Richard & Elly were the loveliest of people to deal with from the moment we first got in touch with them - they made the whole process so easy and stress free!
They had an amazing menu to choose from and were so accommodating with our requirements. They helped us curate our dream wedding menu and were on hand with plenty of helpful advice and support along the way.

And the food, well WOW! It was INCREDIBLE!! It was really important to us to have not just nice but delicious restaurant quality food at our wedding (which very rarely happens at most weddings) and they totally achieved that!
We knew the food was great from being in a food coma after our taster we were invited to and were so excited for all our guests to try it. We put the menu on our wedding website in advance and all our guests did was comment on how amazing it sounded and excited they were for the food!
Edesia did not fail to disappoint on the day! Amazing canapés and plenty of them, an amazing 3 course wedding breakfast with extra helpings coming out and then a banquet of food for the evening to line everyone’s stomaches - nobody went hungry! And everyone commented on how amazing it was and one of the best unique wedding breakfasts they’ve had.
And all for absolutely astounding value for money.

The fact they knocked up all this incredible food for 120 guests in a tent just goes to show how talented they are!!
They even managed to keep the food warm despite Dad’s speech over running a lot!!

From the first meeting with Richard we felt confident that the food at the wedding would be just what we wanted . Richard was so helpful and easy to communicate with. The menu was adapted to our preferences and as soon as we tasted the samples we knew we had made the right choice when booking Edesia . On the day of the wedding which had 205 guests, Richard and his team were amazing and worked so hard with such professionalism. We had so many compliments from the guests regarding the food in the day and evening We would highly recommend Edesia .

We asked Richard and the Edesia team to cater our wedding, as we wanted the menu to reflect both of our backgrounds – I’m Polish and my husband is English. Richard embraced the idea straight away and worked with us to design a thoughtful fusion menu that brought together dishes from both cultures. He did his research, shared suggestions with us, and invited us for a tasting to finalise the choices.

On the day, the food was delicious and our guests really enjoyed it. The service ran smoothly, with Richard coordinating everything quietly behind the scenes while his team ensured things were handled in a calm and professional way.

We were very happy with the result and felt the menu added something special and personal to our celebration.

Richard and his team catered for our wedding this summer. We had a superb experience from start to finish, culminating with the food on the day being executed absolutely perfectly, with a special mention for the Hereford Beef. The selection, combination and service was outstanding and all our requests and wishes were perfectly incorporated into the dishes.

We feel privileged to have had Edesia Events catering on our wedding day. Our wedding took place on 26th of April 2025 with 150 guests in a marquee in the garden.Richard,Elly and their wonderful team were faultless from beginning to end. The waiting staff were excellent and kept the drinks flowing perfectly. We have never heard roast beef receive such admiration! Sensational! We have had so many compliments on our menu from our guests. The food was incredible from presentation to taste. We were proud to serve the steakhouse to our guests. The team were brilliant from start to finish, we didn’t have a seating plan but it was no trouble for the team. We cannot speak highly enough of the food and team at Edesia.

We chose Edesia to cater our wedding in May 2024 and can't thank them enough! From start to finish Richard and his team were so friendly and helpful. Picking from the menu was difficult because everything sounded so delicious, and we couldn't wait for our menu tasting to try all the incredible food! After the tasting we had time to chat through our vision for the day and make any changes to the menu, and Richard was beyond helpful. We couldn't wait for our guests to try our menu on our wedding day and they loved it as much as we did! They were so accommodating for our guests with dietary requirements and also provided separate vegan canapés for our guests which meant they felt catered for. We can't thank the team enough for looking after our guests from start to finish and making such delicious food, and can't recommend Edesia enough!

Being a wedding caterer myself I wanted to find a caterer that could look after the food & service at our wedding and not have to worry. Edesia/ Rosette catering came highly recommended by our venue. After a lovely phone call with Richard we knew they were the right company for us. From the start to finish Richard and his team made us feel at ease and were super flexible with our menu and dietary requirements. We used Edesia Events for our Christmas party this December and would highly recommend them for any future events. Richard and his wonderful team were extremely helpful in corresponding prior to our event, answering any questions we had and finding time even during their busy periods. The team was able to make adjustments to ensure everything could work for our event, going above and beyond, even when logistics were difficult. The menu provided was delicious from start to finish and accommodated all dietary requirements and allergies, meaning no one missed out on Richard's gorgeous food. The quality of the produce and the time put into the presentation of the food were exceptional, and it really added to making our evening special. We'd like to thank Richard and his team for going out of their way on the day of our event to arrive early and change their plans. This was especially appreciated as they had to travel a significant distance for the event. I would highly recommend Edesia for any events you're planning—you will not be disappointed.

Rosettes catered for our wedding in July 2024 and did an absolutely incredible job. We have been to weddings before where people have missed out on canapes or gone hungry post the main course. However wherever you looked there was a canape, the wedding breakfast food was incredible and the hog roast and cheese for after went down a storm. We have had multiple people comment on how good the food and service was and so cannot recommend Rosettes enough.
