We have used Yvonne in the past for birthday cakes and treats so we instantly new from what we already tried crumbs and treacle was our one and only choice. Yvonne from start to finish with choosing our cake flavours and design was faultless. Communication was amazing and she made our cake dreams come true. I always knew I wanted to have a small wedding cake and smaller treats, so when I found Crumbs & Treacles cookies I knew this would be perfect!

Yvonne is amazing such great attention to detail and the bakes are incredible. She went into such detail on making sure the cake matched the decor of the day.

We had 4 different flavours and none where left over at the end of the night. We even got messages the where guests had taken some home for the next day. It worked so well as very little people don't like cookies and you can tailor the flavours to suit what you want and offer a range.

Our wedding day in 2020 had to be organised around Covid restrictions and went from big venue to back garden. Crumbs and Treacle elevated the day with brilliant cupcakes, which were perfect for the occasion.

Initially Crumbs and Treacle gave us a huge choice of flavours to pick from. All the flavours we chose were outstanding and a real talking point with our guests. The presentation was flawless.

I felt able to rely on Crumbs and Treacle 100% for this element of the day and am hugely grateful for their efforts during a time when even having a wedding was hugely uncertain.

We met Yvonne at a wedding fayre where she was so helpful and gave us amazing advice related to the number of guests we were having, rather than just trying to make as much money as possible out of us. This was so amazing and refreshing and her personality was one of the reasons we chose Crumbs and Treacle (as well as the delicious cake obviously).

The planning process was straight forward and we were able to discuss all the details we wanted for the cake, right down to how it would be presented and different cake stands. The attention to detail was amazing and we knew we could trust her to create our dream cake.

The most difficult decision we had was choosing a flavour - because every flavour in the taster box we were sent was delicious!

We opted for Lemon and Raspberry - and had so many compliments on it from our guests! One friend even told us they have dreamed about it since!

Yvonne decorated the cake with florals from our own florist - and not only was it delicious, but absolutely stunning.

Yvonne has been an absolute star! From initial contact we knew we were in good hands. The cake was so GORGEOUS - all the guests were in awe. The cookies were a major hit too, everything was so delicious and beautiful. We could not have wished for a better wedding dessert!

We booked Crumbs and Treacle super last minute and extremely happy with the service we received. They were very patient with us during our last minute rush and executed our design wonderfully. The cake tasted delicious. Great service and product. Would definitely recommend!

Crumbs and Treacle created the most incredible 3 tiered wedding cake, each tier a different flavour according to our preferences. We had so many compliments from our guests about Crumbs & Treacle's food! They also made incredible cookies which I never got to try as the young guests gobbled them before I could even see them! XD Would thoroughly recommend C&T every time.

We absolutely loved our wedding cake Yvonne from Crumbs and Treacle made us and would really recommend them! I had my heart set on a pressed flower cake and it was everything I imagined and more.

When we went into the shop to collect our cake tasting samples we also each bought a cookie for the road and they were so good that we decided to have cookies at the wedding too!

All the flavours and options were delicious and so many people commented saying how yummy the cake was! The cookies also all went so quickly!

Yvonne was so great, we went in not really knowing what we wanted, until we talked about flavour.. We went for the most delicious Hummingbird cake, an unusual choice, but still a fruit cake. The decoration and thought behind the cake was perfect and yet simple. Communication was easy and seemless and Yvonne was clear that because what we had chosen icing wise, the cake needed to be iced on the day and she would deliver to the venue by hand in the morning. She also loaned us her cake stand which was so helpful. We returned to her the next day. The cake was so fresh and wonderful, everyone enjoyed it!

I contacted Yvonne with an idea of the type of wedding cake I wanted. She was very responsive and easily translated my ideas into reality. The cake was amazing, exactly what I wanted and we had complements from all of our guests. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. We’ve since seen her at local markets and love all of the other items she bakes - especially useful if you don’t want a traditional cake or want other bakery items!

Yvonne made a delicious 2 tiered semi naked wedding cake for our daughters wedding. She was so accommodating to fit in with the timings on the day and was able to deliver and decorate the cake with fresh flowers at the venue exactly when we wanted her to. Lots of lovely comments from guests, couldn’t recommend her enough. Her cookies are pretty amazing too!
