If you’re planning a wedding and want a day that goes off without a hitch, is seamless, and you can totally relax, choose Java Tipis!
We used them for our wedding this August and the day was made perfect by them, they care about your wedding as much as you and your partner do. Everyone who works at Java works their absolute socks off to make your vision come true. We hired the bar package that came with our phenomenal event manager Katie. For over a year she guided us through the whole process and gave more support than we could have imagined. I actually just want Katie to run my life and maybe the country from now on! We used Java Tipis for our wedding day and couldn't have been happier. From our initial consultation to the moment our guests arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail.
The tipi looked absolutely stunning and was set up perfectly. Martha made sure everything was exactly as we'd envisioned. Our guests were amazed by how beautiful and spacious it was.JAVA Tipis Ltd.'s reply:

Our Bartestree Wedding
The Java team made our wedding easy and amazing! We’d seen the beautiful tipis at other events and knew we had to have them for our wedding. From the first contact with Java we knew we were in good hands, we met with Martha, Nick and the team a few times after initially booking them but it wasn’t until a couple of weeks leading up to the wedding that we fully realised how easy they had made everything. We checked our huge checklist that had been compiled over a couple of years and realised that we had very little left to do. All of the time consuming jobs and tiny details had already been done, our last minute panics were unfounded as the team had already preempted them and had it covered. Their experience, attention to detail and competence took away any concerns. We loved how friendly they were, accommodating and supportive. The tipis looked incredible and everything ran like clockwork, our guests were blown away. They took our dream wedding plans and made them reality, we can’t thank them enoughJAVA Tipis Ltd.'s reply:

From start to finish the team at Java were beyond helpful. From the initial info email which was Jam packed, the open day seeing the tipi’s up and chatting to the team about possibilities, the site visit at our venue which was a family home they gave us inspo, ideas and told us what was doable based on budget. To the fact they were always at the other end of the phone if I had any questions as daft as they were and the lads on set up day, polite, helpful and just an all round lovely company to deal with. JAVA have honestly been fantastic throughout the wedding process. They have been laid back, but attentive and not in the least bit pushy! They have been transparent about pricing from the start and completely delivered everything they promised. Martha was fantastic from a communication perspective whilst Nick was incredible with the election of the tipis!! They were up in one day without any drama at all, despite bad weather conditions! Immensely grateful for the service we received and we had the best day. The tipis were warm, spacious and provided a really fun venue for our wedding! Thank you again!JAVA Tipis Ltd.'s reply:

Emma Sent on 24/07/2025The Ultimate Wedding Package: Tipis, Decor, Bar & Coordination!
We hired Java Tipis for our wedding and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we first arrived at the venue while the tipis were being put up to the very end when everything was taken down, the whole process was professional but so much fun.
Martha was amazing throughout – so helpful with arranging and event managing everything in the lead up, and on the day she coordinated it all seamlessly. She thinks of all the little extras you might not even realise you need, and nothing is ever too much trouble for her, even when she’s busy. Her and her family are so lovely, down to earth and funny – it was an absolute pleasure to have them as part of our wedding.
Thank you so much to Martha and the whole Java Tipis team for making our tday so special. We will always recommend you to anyone looking to create a beautiful, unique, and relaxed wedding atmosphere.

The best from start to finish
Java were incredible we cannot recommend them highly enough. We met a few different tipi companies when deciding and Katie was the one who put us most at ease and clearly knew her stuff down to every little detail. Katie was great at checking in at different times to check that we had sorted certain bits and also helped out with sourcing some of our suppliers based on her knowledge and what we wanted. They were always responsive and helpful and made planning our big day feel straight forward and easy. It was also great to know that Katie would be there on the day to sort anything (and we needed her as one of the food trucks broke down on its way!) but having heard our vision we knew we could trust her to sort any of the mishaps which inevitably happen at events. She was great at finding the right balance between sorting things that we did not need to be involved in but also suggesting how we could adapt the day given we had not planned for a break down! We also had no idea how skilled they are at taking photos and videos on the day so we have some fab pictures and videos which really capture the vibe of our day and are an incredible bonus to look back on. There was nothing too much trouble for Java and their knowledge and expertise was invaluable in the lead up but also during the day. We hired a Tipi from Java for our wedding at Broadfield Court and it couldn't have gone any better.
The communication from start to finish was perfect.
Everyone we spoke to at Java had a wealth of knowledge and a real passion for their jobs
We went to an open day to view a TiPi set up and were amazed at how grand they actually are, we were sold from that point on.
In the lead up to our wedding all the staff were in contact constantly to arrange and confirm our decor and on the day the TiPi was erected, hassle free and it looked glorious.
The perfect place to dance, have a band, eat and drink or chill out, these things are huge.

From the very first enquiry to the final moments of the tipis being taken down, the entire experience was seamless and professional. The erection and takedown of the three stunning structures was not only efficient and timely, but also executed with such precision and care, it was a joy to watch the team in action!
Sarah and Laura were a dream to work with in the lead-up to our big day. Every detail was carefully considered and expertly managed, and we felt completely supported throughout the planning process. On the day itself, Laura was absolutely fantastic, calm, organised, and quietly ensuring everything ran to plan (and keeping us in check when needed!). We’ve since had several other suppliers comment on how helpful and supportive she was behind the scenes, often stepping in to help with things we never even noticed at the time.
