Art by Emma Aspris is a live illustrator based in Maldon, Essex, offering creative entertainment and personalised keepsakes for your wedding day. See yourself and your guests come to life in a cute, cartoon sketch.
Live illustration adds a unique and interactive element to your celebration. Your guests will love to watch Emma draw and see how they're transformed into cartoon-style drawings. Its a wonderful focal point for your reception and your guests will be able to treasure a personalised keepsake long after the day.
Emma creates personalised sketches that allow guests to instantly recognise themselves. She works without templates, carefully drawing each person in the exact pose from their photograph, capturing true proportions and a genuine likeness.
Services Offered
Art by Emma Aspris has three packages available. The Emerald and Diamond Packages include up to five hours of live-sketching with between 35 and 70 illustrations drawn. Alternatively, the Pearl is the in-studio option, perfect for when Emma is unavailable on your date and can provide sketches as place settings or as an extra add-on if you are hosting a larger gathering.
Emma also offers an optional scanning service, allowing couples to cherish and keep a complete collection of their guests’ sketches as a lasting memory of their special day. Please ask Emma for a quote when submitting your enquiry.

Emma’s amazing illustrations!
Emma was incredibly friendly, super professional, and did an amazing job with the illustrations.
There were lots of children at the party and Emma did incredibly well handling and dealing with them all (which could not have been easy)! The kids all ended up loving watching Emma at work, so as well as providing a great service she was instrumental in adding fun and joy to the event.

Emma's talent is truly amazing!
Having a live illustrator at our wedding was such a unique and special touch and it was wonderful to watch our family and friends' reactions as they received their portraits. Hi I'm Elise, Emma's sister. I help Emma on the day of events, helping her to setup her table, taking picture references of guests to turn into illustrations and film all the fun for Emma's socials.
