At JAVA Tipis, we don’t just provide tipis, we create unforgettable experiences. We can transform any flat, grassed area, private land, orchards, farms, back gardens, or our exclusive Herefordshire venues into a stunning celebration. If you’re looking for a venue, choose Winsley Park Farm or Rowden Abbey. You don’t need a full package, you can select exactly what you want, or choose one of our bespoke packages designed for ease. Our packages are transparent, you pay suppliers directly, with expert guidance from our team.

Book with our mobile bar and receive complimentary wedding planning and event management, including your own dedicated account and event manager. We provide 10 complimentary décor items per table, plus additional hire furniture and décor. As a family-run team, we manage every wedding ourselves to ensure layouts, catering flow, and guest comfort are perfect. With JAVA Tipis, your wedding is seamless, personal, and unforgettable.

From booking to the final moments of your day, we support you every step of the way. When you book our mobile bar alongside your tipis, you’ll receive complimentary planning, on-the-day management and free table décor (at least ten items per table).
JAVA is a true family effort, led by Martha and Nick with help from their children and wider family. We take real pride in bringing each couple’s vision to life, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
We genuinely love what we do, and we’d be honoured to create a wedding day that feels exactly as you imagined.

Woolhope Summer Wedding✨
I went to a wedding back in the summer of 2024, and LOVED the tipis.
So much so, that when it came to planning our wedding we knew we wanted Java, even when we had no where to put them!
From start to finish Katie was on hand for supplier recommendations, late night questions and managed the day beautifully.
We had use of decorative items, which matched our vibe perfectly. Our Pinterest board truly came to life.
It was the reception of our dreams, and we cannot thank Katie, and the Java team, enough for all their hard work and expertise.

What an amazing day we will never forget! From start to finish, everything was just incredible. We wanted a wedding where everyone could relax, enjoy themselves and soak up those festival wedding vibes, and Java Tipis certainly delivered!
Martha and the team were always so accommodating, and nothing was ever too much trouble. This meant our day ran so smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. People are still talking about how beautiful the tipis were and what an amazing atmosphere they created.

More than just a tipi!
Just wanted to use this platform to say a massive thank you from myself and Chantelle for your part in our perfect wedding!
Right from the off the team were so lovely! Martha & Nick came out to see our ‘fixer upper’ of a space to see our vision. They were so optimistic and offered ideas on how to make it work.
Nick and the boys were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble when deciding how to have the tipi positioned for the weather and they were so helpful and fully on board with getting our tractor into position!
And our co ordinator Laura…. incredible! From planning until the big day, she couldn’t do enough for us! The wedding honestly wouldn’t have been what it was without her! She did not stop running around the whole day, we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We had so many guests comment her on dedication to giving us the best day. Also leaving the place spotless at the end of the evening for us with the help of the super friendly bar team.
We were initially in 2 minds about having an event co ordinator as we’re quite particular - but thank god we did!!
Rain has always been a running theme for us so it was only fitting that it would show up on our wedding day after one of the hottest summers on record! That meant a last minute change of plan to seating and change bits around on the morning to make it work - none of this was an issue and just proved what a versatile/do-it-all asset it is.

Simply the best!
I could gush about Java Tipis all day - they really are the dream team! The tipis are stunning and made our wedding look absolutely magical - but it’s the team who made the magic happen and we are so grateful to them! A special thank you to Laura who is a wedding angel - she helped us every step of the way, making the process so stress-free and seamless, and went above and beyond to rescue us at the end of the night when our transport failed. Having Java Tipis as our venue was the best and easiest decision we ever made - and you should do the same!

Absolutely Fab! Excellent Team!
Java Tipis were absolutely perfect, they helped point us in the right direction for planning the wedding with other vendors, and they were so flexible with the layout, decorations and overall result of the Tipi.
Our wedding day went perfectly with their event management package assisting with all the little things!

Our dream day!!
Java tipis were amazing from start to finish! Initially I reached out to Martha for quotes and advice and she was incredible provided us with so many options inc. help with food trucks/ generators etc and always on hand to help. Katie then helped us design our dream tipi set up & provided so much support throughout, finer details like the table designs and furniture hire were so easy and Katie was always there to assist. On the day of set up Nick and his team were amazing & it was absolutely incredible to see our dream come to life!!
Couldn’t recommend them enough!! Made the whole process stress free, so supportive and the tipi itself blew everyone away!!

