Superb Tasters
We ordered some cake tasters from Poonam, each taster was superbly presented in individual glass jars. The taste of all the samples was delicious making the selection extremely difficult, but we eventually decided on red velvet. Poonam is flexible, very professional and looking to always please her clients. We are so happy we found her and am now looking forward to collaborating on the cake design. Superb experience!

Our Perfect Cake
I couldn’t recommend Mistry Cakes Couture enough!
From the get go we knew we were in safe hands - we had an idea that we were told most cake makers wouldn’t even try. We were then let down by someone who said they could accommodate us only one month before our wedding. But Poonam loved our idea and made our perfect cake a reality.
My now husband is a mechanic and we wanted to incorporate this into our wedding as most was pretty and pink. The idea was to do a Half and half cake with tires on one side and white with flowers on the other side. We contacted Poonam and with in 4/5 hours we had exchanged messages, ideas and then finalised a plan.
We did a private wedding breakfast reveal where we saw the venue dressed and our beautiful cake for the first time. It was exactly how we imagined!
Our guests also loved how it looked and it tasted absolutely fabulous. We have already recommended Poonam to our newly engaged friends and will continue to do so!

Amazing baker
Poonam is a very understanding and nice lady. She was easy to talk to and facilitated our cake process to the best of her ability. She delivered these elegant glass cake jars with the flavours we chose and they were very well packaged but most importantly tasted😋😋

Wedding cake
Poonam was very responsive, professional and always kept me up to date. She was incredibly organised, and i didnt have to worry about anything. She understood the cake we wanted to create...the cake was beautiful and tasted gorgeous! Our family and guests loved it..would definitely recommend her services!

The best in the game !
The cake looked absolutely spectacular, completely out of this world better than I could have imagined. You took on board all of my ideas. We tried many samples from different suppliers. Mistry Cakes Couture completely stood out from the others in terms of taste and presentation of the samples.

Bespoke cake
We were so thrilled with the wedding cake, it was just how we imagined, perfect in every way. The level of detail was remarkable, and it looked beautiful. Totally Satisfied
contacted Mistry Cakes Couture along with many other cake companies to enquire about wedding cakes. Firstly, Poonam was very quick to respond which was very welcoming when your stressed during wedding planning stage. Further to the responsiveness, Poonam was very personable and passionate in creating my vision for my wedding cake. It was at that point that I was 100% certain that I was going to use Mistry Cakes Couture. However, most importantly the tester cakes were amazing so I booked straight away and I wasn’t disappointed. Poonam kept regular contact with me consulting me every step of way. The service was second to none all the way to the wedding day. The cake wowed me and husband as well as all the wedding guests. The cake was absolutely delicious and I still get complimented a year on from all the guests. I would definitely recommend Poonam 100%
