We honestly cannot express our gratitude and heartfelt thanks enough. We decided to having a wedding celebrant as we wanted our wedding ceremony to be about us - and oh my word did Jackie deliver. Not just in the incredible words that she masterfully wrote for our wedding ceremony, nor just in the time and effort she put in to working with us both individually to craft the most beautiful vows, but in every way that she communicated and put our minds at ease. It was by far the best decision we made (and anyone planning a wedding knows how many decision there are to make!).

When we sat with Jackie to read the draft ceremony she had written, my husband (!!) and I were in tears - she got us in every way, picked up on the small things, and had pulled together a ceremony that truly reflected us and our 15 year relationship. Her delivery on the day was out of this world, as we knew it would be, and the ceremony was without doubt our most memorable part of our wedding day. All our friends and family have commented that it was the most beautiful ceremony they have witnessed, so clearly full of love, and so clearly full of us and everything we're about.

If you are questioning for one second whether or not to book a wedding celebrant - stop wondering and look no further. Just Ceremonies were incredible from start to finish and we feel we owe Jackie so much more than words or a review can really convey. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

We had Deb as our celebrant back in May at St Audries Park. She told our story as if she had known for a long time, when in fact we had only met a few times. She was kind, listened to what we wanted and made everyone laugh on the day with her script. She kept us both calm on the day and made sure there was water on hand if needed. We met Jackie at a wedding Fayre at Crowcombe court, never thinking about a celebrant we were intrigued to see what they could offer. Jackie talked us through options and we decided that it would be special for us to have a handfasting ceremony after we got legally married on our wedding day, with the incredible venue scenery in the background. Jackie was so helpful, organised a zoom meeting to talk about ideas and what we could do. She used information we gave based on our life experiences and times together to turn into the most beautiful vows to say to each other and it really made our day more personal to each other. Every single last detail was more us than we ever could have imagined and we couldn’t have asked for anymore. We met Deb at a St Audries Open Day event, when you are starting out collecting ideas about your perfect day these sort of open days are brilliant.
We didn’t have much experience with what a celebrant did or how it was different to a registrar but Deb clearly explained the differences and what it meant to a wedding ceremony.
Our wedding theme was all about celebrating our relationship and our love together, and our bond with our family and friends.
Deb really got this and put the context of how a celebrant can bring this to life as part of the wedding ceremony and what it could like, and we had pretty much made up our mind at that point.
We needed some advice on the legal bit’s so we could go off and sort the registry office and legal ceremony which had to be done before the main event, Deb was really helpful and then quite easy to arrange ourselves.
The planning part was a lot of fun, and our advice is that if you use Just Ceremonies is it’s also the bit that you need to pay attention to, this is because the information you provide and the context of your story is what will make your ceremony magical.
This is the bit where Deb did her magic, over the weeks of planning, our ceremony script came to life and we would work with her and there’d be a couple of refinements, and the thing to remember is the only boundary is you.
The actual day was exceptional, Deb was fantastic with the guests, the ceremony was beyond fabulous and we have a lot of treasured memories from that day.
Many of our guests had not been at a Celebrant led Service before and all said how lovely it was, how much they enjoyed it and how good Deb was.
Being able to say the things we wanted to, to each other, sharing our story and our love with our loved ones was the most important thing, making it very personal to us.
My only observation is that I wish we had engaged a videographer to record the day so that we could watch and listen back to the whole day again! Thank you Deb, for being so absolutely brilliant.”

We have known Jackie as a great friend for 30 years now and we were absolutely delighted when she accepted our youngest daughter Kate's request to carry out her wedding ceremony to her fiancé, Connah.
