Pricing:
Crafting a show-stopping wedding cake involves meticulous effort and creativity. Each cake is individually quoted based on its design and complexity of decoration.
For Semi-naked or buttercream designs serving 120 guests range from £450 to £600
For relatively simple sugar iced designs serving 120 guests range from £550 to £1300.
For more intricate creations, prices can extend from £1300 to £5000+.

Placing Your Order:
Secure your date with a 50% deposit, finalizing your order, with the remaining 50% due two months before your wedding. Changes to design or flavors can be made until the full payment date.
On Your Special Day:
Allow us to handle everything. In the morning, we'll deliver your beautifully crafted cake, ensuring it's set up to perfection at your venue. All that's left for you to do is admire, cut, and savor the delightful compliments from your guests.

Yes, i deliver for free within a 50 miles radius of Milton Keynes, if the value of the order is above £450. Beyond 50 miles, a charge will apply depending on distance

I can take cash and card payments, as well as bank transfers

I can cover all over the UK, however a delivery charge would apply for long distance deliveries, this may include the cost of overnight stays if the distance is further than can be managed within 8hrs

Helpful and professional
Kate was an amazing help throughout the whole process in addition to make an incredible cake! We weren’t sure what type of cake we wanted initially, so Kate helped talk us through our options until we decided on something we were happy with. Deciding on flavours was very difficult though since they were all brilliant, and we ended up going with two more unusual flavours which all our guests loved! She also made a small allergen free cake for my mother which she loved.

A work of art in cake form!
Our cake was absolutely stunning! The sugarwork was incredible and the guests loved the cake with many taking seconds home with them. Working with KB cakes was a pleasure from the get go and she delivered my vision beautifully. The cake even stood up to the very hot day we had and being carried from spot to spot in the venue!

WOW!!! This is the only place to get your wedding cake!
Our experience further at the cake tasting was beyond what we had anticipated.
Further, Saturday was a dream come true for us. We were blown away by the cake and its display when everything was set up and stunned everyone when they saw it. Our guests were wowed by the biscuits and when the cake was served in the evening, everyone was blown away.
When we cut the cake it cut like a dream. Most of guests had more than one slice and were constantly saying how good it was!
Thank you so much, we really appreciate the effort you’ve gone to and how incredible the cake and biscuits were.

Exactly what we wanted!!
Amazing giant French Fancy's design and tasted incredible! Red Velvet, Strawberry & Vanilla and Raspberry & White Chocolate individual cakes - so much feedback from guests on look and taste! From trial to the cake delivery on the day Kate made it easy for us and fully exceeded our excitement for the cake! Thank you so much :)

Second-to-none Wedding Cake - absolutely fantastic
KB Cake Design provided a wonderful service and supplied the wedding cake of our dreams which we, and our guests absolutely loved. Several guests commented that it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted, which was wonderful to hear.
We very much enjoyed eating it on the day (despite people telling us in advance that you are too full of emotions and adrenaline to eat much on your wedding day - definitely not true in our case!)
Kate really helped us with the design; we provided a few pictures and ideas of what we had in mind and she brought it to life. She showed a lot of patience and talked us through all of the decisions, and didn't mind that we changed our mind about a few things during the process.
The taster box is well worth doing, and helped us identified the three flavours we wanted for the different tiers - we chose strawberry and vanilla, raspberry and white chocolate, and lemon and elderflower. All tasted incredible, and the sponge was very light and moist. It was iced beautifully, with flowers and birds added, exactly as we envisaged.
Kate also made cupcakes in the same style, for people with allergies or who were gluten free. These looked lovely next to the main cake, and our guests with special dietary requirements appreciated these very much.
The wedding cake was a really important part of our day and it added so much. We can't wait to eat the piece we've got saved in the freezer for our one year anniversary.
I thoroughly recommend KB Cake Design to anyone planning a wedding or other big event. You will not regret it!

Fabulous cake
Kate was very professinal and personable. She was the first person we contacted and we didn’t go to anyone else as we got everything we needed first time. We took part in cake tasting where we discussed everything we liked and wanted for our cake and it turned out perfectly. We wanted a plain classic looking cake, which was then decorated by our florist but the flavours were amazing and all the guests commented on this! Would definately recommend

Professional communcation and delivery - Delicious Cake
Katalin was brilliant to work with. We had a short video call where we explained what we wanted, and Katalin delivered wonderfully. We chose three different cake flavors for each tier, and everybody loved how the cake tasted. We are very grateful for Katalin's work and can definitly recommend her services.

Kate is so talented, and what a lovely lady!
Our cake had floral lace icing and handcrafted sugar flowers.
The cake tasted incredible. There were soo many flavours to pick from. The experience of picking the cake and getting samples, will always be one we'll remember.
The sugar flowers were beautiful, and are still kept for display even now, months later.
I looked around a large number of wedding cake makers.. And had high expectations.. I am so happy we picked KB Cake Design.

Cake and wedding biscuit favours
From the very first moment we reached out to Kate, she has been absolutely fantastic. She’s so responsive and enthusiastic and made us feel so at ease. At the tasting we knew we had made the best choice, everything we tried was perfect and we were more than happy to break the wedding diet to fully enjoy every piece we were given. Kate made both our cake and our biscuit favours. Not only did everything look fantastic but it was some of the best cake we have ever eaten. All the flavours were perfect. We couldn’t recommend Katalin more not just because of her epic creations but because with her cakes you get the best of both worlds taste and looks. Thank you so so much.

A showstopper wedding cake
When choosing a wedding cake, this was a very easy choice. I work with Kate’s husband and have the pleasure of tasting her cake every now and then! Her cakes taste amazing and are made with such elegance. We went for a tasting session where we pre-selected 4 flavours of cakes that we wanted to try. They all tasted amazing and there was enough left over to take home to do a tasting session with our family, the only problem we had was trying to choose 3 out of the 4 flavours! The hazelnut praline was our favourite - exceptionally tasty! I chose a design that was not in Kate’s portfolio, which was not a problem at all as Kate was happy to accommodate! Kate suggested artificial flowers (that she makes herself) to add on to the design - this really lifted the look of the cake. Not only were we overjoyed with the way that the cake looked but it tasted amazing as well - a real show piece! We had so many complements on it. I would highly recommend Kate as a wedding cake maker - she really is super talented and from start to finish was a pleasure to deal with! Thank you so much!
