Steph and Tom were absolutely incredible from the beginning. They were so warm and welcoming when we met them at their lovely showroom and really took the time to go over every detail to make sure they had our vision in mind. Their communication was fantastic throughout and our wedding day looked absolutely incredible thanks to their attention to detail and beautiful decorations. We had so many compliments on how stunning the venue looked, some guests even wanted to keep the centrepieces! Thank you both so much for making our wedding look exactly how we wished it to and being such a huge part of our special day! -

We used Emerald Events for our wedding in May this year 🤍✨
Steph and Tom are so down to earth, friendly and incredibly supportive of every idea we had. I think I changed my mind about the colours at least three times, and they were so patient while I talked them through my 50-page presentation!
They made the whole process feel easy, from meeting in the showroom, to keeping in touch by text, to our final planning meeting. Any moments of stress or last-minute wobbles were always handled with kindness and reassurance.

Amazing service
We were given several decoration companies by our venue. We chose By Emerald events due to the cost difference but they had also got married at our venue and knew exactly what we needed and what we didn’t. We had a great experiencing meeting Steph and Tom at the showroom. We were able to set up our tables to see exactly how they would be on the day.
The venue looked stunning and everyone commented on the trees outside the little castle. They accommodated everything they needed and even purchased other flowers we wanted as memorial to my dad. Nothing was too much for them to sort. They made this part of our wedding so easy and straight forward. They also let us come up again to match the bridesmaid dresses to the colour decoration we had chosen.
We would use them again in the future for other events -

We were so happy with everything you provided for our wedding. The showroom was such a lovely way to visualise everything we would have on our wedding day. It was so simple and we really didn’t have to do anything, we picked what we wanted and you both set it up perfectly. We had to change quantities of things last minute, nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend to anyone getting married.
