Hello, I'm Parul!
With over 12 years of training from prestigious institutions such as the Paris Marais Dance School, Shiamak Davar's Institute of Performing Arts, and Danceworx. With a repertoire spanning diverse styles including waltz, foxtrot, salsa, jive, Bhangra, and Bollywood, I bring a rich cultural fusion to my sessions.
Hailing originally from India, my nomadic spirit has taken me across continents, immersing myself in diverse communities in France, Kenya, and now London. Fluent in English, Hindi, and French, I effortlessly connect with my students, transcending linguistic and cultural boundaries.
My inclusive approach shines through as I lead dance lessons tailored for individuals from all walks of life, encompassing various cultures, backgrounds, and age groups.

Show stopping dance & brilliant choreographer
Parul was our dance choreographer for our wedding 2 weeks ago!
I had a vision for our first dance and I was surprised by how quickly and accurately she was able to bring that vision to life! It was an intense but extremely rewarding 4 weeks where we incrementally learnt the dance through lessons, videos, and Parul's choreography notes.
Parul is extremely dedicated and passionate about her craft. She was able to combine many different styles to achieve a show-stopping dance. She is always on hand to provide useful, timely and detailed feedback and in every lesson is bursting with ideas about how to take the dance to a new level. She is also friendly and kind and although we worked hard, we also had a lot of fun in her lessons!
I was confident that the dance would provide a "wow" factor to our wedding and I was right! Many guests said they very impressed and surprised by the dance and many of my suppliers, including the videographer, photographer, caterer and coordinator said it was one of the best they'd ever seen!
I highly recommend you choose Parul as your choreographer - I'm glad I did!

If it was possible, we would give Parul 6 stars out of 5. We have tried two other teachers but we have not had a second lesson with either of them, feeling rather hopeless. Then, we got very lucky and found Parul! She is a truly gifted teacher, able to explain things in many different ways, best suited to your needs. If we didn’t love a bit of the choreography she suggested for us, she managed to come up with a new one on the spot. On top of her skills as a teacher, she is also just a lovely and kind person with a calming presence which really made the lessons enjoyable. In just a few lessons we went from feeling hopeless to being fully confident that we can nail our first dance. Thank you for everything ❤️

Aspirational, flexible & patient - choreographer & teacher
Took us from nothing to performing a choreography that push us, while still being very achievable. We really enjoyed the lessons, the practice, and performing to all our guests on our wedding day.
My partner and I had both never danced before, Parul started with the basics, then quickly dived into learning through doing as we learnt our choreography. She was very good at personalising her teaching and support, not just to us, but to each of us as individuals, as we struggled slightly with different things.
Her communication was excellent, the process and plan was super clear, giving us plenty of time to make decisions, despite the reasonably tight timelines, and chasing us down politely if we forgot something! She also gave us great tips for performing on the big day.
Additionally, my partner ruptured her ACL only a few months before our lessons started, and Parul was able to work around that, helping us select some slower music, then working in moves that didn't involve twisting, and all primarily used her good leg, improvising excellent alternatives the few times we pointed out a certain planned move wasn't feasible.

Excellent and adaptive!
Parul was warm and friendly and choreographed the dance of our dreams. She is a great teacher and choreographed each step to our ability. We like to dance, but aren't particularly gifted and we were concered we wouldn't be able to produce a dance that looked good for our guests. But Parul managed to help us create something that looked very polished and easy to learn, and family members even commented saying the dance was excellent and looked professional! She was able to squeeze us in when we asked for an extra dance lesson. Parul was also able to change choreography on the fly which was helpful, always trust the process! She is accommodating and flexible and gave us lots of advice even after our final dance lesson.
Parul is very professional and welcoming and makes the sessions fun and relaxed. Would 100% recommend!

Parul is truly phenomenal!
Parul went above and beyond to choreograph our first dance. We managed to get it done in just two lessons and we felt so well supported and encouraged throughout the entire process and beyond. We are so grateful and definitely would recommend her to other couples. You won't regret it and your guests will be in for such a treat.

Wedding first dance lessons
Fantastic dance teacher! We used Parul to teach us our first dance for our wedding. We particularly like the personalised approach she took to the lessons - she really took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in our special dance.
Having never done something like this before she was patient with us and never made us feel out of our comfort zone. Between sessions we were able to send her videos of our practices and received feedback about things to work on.
Would highly recommend!

Fantastic service! We had a memorable first dance!
Parul is a very professional dancer and instructor! She is very patient. Suitable for every beginner with or without dance foundation. She will walk you through every detail and refine the moves to make our first dance so elegant! Her passion for dancing was impressive! Our wedding was on Jan 1st 2024. We took 6 hours of class to finish the choreo. Parul is very responsible and I strong recommend her!

Love it!!!
Parul has been very patient with two rookie dancers, she really broke down all steps into easy ones, patiently practised again and again with us, created easy to follow videos for home practice and meanwhile had a lot of fun with us.

Fantastic and Patient Teacher
We had the pleasure of taking a two-hour first dance course with Parul, and it was an absolute success! Parul's teaching style is fantastic; she made learning our first dance routine for our wedding an enjoyable experience from absolute zero skills. Her patience and clear instructions helped us quickly grasp the steps and build our confidence on the dance floor. Parul's expertise and passion for dance are truly evident, and she created a comfortable and fun learning environment. The Sangeet night was so well thought out (kick off performance by my parents and in-laws and the dance off between our cousins!)

Fantastic experience! Strongly Recommend
Parul choreographed the first dance and sangeet for our Indian wedding ceremony.
I let her know early on that I'm not a great dancer and felt nervous about dancing in front of so many people. She did a great job putting me at ease and ensuring the choreography was easy, yet beautiful and graceful.
She took on our request to curate a personalised playlist for the dances and had some amazing song suggestions!
The entire family loved her positive energy, she was a joy to learn from.
I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding!

Amazing dancing guru
We had the most wonderful experience learning dance from Parul for our destination wedding in Goa last year. She is supremely talented, a thorough professional, and the sweetest person to work with. She went above and beyond to prepare tutorials for different age groups and did a fabulous job teaching in person and on Zoom. Her creativity and enthusiasm are truly commendable. The performances were the highlight of our wedding, thank you, Parul, I look forward to partnering with you again!
