We cannot recommend Java tipis enough. They went absolutely above and beyond for our wedding day. The tipis were even better than we could have possibly imagined - everyone complimented them all day long! They were absolutely magical. There’s something so special about the tipis that everyone will be left talking and thinking about for years! I don’t think you can have a better wedding venue or better staff!
The staff were phenomenal, extremely responsive, hilarious and supported us in the moments of stress and madness that you’re all familiar with with wedding planning!

I always knew I wanted a tipi wedding, and after our first consultation meeting with Katie she immediately understood the look and feel we were after and everything else just fell into place. From set up to take down, and through out the day, the Java team were exceptional. They were friendly and professional through out, making the whole event run effortlessly. We decided to go with Java bar management as well and had Katie as our event manager. Katie was fantastic at helping us find specific suppliers so when the day came we knew we were in the very best hands from start to finish. The relationship you build with Katie and Java made it feel by the end that you were working with a friend who perfectly understood what you were looking to create. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions you had or worries, Katie was always there. I cannot praise the whole team enough, they helped to create the best day for us and we would recommend them again and again. A huge thank you to Katie and the Java team for helping to create a day we will never forget! -

Sarah and everyone at Java gave us the perfect location for our wedding. They were great at communicating, even when I was overwhelmed and burying my head in the sand Sarah was on hand to get me back on track, she was so patient with me. She was incredibly helpful in getting our vision together and giving us the perfect setting. Even last minute changes throwing us into chaos, Sarah did everything to get everything right. Thank you!!!
The tipi is so us, especially in the evening with the fairy lights on it really came to life

WOW. Where to begin. Our experience with JAVA was completely spectacular. They are so much more than just a tipi rental company - they're wedding magicians, who know the industry inside out and will go to every extra length to bring your vision to life. From first meet with Martha and Nick we knew we were in safe hands - there's seemingly nothing that they can't do and their ease and warmth made us feel so reassured. We paid a little extra for an event manager and were introduced to the wonderful Sarah, who supported us and answered questions about suppliers, etc throughout the months leading up to our wedding. She mirrored the same ease and can-do attitude as Martha and Nick - we had so many little elements to our day with various drinks offerings, surprise moments, foodie set ups, and nothing was too much for Sarah. She came the day before and eased the (slightly) chaotic environment helping us set up - a total wedding pro - and with her at the helm the day ran seamlessly. My husband and I didn't worry or stress about a single thing because it was just all perfect. The tipis themselves looked MAGICAL - we had two dining tipis and then a disco tipi at the bottom of the garden to create a festival feel. It all looked completely spellbinding; the twinkly fairy lights, the wooden feasting tables with our colourful fabrics and ribbons and flowers, our ribbon garlands and greenery strung across the tipi beams, the stunning walkways with festoon lights guiding our guests. We rented some extras from JAVA like the disco ball, fire pit and chesterfield sofa and the festival vibes delivered!! I might be biased but I've never seen a wedding quite like it! Even the team that put up and took down the tents were lovely; easygoing and professional and warm. JAVA has created something truly special - thank you for bringing our wedding dreams to life and particularly to Sarah for being such a key part of our day. We'll never ever forget it! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Java Tipis for our wedding. From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally and seamlessly.
A huge thank you to Katie, our coordinator, who was absolutely incredible. She was so quick to reply to every message, completely faultless in her organisation, and genuinely such a lovely, helpful person. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
The team who set up the tipis were equally amazing. The boys were so kind, efficient, and adaptable—especially with some last-minute changes due to the unpredictable Welsh weather! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they handled everything with such a positive attitude.
The tipis themselves were stunning. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique they were—it really made our day feel special and different.
The bar service was also brilliant, with staff who were quick, friendly, and efficient throughout the event.
Most importantly, we were able to completely relax and enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was in safe hands. It was worth every penny, and we honestly wouldn’t change a single thing.
We highly recommend Java Tipis to anyone looking to create a truly memorable event!

We used Java Tipis for our wedding day and couldn't have been happier. From our initial consultation to the moment our guests arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail.

Our Bartestree Wedding
The Java team made our wedding easy and amazing! We’d seen the beautiful tipis at other events and knew we had to have them for our wedding. From the first contact with Java we knew we were in good hands, we met with Martha, Nick and the team a few times after initially booking them but it wasn’t until a couple of weeks leading up to the wedding that we fully realised how easy they had made everything. We checked our huge checklist that had been compiled over a couple of years and realised that we had very little left to do. All of the time consuming jobs and tiny details had already been done, our last minute panics were unfounded as the team had already preempted them and had it covered. Their experience, attention to detail and competence took away any concerns. We loved how friendly they were, accommodating and supportive. The tipis looked incredible and everything ran like clockwork, our guests were blown away. They took our dream wedding plans and made them reality, we can’t thank them enoughJAVA Tipis Ltd.'s reply:

From start to finish the team at Java were beyond helpful. From the initial info email which was Jam packed, the open day seeing the tipi’s up and chatting to the team about possibilities, the site visit at our venue which was a family home they gave us inspo, ideas and told us what was doable based on budget. To the fact they were always at the other end of the phone if I had any questions as daft as they were and the lads on set up day, polite, helpful and just an all round lovely company to deal with. Best decision we made!!!
If you’re planning a wedding and want a day that goes off without a hitch, is seamless, and you can totally relax, choose Java Tipis!
We used them for our wedding this August and the day was made perfect by them, they care about your wedding as much as you and your partner do. Everyone who works at Java works their absolute socks off to make your vision come true. We hired the bar package that came with our phenomenal event manager Katie. For over a year she guided us through the whole process and gave more support than we could have imagined. I actually just want Katie to run my life and maybe the country from now on!
