It’s a beautiful shop and the service is amazing, I felt totally comfortable throughout and the whole appointment was actually really enjoyable which I wasn’t expecting. Alison listened carefully to what I wanted /didn't want without judgement or hard selling, she offered advice throughout on prices/ alterations that could Be made etc and I ended up walking away with a dress I was totally not expecting but love!!

Outstanding! I was in a different boutique last year to try on dresses and my experience was meh, where the consultant was a bit pushy.
Alison was the complete opposite of that! She was warm and lovely and easy to talk to. We tried several dresses and re -tried some couple times, and as I had a price limit, Alison made sure to respect that. She was absolutely amazing and I would recommend to anyone who struggles to find a dress.

Amanda helped my sister find her wedding dress last year and she was lovely. Therefore when I started looking for my dress, I knew I wanted my first experience to be at Townhouse Bridal.

Amanda was so professional and made us all feel very comfortable. She asked about my likes and dislikes and was able to pull a huge selection of dresses for me to try. Very happy to say I also found my wedding dress and am in love with it!

I got my dress from Townhouse Bridal with 5 months to go to my wedding. I felt pressured by other stores, but Townhouse took good care of me and helped me find my dream dress. They had a huge selection of dresses in lots of different sizes. I never felt rushed. The changing area was a lot bigger than other stores I'd been to and I felt comfortable the whole time.

Alison was absolutely amazing - so helpful, informative, and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. She really listened to everything I wanted, while also coming up with lots of creative ideas and suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of myself.

She made me feel completely at ease, and the appointment was fun, stress-free, and truly special. Thanks to Alison, I found my dream dress, and I couldn’t be happier.

Alison was amazing from first contact to me saying ‘yes to the dress’! The enquiry stage was effortless and friendly, advice was given freely (and trust me I needed a lot of it!). Booking was simple and easy and I was able to get a date and time that suited me.
At the appointment Alison greeted us and immediately made me feel at ease and like I wasn’t an alien for not knowing exactly what I wanted. She made me feel comfortable and confident to say what liked and didn’t like. Extremely professional and friendly! I would recommend Alison to anyone wanting to find their dress! What a lovely lady Alison is and what an amazing business she has.
I panic bought a dress back in January and it suited me at the time being a bit bigger and uncomfortable in my own skin I plumped for something that covered me and ‘would do’. Fast forward to June and my mum was visiting for the weekend. She had not seen my dress so I tried in on for her and spent the next two hours in tears! I had lost 2.5 stone and no amount of pinning it or trying to be positive making the dress look nice could console me! As it was 10 weeks till my wedding I was in a blind panic.
I rang Alison who squeezed me in that afternoon. Arriving in a bit of a flap with my mum feeling anxious and sick I couldn’t have been in safer hands. Alison sat me down, calmed me down and went about finding out lots of information about what I liked/didn’t like and what sort of dress/wedding style I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for Alison.
A few dresses later the dream dress that looked amazing was found! There was no pressure, no judgement, no pushy sales technique - just a wonderful relaxed hour of finding ‘the dress’.

Townhouse Bridal was the first (and only bridal shop) I visited. After discovering it on Instagram and loving the concept, I thought it would be perfect for what I was looking for and it sure did live up to expectations! Amanda warmly welcome myself, mum and sister, explained the whole appointment and concept to us so we were all clear and then proceeded to help me find the right dress. I was worried my indecisiveness and easy going nature was going to hinder the appointment as I wasn’t sure what I wanted and struggle to make a decision but Amanda was informative, kind, patient and helped me find my dream dress!!!

We’re still talking about the appointment now and I’m absolutely over the moon. Will recommend to every bride-to-be I ever come across!

I can’t recommend Alison at Townhouse Bridal enough! Alison is so knowledgeable and experienced, talking me through the process and what to expect. Alison listened to what I liked and disliked and made constructive suggestions. The dresses are all so beautiful with a wide range of styles to try on. Alison is great at what she does, I could tell as soon as I met her, she has a passion for finding you the perfect dress. I felt at ease straight away as i was a little nervous, walking in, thinking i hope she doesn't judge, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about, she put me at complete ease, i knew i was in good hands.
