Words can’t really do justice to how grateful we are for having Homegrown cater for our wedding (April 2024). As a newly diagnosed coeliac, I was nervous about finding a caterer who would put me at ease for the wedding food. Alice, Ellie and the team put us at ease from the start, saying that they would be able to cater for the whole wedding menu being gluten free. We thought the gluten free Yorkshire pudding request might be a tough ask, but Alice went above and beyond to ensure the recipe was perfect, so much so that our guests didn’t even know any different. This was the same for other elements of our menu that needed to be tweaked to enable it to be gluten free. Alice even managed to source some gluten free pastry for one of the canapés that we had.
The food was absolutely sublime, and we’ve had so many guests commenting that it’s some of the best wedding food they’ve ever tasted. The “Nice and Toastie” van for our evening food couldn’t have been a bigger hit. It was something so unique, and the toasties themselves were delicious.
We also had Homegrown cater for our evening before the wedding, and they did a full English breakfast for us the morning after. Again, the food was wonderful, and having that pressure off, knowing everything was in hand just helped the whole weekend to feel relaxed for everyone.
Ellie’s attention to detail throughout the whole planning process really put us at ease from the outset, and she was so lovely to work with in the run up to, and on the day itself. The rest of the staff who were there throughout the whole weekend were wonderful, and we’re so grateful to everyone who helped to make the food for our weekend just perfect.
We couldn’t recommend Homegrown Hospitality any more if we tried.

One word. Fantastic. Homegrown from the start have been fab. Alice is a credit to the business, she is so warm, bubbly and able to give fantastic advice and brought our menu to life. There was a little mix up with just one of our guests being gluten free and it seems this was forgotten about due to change in staffing. This was only a minor hiccup as the food and staff on the day were incredible. All our guests have commented on how tasty and well presented the food was. We had sausage roll/ bruschetta for starter, chicken/ cod for main and then a trio of mini desserts to finish. Unfortunately, we didn’t get chance to try the evening food (we were not made aware of any been left seperate for us ) but we went with Snakapes as evening food which was a hit- Korean chicken, Philly cheesesteak sliders, boa buns and Yorkshire puddings - again all scrumptious. We would 100% recommend homegrown and thank you again! The new Mr and Mrs McIntosh

So many of our wedding guests praised Homegrown’s food. The team were really brilliant throughout, going the extra mile to navigate choppy waters calmly. They are really flexible and considerate about what you want, and will talk you through the options. They cater really well for a variety of dietary requirements, taking care to make sure that everyone has a special, delicious meal. The tasting day was a lot of fun for the two of us as well! We felt that we were in really good hands from start to finish.

We had already short listed Homegrown (based on the amazing food shown on their socials) so when our venue had them as a preferred supplier we knew we had to choose them.
The options were amazing and we thought we had it all decided, then we actually got to tase the food and suddenly our decision became that much harder. We simply wanted a little of everything.
After speaking with Alice and the team we told them about us and the vibe we wanted and they gave us a suggestion we honestly didn't think to ask for.
We had fun comfort food of sliders and sides.
I cant count the people who told us this is the best wedding food ever. And i agree, We only wish we could have had more. we are still thinking about the food today.
We had some of the best to cheese tosties for our evening snack, and i think everyone appreciated the cheese and carbs after a few drinks.

We cant say how amazing the team were, they made the day extra special. from start to finish of the process we felt involved and like the choices were a collaboration. we made it our own and we think our guest really felt that.

Homegrown catered for our wedding in November 2024 and were great from start to finish. The communication with the team was great throughout and they were flexible with the menu to suit our tastes and all dietary requirements. The food on the day was excellent with all guests commenting on how amazing everything was. They also catered for breakfast the morning of the wedding which worked perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend Homegrown to anyone!

It has been just over 3 months since our dream wedding day at that Homegrown Hospitality catered and I am continuously reliving the day over and over; everything just went perfectly.

From start to finish during the whole wedding planning process, Homegrown were a dream to work with and really brought our vision to life. As huge foodies, the wedding breakfast menu was something we wanted to be a memorable and focal point of our day and after getting engaged in Rome, we also wanted to incorporate some Italian food into our menu.

Upon meeting Alice & Ellie for the first time, they didn't give us a menu to choose from (although there is one available for inspiration), they asked about us, our relationship story and what we wanted from the food at our wedding - they genuinely cared about our vision. Leaving that meeting inspired, excited and with a completely bespoke menu suited to us, we knew Homegrown were the perfect choice.

I can't count the number of guests who commented on and complimented the quality, deliciousness & individuality of our food, both on the day and afterwards - it was us on a plate (or sharing board) and exactly what we wanted.

A special mention has to go to Ellie whose passion for ensuring bride and grooms get what they want is unquestionable. She has such a personal approach to customer service and it really does feel like she genuinely knows and loves the couples she works with.

Our day simply wouldn't have been the same with any other caterer. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

From the first meeting with Ellie, we knew they were the perfect caterers for us. She listened to what we wanted and took in to account all of our preferences to create the perfect menu. She was also the calming presence on the day that meant we had 100% confidence everything was going to run smoothly.

Chef Alice created some unreal food for the day. The guests are still talking about the sausage & mash now.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough

If you need a caterer then look no further - this company was absolutely incredible. The food was incredible from the snackapes to the kebabs on the evening. When we’ve spoken to people since the wedding, all they talk about is the food! Ellie was incredible and helped us arrange the day! She went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough. She even helped us last minute as our wedding co-ordinator quit and saved the day with teas and coffees.

They hosted us for a glorious tasting before the wedding and everything they did for us was done with a smile and such joy! The food was incredible! Particularly the Yorkshire Puddings!!

Alice well what can I say? The food stole the show at our wedding! Incredible canapés , phenomenal wedding breakfast and people are still talking about it now!
