WELCOME TO CARLTON MANOR – A STUNNING COUNTRYSIDE WEDDING VENUE IN THE HEART OF EAST RIDING
Tucked away in the East Riding countryside, Carlton Manor offers an idyllic setting for your wedding day. The Manor House has recently been renovated and now boasts elegant and modern rooms and facilities.
Carlton Manor is perfect for intimate weddings as well as larger celebrations. Our beautifully updated spaces provide a warm and welcoming backdrop for your perfect wedding day.
Offering exclusive use for your wedding day, you and your guests will have full access to all the facilities.
THE CEREMONY BARN
Our stunning barn can seat up to 120 for a ceremony and for couples planning a more intimate wedding, we are able to host wedding breakfasts for up to 60 guests. With breathtaking oak whalebone arches and elegant lighting, this is a perfect setting for any wedding day. Leading from the Barn you will find our Orangery which is a lovely space for you and your guests to enjoy during the wedding reception. The Orangery also has its own bar to ensure your guests always have a drink in hand during your celebrations.
TIPIS
Our three tipis are available between April & October. For those couples looking for a unique setting for their wedding day, these certainly have the Wow Factor. Accommodating up to 120-day guests and up to 200 evening guests. Our tipis offer couples a unique blank canvas for those looking to create their own unique vibe. Be it rustic, elegant or festival feel! With a solid wood dance floor, bar and even a giant mirror ball, your guests will love this unique space.
MARQUEES
For those couples looking at having their wedding at Carlton Manor during our low season when our Tipis are down, we now work alongside a marquee company who would supply you with a large marquee set up which includes everything you would need to have the most amazing marquee wedding day. Boasting solid wood flooring, dance floor, bar set up, lighting and heating. This is an incredible addition to Carlton Manor and is proving very popular.
ACCOMMODATION
The Manor House offers 11 individually styled bedrooms, sleeping up to 24 guests. With a large modern kitchen and two lounges, one with a wood burner. You and your guests will be able to relax before and after your wedding day.
Carlton Manor also offers 12 luxury pods which can sleep an additional 59 guests. Taking the total number of guests who can stay at the venue to 83.
Each pod has underfloor heating, a small kitchenette and are ensuite. Boasting stunning views across the Yorkshire countryside, guests will be able to relax on their own private decked terrace.
Our ethos at Carlton Manor is ensuring that couples have their dream wedding day with us. Your day will be fully coordinated by our team who will support you through every step along your wedding planning journey. We pride ourselves on allowing couples the freedom to choose their perfect wedding suppliers and are always on hand to help with local recommendations.

A perfect wedding!
The most incredible wedding venue
The accommodation available is exactly what you need. The rooms are stunning, cottages are just as stunning all with en-suites. The pods are absolutely great, so much bigger on the inside than they look and have everything you need. They all have en-suites too. The details in each and every room is second to none.
Carlton is like a little wedding village, with everything close. Guest were able to walk back to their rooms to freshen up and change for the night doos.
The ceremony room is absolutely stunning, it has been done to such a high standard and its one of the many things we loved about Carlton. The house also has a reception room with a bar and this was perfect for after with the guests to have drinks while the photos were being taken.
The Tipi is where we had our wedding breakfast and it was again absolutely perfect, it is a great size and in Carlton style they have added some touches to make it look beautiful. The had 11 tables and there was plenty of room for everyone and extra night guests. The space outside of the tipi was great for people to mingle and to play any garden games.
We have children and we felt that Carlton was perfect to have our children to stay. They had space to play, they had the accommodation to go to bed and it was safe for them.
All our guests loved Carlton and were so impressed with how stunning it is and how it was all run, many are wanting to come back to stay in the pods or hire the house!
The team working at Carlton are fantastic, so accommodating, friendly and personal. The wedding was such a huge success due to the team and how they ensured it all ran smoothly.
Jenny was fantastic throughout the run up and the day, gave some great advice and helped to guide us. She also never stopped on the run up to the day, the wedding and after!
Keiren was also fab, always checking in and ensuring everything was going right. Nothing was too much to ask.
The team couldn’t do enough for us. We were able to fully enjoy our day as they sorted it all. You could see how much work they had done in the run up to the wedding.
From myself and my husband we would like to say a massive thank you for give us the most perfect day!

Once you book at Carlton Manor, he will be your point of contact for anything and everything wedding related and will also ensure that couples feel supported throughout their wedding journey.