I always knew I wanted a tipi wedding, and after our first consultation meeting with Katie she immediately understood the look and feel we were after and everything else just fell into place. From set up to take down, and through out the day, the Java team were exceptional. They were friendly and professional through out, making the whole event run effortlessly. We decided to go with Java bar management as well and had Katie as our event manager. Katie was fantastic at helping us find specific suppliers so when the day came we knew we were in the very best hands from start to finish. The relationship you build with Katie and Java made it feel by the end that you were working with a friend who perfectly understood what you were looking to create. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions you had or worries, Katie was always there. I cannot praise the whole team enough, they helped to create the best day for us and we would recommend them again and again. A huge thank you to Katie and the Java team for helping to create a day we will never forget!

Sarah and everyone at Java gave us the perfect location for our wedding. They were great at communicating, even when I was overwhelmed and burying my head in the sand Sarah was on hand to get me back on track, she was so patient with me. She was incredibly helpful in getting our vision together and giving us the perfect setting. Even last minute changes throwing us into chaos, Sarah did everything to get everything right. Thank you!!!

Java creates wedding magic!
WOW. Where to begin. Our experience with JAVA was completely spectacular. They are so much more than just a tipi rental company - they're wedding magicians, who know the industry inside out and will go to every extra length to bring your vision to life. From first meet with Martha and Nick we knew we were in safe hands - there's seemingly nothing that they can't do and their ease and warmth made us feel so reassured. We paid a little extra for an event manager and were introduced to the wonderful Sarah, who supported us and answered questions about suppliers, etc throughout the months leading up to our wedding. She mirrored the same ease and can-do attitude as Martha and Nick - we had so many little elements to our day with various drinks offerings, surprise moments, foodie set ups, and nothing was too much for Sarah. She came the day before and eased the (slightly) chaotic environment helping us set up - a total wedding pro - and with her at the helm the day ran seamlessly. My husband and I didn't worry or stress about a single thing because it was just all perfect. The tipis themselves looked MAGICAL - we had two dining tipis and then a disco tipi at the bottom of the garden to create a festival feel. It all looked completely spellbinding; the twinkly fairy lights, the wooden feasting tables with our colourful fabrics and ribbons and flowers, our ribbon garlands and greenery strung across the tipi beams, the stunning walkways with festoon lights guiding our guests. We rented some extras from JAVA like the disco ball, fire pit and chesterfield sofa and the festival vibes delivered!! I might be biased but I've never seen a wedding quite like it! Even the team that put up and took down the tents were lovely; easygoing and professional and warm. JAVA has created something truly special - thank you for bringing our wedding dreams to life and particularly to Sarah for being such a key part of our day. We'll never ever forget it! Elly & Ben xxx

A huge thank you to Katie, our coordinator, who was absolutely incredible. She was so quick to reply to every message, completely faultless in her organisation, and genuinely such a lovely, helpful person. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
The team who set up the tipis were equally amazing. The boys were so kind, efficient, and adaptable—especially with some last-minute changes due to the unpredictable Welsh weather! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they handled everything with such a positive attitude.
The tipis themselves were stunning. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique they were—it really made our day feel special and different.
The bar service was also brilliant, with staff who were quick, friendly, and efficient throughout the event.
Most importantly, we were able to completely relax and enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was in safe hands. It was worth every penny, and we honestly wouldn’t change a single thing.

Our Bartestree Wedding
The Java team made our wedding easy and amazing! We’d seen the beautiful tipis at other events and knew we had to have them for our wedding. From the first contact with Java we knew we were in good hands, we met with Martha, Nick and the team a few times after initially booking them but it wasn’t until a couple of weeks leading up to the wedding that we fully realised how easy they had made everything. We checked our huge checklist that had been compiled over a couple of years and realised that we had very little left to do. All of the time consuming jobs and tiny details had already been done, our last minute panics were unfounded as the team had already preempted them and had it covered. Their experience, attention to detail and competence took away any concerns. We loved how friendly they were, accommodating and supportive. The tipis looked incredible and everything ran like clockwork, our guests were blown away. They took our dream wedding plans and made them reality, we can’t thank them enough
