We used Gastro Catering to cater our wedding at High Billinghurst Farm and they did a spectacular job. Jessica's communication throughout the planning stage was perfect and the teams flexibility around curating the menu was really appreciated. We opted for a sharing style menu across all three courses and it worked really well for our guests, also minimised the admin leading up to the day. The Pizza van went down an absolute treat too.

Gastro were truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make our August wedding at Euridge unforgettable. Our wedding planner, Poppy Sienna Events recommended Gastro to us, and it was perfect from start to finish. From the canapes to the wedding breakfast, evening food, cocktail bar, and incredible cheese station, everything was absolutely delicious. Many of our guests gave so many compliments about the food on the day that we lost count! The flavours, presentation, and quality were second to none, and it was such a joy to see everyone enjoying the food so much. And oh my gosh, the gold cocktail bar provided by Gastro during the evening was absolutely stunning and the cocktails & drinks were superb!!

Our food and cocktail tasting before the wedding was also such a special experience. The team were so welcoming and accommodating and every dish had so much flavour! We also loved the little welcome sign with our names in the kitchen, when we came to the tasting. It made us so excited for the wedding.

We can’t thank the chefs and serving team enough. The dishes were cooked and presented beautifully, and the service was seamless from start to finish. The staff were attentive, kind, and made sure everything felt effortless, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy every moment.

A very special thank you goes to Jess, who was such a dream to work with throughout the whole process. She was so patient, organised, and thoughtful whenever we wanted to make changes or customise details, and she made the whole journey feel easy and stress-free (We are just gutted we didn't get to take a selfie together for memory!!)

From the very start, Alice was so helpful with planning and guiding us through picking our menu with no pressure. We also had a great tasting which really helped us finalise a menu we were excited to share with our guests.

The whole process was made so easy by Alice- every question and worry we had was answered quickly and with such care.

On the day itself, the staff and coordinator were absolutely amazing. Everything ran so smoothly that we didn’t have to think about a thing, and we could just enjoy ourselves knowing everything was taken care of.

The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it all was. We’re still hearing compliments about it!

We had such an excellent experience with this caterer. Firstly the food was fantastic, which we knew from the tasting, but many of our guests commented afterwards how tasty the food was. High quality natural ingredients, without being overly fussy/experimental, and good portion sizes. We think it was the best food we've had at a wedding, from the canapes through to all the courses of the wedding breakfast. Our contact was very helpful throughout the process, with amendments, additions and subtractions and followed our instructions and requests on the day. All the staff exhibited excellent service and professionalism. Good value too compared to alternatives that were suggested.

We were so impressed with your customer service - from always being quick, professional and thorough when replying to our emails and calls leading up to our event to going above and beyond our expectations on the day. On our wedding day the little extras definitely did make a big difference to us, for example offering to light things at the right time, taking our presents in and cleaning up a broken glass on the dancefloor - nothing was too much trouble. The food was as good as we remembered from our tasting session (if not better) and a lot of our guests commented on how tasty their meals were. We can't rate you highly enough and we won't hesitate to use you for private catering or events in future.
