Ben Lawrence offers a full range of outfit commissions from Dinner Suits to Shirts and Chinos. Stocking thousands of constantly updated fabrics from Tweed to silk from mills including Holland & Sherry, Loro Piana and Dormeuil
Pricing is dependent on the fabric chosen, with our average two-piece being £1100.
Please note that we do not offer a hiring service, though we will happily recommend a few local suppliers!

Best in class service
I could not have been more delighted with my whole engagement with Stephen. The suit was perfect. I don’t think I had one conversation at my wedding without someone complimenting it. But it wasn’t just the final output that was golden, but also the whole process. I had a clear idea of the sort of suit I wanted but Stephen was a true partner throughout the whole process, not shy to push back if he didn’t agree with me. Which is exactly what you want from a tailor. They’re the professionals after all. No doubt this will be the first of many suits together.

One of the finest tailors in the country.
Stephen was fantastic to work with and totally got from the outset the aesthetic I was after.
He never rushed me to make any choices and understood every request. I don’t think I’ve ever had a piece of clothing that has received so many compliments!

Perfect suit for a perfect day
From the first meeting it was obvious Stephen knew his business and made me feel very relaxed that the process was in good hands. It was my first time getting a suit tailored and so there was lots of questions and guidance needed, which was provided at each step.
The end result is absolutely the suit I envisaged from the beginning of the process and I wouldn't change anything about it since. Stephen was also really helpful picking out accessories with some great recommendations that really added to the final look.
I would highly recommend anyone to check out Ben Lawrence tailors for anything suit attire they require but especially with a suit for an important day.

Felt like a King!
As a complete novice to suits, this is your man. Knows the dos and the don'ts. Extremely welcoming and friendly with a great team of tailors. definitely wood recommend!

Amazing tailor
My now husband got his wedding suit from Steve, and it looked great! He had such a great experience going to a fitting in the shop in Amersham with his best men; Steve helped to source family tartan for the ties and pocket squares; and was very accommodating in scheduling follow up/final fittings. The suit looked amazing, my husband was really happy with how it fitted and it's comfort- we got married on a warm day but the material was really breathable. Thank you Steve!
