As almost every pre-wedding story goes, it was my fiancée who wanted us to do a choreographed first dance. She’s always been the better dancer, while I was the anxious one—let’s be honest, these classes were really for me!
Parul was fantastic from the start. She designed a choreography that struck the perfect balance: not too complex to overwhelm me, but not too simple either—it looked elegant and impressive. Her patience and ability to tailor the routine to our comfort level made all the difference.
After just three classes, I felt confident and ready. On the big day, our dance went beautifully, and I can swear the final result was great. I’m truly grateful to Parul for making our wedding that much more special.

My husband and I wanted to do something a little special for our first dance, and after some research, we decided to go with Parul - firstly because of her amazing reviews, and secondly because she followed up with a friendly call to walk us through the process. She immediately felt like someone we could trust.
We initially planned to learn a simple routine over two sessions, and Parul made the most of that time - she efficiently choreographed a beautiful dance and taught it to in two sessions, despite the time constraint. We ended up adding a third session to fine-tune everything, which was absolutely worth it.
We loved the dance that Parul put together for us, and how she walked us through it - not just the "what" but also the "how". Her guidance helped us feel the music rather than just count steps. You can tell how passionate she is about what she does. In between lessons, we’d send her videos, and she always replied with thoughtful, detailed feedback to help us improve.
To top it all off, she's also a lovely person.
We highly recommend using Parul for anyone preparing for their first dance.

Parul is an amazing dance teacher!
We were nervous about our wedding first dance, as we’re both not natural dancers. We were looking for a way to increase our confidence with some simple moves, and have fun together amongst wedding planning. We had so much fun!
Parul was so patient with us and sent us some really helpful videos and notes after our sessions. She made sure that she was led by us and our confidence levels and appetite for dancing.
She was flexible and communication was great. I would really recommend Parul and it’s a lovely way to spend time together as a couple learning to dance - we enjoyed dancing together when we didn’t know if we would! And the dancing came in handy for the photos! -

Parul was able to provide us with an amazing first dance that was exactly what we were looking for. We gave an overview of what we wanted and she provided us song recommendations and choreographed a dance that was exactly what we were looking for. Parul was very helpful providing training videos after our sessions and tips on our dance. Thanks, Parul!
