From our very first meeting, Michelle was warm, welcoming and incredibly passionate about what she does. The beautiful cakes she had on display immediately stood out from the rest, and the attention to detail was incredible. We tasted the selection she had brought along and knew straight away that we wanted Michelle to make our wedding cake.

We later received a taster box to choose our flavours, and every single one was absolutely delicious. Our only problem was trying to decide between them all!

Michelle was fantastic throughout the whole process — always prompt with her replies, so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. We even made a last-minute request to add an extra layer of cake to have out the back in case we ran out, and Michelle happily arranged this for us. As it turned out, we needn’t have worried, but it meant we got to take the extra cake home and enjoy it after the wedding!

And the cake itself… absolutely beautiful and everything we had hoped for and more. Our guests’ comments during and after the wedding have been so complimentary, with so many people telling us how delicious and stunning it was.

Michelle was so amazingly communicative when it came to our wedding cake design and was fantastic at sending through pictures of her visions for what she thought we wanted throughout the whole process. Having scoured Pinterest during our wedding planning, I had seen many beautiful cakes, and with our wedding having a cherry blossom theme I had my heart set on a lovely cherry blossom design. I had also seen some gorgeous ‘Totoro’ bride and groom wedding toppers - I am a big Studio Ghibli fan, and loved the idea of incorporating these into our cake!

Michelle was lovely from the first time we spoke, and we had so much fun sitting with her and talking through our design ideas (and her lovely hubby was even kind enough to bring out some Freixenet!). Michelle made all our dreams come true with a stunning two-tier cake decorated with beautiful cherry blossoms and topped with the gorgeous Bride and Groom Totoro figures (so cute!!!) standing on a bridge (like we were for our wedding photos!). Michelle even went the extra mile by providing a lovely cake description of the flavour and design process, and decorating the additional tray-bake cake we had ordered 🌸 plus we cannot count how many complaints we received on the cake and the taste 💕

We could not have been happier with our wedding cake. It was absolutely stunning and looked even more beautiful then we had imagined. Michelle did handmade sugar flowers which were incredible!
We had 3 teirs, chocolate, lemon and chocolate hazelnut and even a month after the wedding our guests are still talking about how good the cake was.

Michelle was fantastic throughout the process, helping us design a wedding cake that had guests asking for extra slices and business cards! She was very accommodating with some allergies of guests, made beautiful sugar sunflowers and adorable sugar figure of our cat. Michelle was delightful to speak to in every interaction and her expertise and professionalism shone through. Could not recommend her enough!

Michelle’s cakes were amazing. From start to finish she made the process so easy and made the cake exactly to our preferences.

We met Michelle at a local wedding fair and were immediately impressed by her friendliness and the beautiful selection of cakes.
She was easy to communicate with throughout and answered any questions very promptly. She kept us updated as we got closer to the day and delivered our cake to the venue on the morning of our wedding.

From the moment we met Michelle, she instantly understood what we were trying to achieve with our cake and helped us bring the overall vision to life. Michelle was always friendly and approachable and would listen, it was always a total pleasure to be working with her. Not only was the cake visionary, the taste was exceptional; many of our guests went out of their way to say it’s the best cake they’ve had in years. The taste was phenomenal.

We cannot praise Michelle enough. Nothing was too much trouble. From tasting her cakes at a Wedding Fayre and then going over to see her at Robertsbridge market so we could finally make decision because there was so much choice. We eventually settled on Chocolate on the top, Carrot cake in the middle and Biscoff for the bottom layer. She gave advise on the size of the cake for the amount of people attending and made gluten free cup cakes for one guest. Michelle even sourced a hoop for our cake. The most amazing part of our cake were us on the top. So much work has gone into that - the lace on the dress and sleeves matched perfectly. Hours upon hours must have been spent just making these figures and these were suggested by Michelle even though she knew how long that would take her. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot praise her enough.

I found Michelle online and I'm so glad I did. She did the most beautiful 3 tiered semi-naked wedding cake for us which she decorated with gorgeous Autumnal flowers. Not only did it look amazing, it tasted it too and so many of our guests said the same thing. The raspberry ripple flavour in particular was our favourite and so became the largest of the tiers!

She is also such a lovely person to deal with and was so helpful throughout the whole process including sending us delicious tasters through the post and printing our cake menu out which matched our colours, even providing a little easel to put it on. I love her story too and the fact that she keeps her own chickens for the fresh eggs she uses! She was so helpful setting up on the day too and liaising with our florist.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and trust us, you need her at your wedding!

Our experience with Michelle was fantastic from start to finish. She first invited us to an initial consultation at her bakery where she let us sample several of her best selling flavours. During the consultation Michelle provided us with so much helpful guidance from size of cake needed, flavours, style and design ideas as we didn't have a clear vision on what we wanted. In the lead up to the wedding Michelle was so communicative, even designing her allergens sign to match our other wedding stationary designs and coordinating directly with our florist for the cake flowers which took an organisational burden off of us. On the day Michelle arrived bright and early and spent so much time perfecting the cake, I think it was the most photographed element of the day! So many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and we even had people sneaking slices in their handbags to take home. Couldn't have asked for more, such a wonderful vendor and great overall experience.

Michelle is lovely and was so helpful, all through the process. The cakes she made for us were delicious and we received lots of compliments about them.

We were blown away by the beautiful cake that Michelle created for our wedding!! We only began with a few vague ideas but we ended up with a cake beyond anything we could have wished for! She was so helpful, passionate and knowledgeable and the entire experience was so smooth. It was very easy to chat to her and she was so friendly and accommodating.
The cake looked incredible but also tasted amazing too (we went for chocolate and salted caramel, although that was a tough decision as there were so many delicious flavours to choose from!!) We received so many compliments about the cake and we could not have taken a better decision in choosing Michelle and her extraordinary baking skills!

We found 'a little big naughty' at a wedding fair, she was exhibiting a cake very similar to what we wanted! from the go ahead she was extremely communicative and accommodating, and we had the best experience with her. We had vegan cupcakes to surround our main cake, and this were so good that even the most stubborn meat eater couldn't tell! The cakes were extremely generous/ tall and we ended up with lots left over, I wish I had taken onboard Michelle's warning over cake sizes/quantities. We had a three tier cake of different flavours and then a forth flavour in the vegan cupcakes. We still have some cake in the freezer, and are hoping it will last as it tasted amazing!

We would certainly recommend Michelle to anyone - the cakes were beyond incredible! When planning a wedding, this can be very stressful but Michelle made this process effortless. So many of our guests left compliments about our cupcakes and we were truly so happy with both flavour and how they were presented. Michelle offers a huge range of amazing flavours - the hardest part was choosing between them! We will definitely be ordering from Michelle again!
