the day, Martha and her team worked tirelessly and liaised with the caterers to ensure everything went smoothly. Afterwards they made sure everything was cleared and tidied away.
It was a wonderful day, we have had so many compliments and we would highly recommend them - Java tipis made my daughter’s dreams come true!

From start to finish Java were on it, any questions we had or worries they were sorted instantly!
We booked Java Tipis 2 years in advance without viewing any other venues as we knew we were in good hands and the tipis were the style we were looking for.
They took the pressure off us and gave us a nudge in the right direction of who to book etc!
Our wedding day went so quickly and we just loved every second, it ran so smoothly thanks to Martha and her team.
The weather was great and we were so lucky to have the tipis completely open on the one side, really gave us the outdoor feel that we were wanting.
Martha gave us so much choice for the table decor and it was great to cut the cost of trying to source items ourselves. The tables looked fantastic on the day and everyone said how amazing the set up was.

We got married at Redbank Barn in September 2019 and we’re lucky enough to have Martha and her team at JAVA tipis with us every step of the way! Our day would not have even come close to what it was without them!

From our initial consultation with Martha right through to the big day I knew we were in great and experienced hands! We were able to discuss our budget and vision for our day before building a realistic plan of where the money was going with fab advice on suppliers that would fit within this - without this invaluable help I wouldn’t have even known where to start!

I took a very relaxed approach to the day which would have just resulted in absolute disaster were it not for Martha and her team, I might have emailed and booked the suppliers but Martha coordinated and organised the entire thing, I just gave her the names and numbers of the suppliers and she did the rest - the whole day went without a hitch! She even rescued the wedding cake which had not traveled well and came to my house on the big day to pick up various different bits and pieces I had forgotten to drop off the day before!

They also did a fantastic job of the venue and the decoration - it was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned!

Not only do you get the amazing organisation and experience you get an incredibly friendly, wonderful bunch of people to share your day with! - and if there is anything at all you need to talk about beforehand - wedding related or not - Martha is there for you!

We didn’t necessarily go in search of a Tipi wedding.... we hadn't heard of them prior however my husband and I met with Martha and that old saying of ‘people buy people’ springs to mind. Not only did she sell the Tipi wedding ethos to us but she promised she’d help make our dream day a reality. After a change of location and seeing the tipis in all their glory, I knew we’d made the right decision. Over the next year Martha helped make our dream day exceed our expectations, she offered me her invaluable experience of Wedding planning; She completely guided me through the process, when I needed to do certain tasks and also seeking out suppliers if I required them. Martha ensured that everything went to plan and nothing was ever too much trouble for me to seek her help with.
I can’t thank her enough for her chilled out approach and reassurance (which any bride would benefit and appreciate) that she provided not only on the day but running up to it too. I’m now proud to call her my friend. The Tipis really are stunningly magical. Enchanting and so typically English, A fantastic alternative to any Manor House, Castle or Garden but by no means a comparison. Our day was everything and more, Thank you so much to Martha and Nick, an absolute dream team.

I was adamant i wanted a tipi wedding so i sent out a couple of enquiries on line. The response we had from Java was amazing, they were professional and friendly from the off. From the initial site visit to the end of my wedding day we cannot fault anything. We had a 3 tipi configuration which was like a tardis inside seating over 120 guests. It was stunning, the real wow factor.
Sarah was our event manager who oversaw everything for us, dealing with caterers, band and bar. We cannot thank her enough, she made the whole experience stress free (well as stress free as is possible when you are getting married!) What an asset to Java. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Java Tipis to anyone who is looking for that extra special venue.

Martha and the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We cannot thank Martha enough for all of the support she showed us from the early days of planning right through to the last moments of our day.

This is a fantastic company that I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful and alternative wedding allowing you to get the numbers you want and to create an out of this world atmosphere. Super easy to contact and communicate with, Martha was amazing in answering all my emails and what’s apps. She always answered quickly and gave me loads of tips and ready to help everything not only the tipis. The staff were wonderful, friendly, happy and loads of my guest commented how lovely they all were. It was stress free day due to how good the staff are and how they run everything so professionally. They made everything very very easy from set up to taking down. It’s been almost a year since our big day and we still talk about how beautiful the tipis were and how fantastic Java tipis were to deal with. If your not sure if tipis are for you go to one of their open days where they are all super friendly and can answer all your questions and give you an idea of the different possibilities the tipis can offer for you, they were so good when I went to see them I knew they were the company for us.

Where do I even begin....Martha, Katie and the team where fantastic from the very start. We had the chance to see the Tipi's in action at an open day at Red Bank and from the moment we saw them, we knew we had found our venue. Even though it rained all day on the day of our wedding, the Tipi's offered an incredible whimsical and cozy backdrop for our day.

They are so versatile, you can truly make them your own. JAVA had an amazing selection of decor and furniture to hire, which really took the stress away when it came to dressing them. We also hired the JAVA bar, which was an excellent addition.

On the day, we had Harriet and Olivia as part of our Events team and despite all the curveballs they had thrown at them, they guided the day through effortlessly - nothing was to much trouble for them. Everyone commented on how incredible atmosphere was, even with the rain pouring, the day was magical.

Don't even hesitate to book JAVA for your wedding (or for any other event for that matter), you wont regret it!

I cannot recommend Java Tipis enough!
From the first communication through to the final takedown of the tipis post-wedding, Java were always on hand to help with anything we needed. Opting for a DIY wedding was always going to seem a bit daunting, but with Katie on hand as event manager, she ensured that nothing was left out of the planning process and was always at the end of the phone for any questions, no matter how small.
We loved the tipis themselves as they offer so much flexibility in the way that you can set them up so you really feel like they are unique to you and your wedding. The furniture and decoration offerings that Java also have really help add to that feeling of creating your own wedding venue. We were so unbelievably pleased with the final result!
Katie was also phenomenal at ensuring the day ran like clockwork - no mean feat when we had so much going on throughout the whole day! She was also the first person there in the morning and the last person to leave in the evening, so we felt like the running of the wedding was in very capable hands.
I could keep going about just how fantastic Java was - they really helped us pull together our dream day!

We used java tipi as part of our wedding on the grounds of broadfield court in Hereford. They were fantastic and gave us all the ideas and dreams we wanted for our wedding. Everyone was so attentive and kept us up to date with the plans and ideas. We also chose to have the audio phone and it was the best decision!!!! I can't thank them enough for making our dream wedding become a reality!
